I highly recommend National Automotive Tire and Auto Service Center. I have been taking my cars there for more than 10 years. Whether you just need an oil change or something serious is wrong with your car they can take care of you. Also,they don't charge outrageous prices. I feel their prices are reasonable and they don't tell you something is wrong with your car when it isn't. Many places lie to you to make money. Finding honest mechanics is difficult. This is the best place.

I ve been bringing my cars to National Auto for over twenty years. You can trust what they tell you. They won t try to upsell any unnecessary repairs. They are easy to get in for an appointment and I ve always been pleased with the quality of the repair. Their prices are reasonable and they ll try to get you the best price. I wouldn t go anywhere else.

I have been going to National Auto for approximately 10 years. The prices are fair and Pete, Tammy and all service employees, front and back are honest and knowledgeable. I am grateful that National was recommended to my family years ago by a dear friend of ours! National Auto, thank you!!!!

What an absolute joke this place has become since the new owners took over. Three times they tried to give me keys to a CRV and tell me my car was ready.,.and three times I had to tell him that wasn t my car! They DO NOT listen! Furthermore, by being closed on Saturday s now, you have lost a LONG TIME customer because of your choices. I refuse to takeoff a day of work for an oil change! So long National, it was a good run!

I was in Knoxville visiting family. My check engine light came on. I was due to return to Virginia on Monday. So I went to National early that morning. Not knowing what I would be facing. To make a long story short. They fix the problem. Test drove it discovered another problem. Fixed that also. Before 12 oclock I was on the highway head home. Their price was reasonable. Staff was great. Thanks again

I really had no plans to post anything, bit since you guys asked me to I will. So I brought my jeep in on Tuesday and the initial estimate was $500 for a new fan clutch assembly. When I brought the Jeep in it was overheating slightly to around 240�. I was later told that it also needed an electronic fise switch Assembly, which would be an additional $800 part. So now I m looking at roughly $2300 parts and labor. , A day later, I was informed that the radiator was also leaking and that that would be another $400 plus labor around $2800. So I agreed To the charges, because my choices were limited. The jeep was finally ready at closing time on Friday, tried to pay over the phone, but was told that was not allowed anymore. So I went to pay with my credit card and was informed that it would be a 3% up charge unless I could do debit. I finally left with my jeep around 6 o clock Friday afternoon and as soon as I got on the interstate the temperature immediately went back up to 255, which was higher than when I brought the Jeep in. I turned around and took the Jeep back to National, which was already closed for the weekend. It s sitting there now. I m a little disappointed, to say the least. I ve used National for three or four years and been happy in the past, but it seems like something has changed, way more corporate feeling.

Trust National for fair, honest and efficient work. Have been giving them my business for years. Tire's, oil changes, and auto repairs have always been top notch. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure your vehicle is running at its best.

I absolutely love all the staff at Nationals. I ve been a customer for years and it s always a great experience. I even had to wait a lot longer than expected but I didn t mind the wait just because they are always so pleasant.

Came in Monday with a cracked flywheel, didn't know it at the time. Buzz helped calm me down as I was in a panic. After diagnostics and bad news. I decided to have them do the work. They was able to have my car fixed and running the next day. I am beyond grateful for these guys! I have been to other places that talk to me like I'm stupid because I don't know anything about cars. They explained things thoroughly and never tried to up sell anything. They have earned my loyalty and will be the only place I will go to now!

Excellent honest service, I ve been using them for years. The little things like letting you know what percentage of your brakes are left and how much further your tires have on them really keep me prepared for those future visits! Also will plug your tires for free, had a bad month where I had almost 5 separate punctures from nails in my tires. They Fixed em all. Highly recommend!

They put forth effort in getting you back on the road quickly. The care about your well-being financially. With that being said, they also would give you a heads up if there is anything else wrong with your vehicle if they find it. They are all around good people.

Excellent service for an oil change, tire rotation and even saving a rim that was attacked by a pot hole. Very nice people, very efficient. Great place for anything "car". My new car folks.

Came to have my serpentine belt replaced and it wasnt even broken yet on my procharger. Waisted my time I showed my car to you guys and your mechanic said yes you all could fix. I set and waited then came out after 45 mins then said didn't wanna mess with my car and gave me keys. Then I set 38 minutes just to get the belt , so I could do myself. When I go to leave I barely got out of the parking lot and my car shuts of. Let me remind you it was running perfect when I pulled in. Your manager said he didn't wanna mess with my car ,but still yet you all removed my pipes to my intake and left hanging on my car that's what shut my car off. Oh and don't let me forget I call while setting on side of road and get put on hold then I walked all the way back to make your mechanic come put my intake back together. I WILL (NEVER) COME BACK NOR WILL I RECOMMEND ANYONE .

Where should I begin. I can honestly say I was truly lucky to have done business with Natinal Auto Parts. My kids and I were on our way back from VA when my car began to act up. We were two and half hours away from home. Scared, frustrated and lost. We've never been to Knoxville and not from TN. Just moved here in March. My dad reached out to one of his coworkers in Knoxville to ask where he suggests to take my car to get looked at. He connected me with Buzz. Buzz listened to me and jumped on the situation quickly. He gave me a number for a tow and began getting down to business. Although the news wasn't something I wanted to hear, glad he got to the bottom of it. It was my transmission. Because we were so far away from home, Buzz offered a ride from one of his employees to a hotel close by. We ended up taking an uber to a hotel but the thought of him making sure my kids and I had a way and place to go was truly refreshing. My transmission was shot. Apparently it's common in Dodge Journeys. He suggested getting a brand new one or having it rebuilt for cheaper. I went cheaper. Car broke down on a Wednesday and he said the rebuild would be done the following Tuesday. With the help from family in VA, we ended up staying in Knoxville for 3 days. Buzz had an employee pick me up one of those days to get the remaining items out of my car so they can work on it. Sure enough my car was ready and it drove perfectly all the way back to Mount Juliet. Thank you Buzz and all the employees for being so kind, helpful, and all around amazing. I highly recommend them. If I lived closer, that's where I would take my car ALL the time.

My family and I always take our vehicles to Terry W. He and his staff are kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. They are timely and dependable. They do get busy, as w any good business at times, but will get you back on the road asap. We have also bought several used vehicles there. The prices are great. The staff shoots you straight, no hidden fees, or unnecessary add ons. This is the best place in Knoxville to get your vehicle worked on hands down!Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement

Time is of the essence.These wonderful service people make our job a little more bearable due to there quickness and pleasant demeanor .This morning oil change was scheduled a few days ago. Once in the shop, total turnaround was less than an hour.Keep up the good work!

To be honest, I was there for 2 hours for an oil change. Which I thought was too long. Then also I had two filters that I had purchased in my front seat that I was going to put on myself. But the person said at the front said we can put them on. It's real easy. What he should have said is they are easy but we are going to charge you to put them on. This is how much it will cost. He didn't do that. So when I got my bill. I was caught off guard. I have never paid 75 dollars for an oil change. When I left I said I will never come back. Every thing should be communicated.So needless to say I wasn't happy.

I ve been taking my cars to National Auto for many years. They are honest & have good quality mechanics that get the gob done right for a fair price! Sometimes it can be hard to find a good honest mechanic but these guys & gals are straight shooters & will treat you right!

Since changing ownership National is not open on Saturday. This is inconvenient for me as I work Monday through Friday and will come for my oil change on Saturday. Would love to see you open on Saturday again you all are the best, also prices have increased which understandably. Nevertheless, it s still an adjustment, everyone has to make with their pocketbook
