Thank to Napa I'm back on the road. Ft bearing welded to my axle and they we t out of there way to help me. Great bunch when you need them.

I was just in the store about an hour ago today. I counted about 7 people walking back and forth behind the register. One man was on the phone and looked up at me as I stood behind the line drawn on the floor. There was another customer standing on the left of me also waiting for help. There was another male worker standing behind the register ignoring the lady also. I ask what could possible be going on that we are being ignored? I realized that none of the white worker are going to acknowledge me. I then turned around to see if I could find what I needed on my own. I then saw another worker in the isles and she just so happened to look like me. I was so thankful and knew I would get some help. I walked over to her and asked my question. She took me to the correct product and we talked for a few minutes. I then told her that if she had not been here, I would still be standing there waiting and looking for help. The lady said she knows and is aware of it going on. She apologized and I thanked her again. I then walked up to the line again on the floor and held up the item so they know they no longer had to help but as I've been told for so long now, our credit cards, debit cards and (green cash) is worth being acknowledged. Good thing the credit cards, debit cards and cash are not a skin color! Thank you lady worker that helped me today, you know who you are!

Staff was very knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to assist. I typically frequent all the local parts stores except for NAPA (didn't know there was one that close to home)... Definitely going to be coming here on the regular. Customer service was on point and even though they didn't have one of the items I was looking for, he grabbed an older catalogue, found the part number, and found out that yes they did still have a few. It was ordered late in the day and it was still delivered early the next day to the Asheville Hwy Store coming outta Memphis. I'm impressed!

I called Napa for a multipurpose test light and a few gallons of coolant for my truck. Jesse walked me through finding the right coolant and the proper amount. He then gave me pros and cons on his selection of test lights (who knew there are so many kinds!??). I got to the store and he had everything pulled aside and ready for me. If you appreciate good, knowledgeable customer service- ask for Jesse.

Been dealing with Jennifer at Napa for years. Super super nice people to deal with. They go the extra mile to get you what you need. Their prices are very competitive and most always beat the competition. Napa products are just as good as name brand. They have my business for many years to come. Thanks NAPA !!!

Today i was heading to a job and i realized i had for a bucket to mix some mortar in. The closet place was this Napa. I knew it was a long shot but hey let s give it a try. Sure enough they had buckets. I want to thank you nice lady for your kind gesture. Thanks Napa!

Not caring. Will go to another auto store on ASHEVILLE Hwy. They actually come out to car n helpSome cashier calling her Dad 4 helpGuess they will close up tooooo. DONT GO THERE
