Pretty great service and selection for what I needed when it came to headlight bulbs. Prices were good too. Better than all the other auto parts stores.

This store has been good to me in the past. I honestly do most of my shopping online and pick up in store and they've always had the parts ready. Unfortunately today I was swapping out brake rotors I purchased a year ago because they already warped. The first trip there with the front rotors went well and they honored the warranty and let me upgrade the rotors. I tried to come back to warranty the rear rotors but the when I arrived at 6:50 pm the doors were already locked despite their website and front door stating they were open till 7:00 pm. I used to work retail. I remember being frustrated when customers came in right before close. But in my defense my exchange would have taken all of 3 minutes and it really screwed me over because I already had my car disassembled. I had to put it back together and will have to re-disassemble it another day to bring the parts back in to warranty them. At least change the sign on the door and the website if you want to close the store early.

I just went a bought a battery there. I was thinking of getting just a jump starter, but was talked into a whole new battery. I also went there specifically because the NAPA in my hometown helps replace parts, i.e., tail lights, batteries, anything like that. But after I purchased the battery, I asked for help installing, and the gentleman told me he would find someone. He asked another gentleman to put it in my car, and the second one said that he would carry it to my car, but they don't install. Now I'm stuck with a dead battery installed on my car and a brand new one in the back seat.Other than that, they were both knowledgeable, but I feel like they either should have helped me, or td me from the get that they couldn't install.UPDATE: Turns out they sold me the wrong battery anyways.

I bought a NAPA brand battery here. It was cheaper than most other batteries of similar quality. Both employees were very helpful and didn't try to upsell me on anything.

Truly a 5 star store. Every time visit this Napa, all of the staff are very friendly and helpful. I big bonus is they actually have mechanical knowledge. (Which is a stark contrast to most of the competitors)

The Napa staff are miracle workers. My truck had been sitting for months while the shop and I look for a computer. The company the shop bought the ecm from refuses to get the computer remaned and send it back. So I had O'Reilly's look for one, nothing. Both suppliers were empty. Went to the Ford dealership, nothing. Their supplier is closed. Went to Napa and 2 days later they had my computer! Thank you. Y'all are a godsend!

We went in today to get a small tool and there was one other person in there. He was already being helped. The other man working behind the counter said nothing to us so we found the tool ourselves. When we went to check out we stood at the counter for quite awhile with no recognition from the man behind the counter. He was looking for some parts behind the counter. The phone rang twice and he walked right by us to answer the phone both times. Nothing was ever said and no help offered. So, we left, went to auto zone down clinton highway near cheddars. We went in, got the tool and checked with great service under 2 minutes. I wouldn't waste your time at napa auto parts.

Way better than advanced. Got in and out in less than 2 minutes after standing in line at advanced for 25 minutes to try and buy a bottle of power steering fluid while 5 employees walked around the back.

Great staff very Knowledgeable, but Did not have the part needed. Said it would take a week to get. Went down the road to the competitor that had it in stock

Went into the store and there were 2 counter associates that watched me stand there and never acknowledged that I was there. They both went to the back as I stood there waiting to be helped. I turned around and walked out. Terrible customer service!
