I have been hearing a screeching noise from my rv's gas furnace from time to time. I called Myers Mobile RV Repair on October 10th, and Joe Myers took the call. We discussed my issue, Mr Myers requested I text him the model and serial number of my furnace, that he'd look into parts needed and get back to me in a couple days. I took a screenshot and immediately texted the information to Mr Myers.Over two weeks later and no word I called Mr Myers on October 27th but got an answering machine which was full and I couldn't leave a message I called again on October 30th and once again got the answering machine stating the inbox is full and I can't leave a message After not being able to leave a message for Mr Myers, I sent him another text message on October 30th of which he has yet to respond to.Just plain rude!!!

Easy to contact, good response to setting up a time to repair. (Within a few days which is great, sometimes sooner, depending on his other work.) Accepts only cash.He replaced a water heater on my camper. But also checked my water levels in the battery (upon request), and gave me tips for checking the outlets for bad wiring. Very helpful.

Excellent service with great knowledge and a fix that stopped two leaks. Also provided me some great insights about setting up the camper and winter use. This is now my go to business for all my RV repairs and maintenance.

We called Joe Myers about a leaking air conditioner. We were hoping he could take a look at it for us. It was late in the afternoon and he wasn't in our area. Instead he told my husband to try something and it worked! Not many people would do this. We were very happy he helped us solve a troublesome problem. Will always use him in the future. 5 Service: Air conditioning

The hot water was not working in our RV. We had 4 adults in there for an 8 day trip. I called Joe and he said he would be there around 6 pm. He was there on time and fixed the issue in a minute. He also gave us some tips on how to take of some other things in the RV. Great service!

I purchased a trailer in tn and pulled back to NC and I needed sway control put on and battery box relocated and these guys met me same day and put it on so I could finish my journey and not have to worry going through the hills with the large trailer, great service, great guys, would recommend again.

If you can actually get him to come out, he might know what he s doing. After multiple attempts and being told I ll come out this week , or I got some time tomorrow , the man never called or showed up.If you enjoy tradesmen who tell you one thing but don t actually do what they say, then this is your guy.

I called Joe because we had no hot water. He diagnosed my problem over the phone and within the hour was at the campground. He replaced the check valve and we have hot water again. I recommend him for any and all problems you may have with your RV.

We just set up our camper, turned on the water and figured out a valve on the toilet was broken. We headed to the hardware store and we saw the Myers RV Repair van pull up and park a couple spots down from us. I told him what kind of camper we have and where I thought the leak was coming from. He knew what I was talking about without having to see it, and had the exact part we needed. He even had his partner give us his card to call him if it didn t work. We are extremely grateful we ran into him.

I would not even give one star if possible. I called this guy on Saturday about winterizing my travel trailer. He said he would do it around noon the following Monday. Well by 2:00 he had not showed up, so I started calling him again. I called about 3-4 times with no answer, and his voicemail box is full. I then sent a text message and got no reply. Now it is Tuesday morning and I have called and texted again with no reply. Not sure how he stays in business. BEWARE...YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

The coldest night of the year, the furnace went out. Joe was out there within an hour. Unfortunately the thing started working as soon as he got there. He still checked it out and gave me good advice. He told me if it went bad in the next couple of days he wouldn't charge me for another service call. Knowledgeable friendly, and honest.

I have set up two appointments with this service company in the last year and they haven't showed up either time. I thought I'd give them a second chance because someone recommended them but still no show, and no call. Thanks for not helping! I had to put 1star it wouldn't let me post 0 stars
