Perfect experience! Thank you all so much. Highly recommend this shop. The quote was great and at completion I was charged less than expected for a full driveshaft replacement. Service was fast, friendly and clean! This will be my vehicles new mechanic for all issues!

My car needed new brake pads and had some suspension issues. They got me in quickly and for a reasonable price. Realized soon after I left that the front end was still making some undesirable noises. Dropped it off a few days later and they apologized for missing the issue initially and fixed the issue for free. Extremely trustworthy and excellent customer service. Will definitely be back.

This is Great Shop that works well with Nonprofits organization in the Knoxville/East TN area!!! Mike and his team got my 1990 Van up and running in a few days!! Pricing was very affordable!! I am truly grateful for the hard work and dedication from Mike and his Team. Excellent staff those guys did some miracles that Honda dealership couldn t do. My Honda pilot had lots of issues that nobody could handle it but I took it to them I was shocked to see what they did for me I recommend everybody to go to them!

CAUTION!!!Well, they are very friendly but... i called to ask if they had the computer equipment to program a ABS module after replacing it. I knew the dealer would cost so much more. My regular mechanic said few places besides dealers can because it required special dealer licensing and training to program the ABS modules. The receptionist had the mechanic come to the phone and he assured me that yes they had the equipment to do that. so I scheduled for the testing and possible replacement of my abs computer.When I dropped the car off the mechanic came out and I asked him again "you're sure you're going to be able to reprogram that ABS module once you put it in" and he said Yes we have a $15,000 computer and it can do it. I sat around for 6 hours and they finally gave me back my car ....with all of the warning lights still on! The mechanic said its fixed, said they were having trouble having the computer recognize the replacement abs system!!!The owner was there so I asked for him to look at it and he said "lets reschedule it and we'll figure out what's going on again but you need to drop it off for the whole day. So I found somebody to give me a ride from Kodak a week later and dropped it off. Again they had at the entire day and when I went to pick it up at 5 o'clock, they said it was fixed and they had to "trick" the computer into recognizing it, but the traction lights were still on! (They come on with the abs lights) The mechanic said oh that's something else that's wrong that has to be fixed and you'll need to bring it back for that. They also lost the hubcap to my front left tire. The mechanic said it wasn't on there when I brought it in but I know it was. Its the one right by the driver's door and hard to miss when you close the door. It was there. He said i could get one used for a few bucks.I'm guessing they broke the little plastic screw ins by using the air ratchet on them and then when they test-drove the car it must have flown off.I finally called the dealer and explained what happened. they said they could re-program the abs system that Moore installed. 1.5 hour at the dealer and they had it done for $195. An hour walking around the pull-a-part trying to find an original hubcap to no avail... evidently its the first thing to get picked. Another 30 bucks for an after market hubcap.(originals are 80 each) so i was out an extra $270 and more precious time to get my car fixed.Being polite and trying hard are good traits, but this was a nightmare situation and collosal waste of time for me during my busiest time in my business, all because they said they could do something they did not have the equipment/training for.I cannot recommend Moore

GET A SECOND OPINION.These guys told me both my rear air ride suspension bags had blown and to replace like new would be over 4k$.Took it to car fix and they found a broke sensor that cost less then 350$.

Highly recommend this shop!This place has went above and beyond what I ever expected from an auto repair shop!! They have shown me that there are still good honest people around! Mike Bledsoe even paid to have my car towed to the shop! This is the only shop I will go to for as long as I live in Tennessee hands down!!

My car had an issue with the serpentine belt and idler pulley. When I had to fix the car for my work (urgency), they immediately understood my circumstances and were willing to offer the service. They repaired my vehicle within two hours, and my car operates fantastically now. The lady in the office was very courteous and kind, and the technicians did their job professionally and double-checked the car conditions. At least my first experience was very good with them.

I am delighted to share my acquaintance and experience with Moore 4 Less Auto Repair. They are very welcoming and great customer service. I brought my vehicle in for an inspection - free inspection. I was given much needed information about my vehicle that I did not know what was going on. Even though the mechanic did not want to proceed with the repairs due to the type of vehicle I own a Mercedes c300 he gave me information that helped me to know and get done what was needed for improvements.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Mike and his crew are great. They ve always been able to help us very quickly. They know what they are doing. Also, they will not overcharge. It s the only place I will take my vehicles to.

Called Saturday morning and they got me in at 4:00 and replaced my alternator while I waited. Quality service, knowledgeable and friendly. Mike and the mechanics were just what I needed. Thanks again and reasonable prices too!

Mike and Amy has worked on every car I have owned for the past couple of years. They are great, always friendly and excellent customer service. Helped my wife fix up her old truck she inherited from her dad, it is her pride and joy. They have done numerous things, such as tune ups and even found an instrument cluster for it.

Thank you so much! Moore 4 Less Auto did a great job fixing my air conditioning the last time I brought my car in. I have taken my car in for a couple of different things as it is a 2001 and needed some maintenance and they've done an excellent job every time! Much appreciated, they are very honest and kind and one of the mechanics is an A.C. specialist!! DON'T GO HERE IF YOU NEED YOUR AC FIXED. Asked to see if they could find out what was wrong with my ac not blowing cold air and after an hour of them looking at it they charged me $60 just too tell me what was wrong and they wanted to charge me almost $1000 to replace the whole thing when all I had to do was replace the radiator because it had some holes in it. I took the advice from the people at autozone, and I bought a radiator for $160 and installed it myself. I have had no problems since.

I keep forgetting to leave a review but these guys are great! Mike and his crew are always friendly. They have worked on 2 of our vehicles now, from simple maintenance to intensive fixes on an old car. They always explain what is necessary vs what can be done another day. Prices are reasonable and I appreciate that they take time to explain things to someone who doesn't understand the inner workings of a car.

Took my vehicle here for the first time today. Had several lights on had no clue what I would be looking at. This group was excellent from the first phone call to picking it up. They fixed my issue within hours had my vehicle back the same day and the prices was unbelievably reasonable. This will be my main place for mechanical work moving forward no questions asked.

Absolutely amazing experience with these guys. First time using them was this past Friday, 10/21/22, needed my radiator replaced. Scheduled an appointment, dropped my car off, & had it back just a few hours later. Extremely affordable, great work, & they've been the one place in Knoxville that didn't try to talk to me like I was stupid just because I was a female. I would recommend these guys to anyone, & they've now got a lifelong customer. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

I got into a car accident that was my fault and couldn t afford to get my car fixed. After saving up as much as I could and talking about what I needed they gave me a great deal. Mike is a trustworthy mechanic and he has a good team behind him. I noticed how he tried to test out what the problem was with my vehicle to see if they re were cheaper options on getting my vehicle repaired before just charging me a higher amount for something I may have not needed. Happy I found this shop and will be using them in the future for my auto repair needs.

Amazing service and friendly staff, we where heading to Gatlinburg from Memphis and getting of the interstate in Knoxville my truck was giving me problems, i called them and told me they where very busy but would look at it, they checked it with the computer and said it was a sensor, they put a new one on and i was back in the road in 30-40 min, my truck was running better than ever . they literally saved our vacation, there very honest people .

After having a horrid experience with Firestone in Knoxville, I have been using Mike and his team exclusively. They are trustworthy, fair, and their care is worth every penny, in my opinion. I've brought my car to them twice, and both times they have gone above and beyond to locate the issue, fix it, and be thorough and communicative!

These are great people. Our van had an issue and I took it in for a diagnosis. I brought my 3 year old son with me and the office manager was very sweet and played a movie for him on their lobby tv. The technicians looked over our van and found that the transmission needed repair work. Mike gave me great insight on who I should and should not take it to.While they did not do any work on my vehicle, you can tell these guys have great character and integrity. I ll be bringing my vehicle back to them in the future when it s time.

During our trip from Florida to Michigan we had the unfortunate circumstance of having a broken strut. Amy got us scheduled same day, Mike and the whole crew were friendly, courteous and informative. On April 1st, Our power steering went out after making loud noises. I searched for places close to our house, and the reviews were great for moore 4 less.We had it towed to the shop, that day they called and originally told us the price would be $560, they then called us back and said it was also the alternator, and it would be $1200. They fixed the serpentine belt, the alternator, and the power steering pump.The day we got it back, the car was running great, until that evening my husband went to the store and when he got in the car to start it, it started smoking and wouldn t start. We had it towed back to the shop on a Saturday evening. We had called them to let them know we had it towed back, and what had happened. All day monday we didn t hear from them, so we called Tuesday morning around 10:30 to check and see what was wrong. They hadn t moved the car into the shop , because they said the my only had one mechanic working on monday. My husband went down there at 2:00 and they still hadn t checked it out.Wednesday they called us and said they had fixed it, my husband got there, and they tried to charge us $20, and the lady at the front desk felt bad, bc she had told us it was free, she was super sweet and paid it for us.It is now May 9th and our car started making noises again, and broke down again. We tried to jump it, and it wouldn t start. We called to see if there is a warranty on the alternator, and they said it was 1 year or 12,000 miles. They told us we could bring it back in, and they would look at it.But we have a friend who looked at it, and he said that they put in a aftermarket alternator, and that they are notorious for not lasting long at all.The lady at the front was so sweet. It was a lot of money to pay for a faulty alternator.They did reach out to us to see how they can fix it, which we appreciate.

Came here twice got my rotors and bread pads change and the owner was nice and got me fixed up. Seems honest and if needed will return because not everyday you run across a mechanic shop that doesn t run game. Good job!

Just bought a used car from an auto dealership and I thought the steering wheel might be making a funny noise. I took my car into the dealership, Duncan (sp?) looked it over with me, and let me know that all systems were normal. He and Michael were super friendly, fast, and didn't even charge me for the diagnosis. They have earned my loyalty with their honesty and good service and I'll be taking all of my cars to them from now on.Service: Vehicle Inspection
