I brought my truck in to have a dual exhaust system installed after I installed my headers. This job was a hassle for me and for the employees of mighty muffler but they did a fantastic job on my system, they were very professional and helped me understand the complications they ran into and they also helped me stay within my budget. My truck has never sounded or ran as good in its life. I definitely would recommend them to anyone, they are amazing people and I will always bring my exhaust needs to them!

Immediately after mighty muffler finished installing two new catalytic converters, my check engine light went on and my FordPass application notifications alerted two new errors catalytic converter error codes. The manager wants me to take it back in so they can look at it mentioned examining my spark plugs.???? I have investigated the situation and had another reputable mechanic look at it . and spoken to many people to figure out how mighty muffler has fallen so far so fast. It seems very low quality incompatible parts were used on my very nice premium vehicle. Although I was charged a little under $1000 for the repair . I will update this review as they correct the issue and demonstrate the quality they used to be known for.

They just did our Entire flowmaster muffler system on our 03 Tundra Last Friday for the 2ND TIME in 20 yrs(that's how long it lasted, and we LOVE IT!! It sounds as good if not BETTER than the day we put it in originally in 2004!These guys are AWSOME! Don't listen to the reviews saying crappy things throughout the yrs because we have seen NOTHING but excellence! Those other folks were probably the issue ANYWAY!WE will NEVER go anywhere else! Jennifer is top notch and knowledgeable as HELL!Thanks guys!

I have used them twice now on different vehicles. They did exhaust work on both, very good quality work, and even stayed past closing time to finish my truck. The employees are friendly and I will definitely use them again and recommend them to other people.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

I had the best experience at Mighty Muffler. I pulled in with no appointment and they fixed my girl up in 45 minutes and that was even having 3 cars in their 3 bays and mine just rolling up with a minor muffler issue. They did a great job and the whole team are so friendly, experienced as well as affordable and it made for a great review. Sawed my muffler off myself and my car is low so it kept breaking metal zip ties and was dragging, they welded me pipe from the resonator to the rear bumper and even put a bend in it to go over my subframe so it won t scrape as much. Great work and fair pricing, I recommend this place for anything you need exhaust related.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Well good people great prices but service took 6:30 mins to change two catalytic converters. I should have just dropped it out instead of waiting and it would have been fine..

Don't come here, they stole my original cataly converter, and replaced it with an universal one, I contacted the police, they told me I'm not the first one to file a complaint about them, and there is an bending investigation on them.

Amazing service. I pulled into this shop for emergency service on the way to New Hampshire. They checked out the problem immediately, fixed what they could, and sent me on my way without charge! I still tipped the mechanic, and I truly appreciate the help! Thanks to them I can now complete my journey with peace of mind. I would suggest them to everyone in town. These are good people

Jean at the front desk was super helpful. i came in to get my struts replaced and they replaced them without any hesitation!! The guys in the back did a great job working on my car, and they all seemed like great people and were extremely respectful. There was a slight hiccup when i pulled out the breaks made a weird noise, so i pulled it back in and they fixed it no problem. that just goes to show how much they care about their customers and there safety. 10/10 will recommend this spot to anyone i come across that needs a mechanic. great people and overall wonderful experience!Service: Steering & suspension repair

I took my van here to be fixed and waited all day for 2 days! I'm a Single mother and I had my son with me. I had to keep waking up the woman at the desk because she was kept nodding out from the pills she was high on that she kept going to the bathroom to use. The mechanic that came in to talk to her about the "progress" of my van was rude and was mad that he had to do the work!Turns out, I spent over $800 just for them to weld a completely different hole in my van they were suppose to just remove a part from they couldn't get off! They lied to me and said they got it off and later my van broke down and never ran right since, and is now dead. We found another shop and had them look at it. They did what they could with it, but I will never recommend this place to anyone! Very unprofessional and they take people's money! Please don't take your vehicles here!!!

They are over priced and very slow. They told my niece she needed parts that she didn't have to have. Had her scared to death to drive her car. Thank goodness her Dad stepped in.

My Ram had exhaust leaks on both sides so I took it here based on the great reviews and after an initial call to the office to confirm that they'd work with my warranty company. The entire team was super friendly, professional and had my truck in and out much faster than I expected. Their rates were very reasonable, I'd recommend everyone to go here!Jennifer at the front office really knew her stuff and she wasn't even the one working on my vehicle. I'm extremely grateful to her especially. This place was recommended to me and my mom in 2010 by a KAT bus driver Tommy that thought the world of Lynn Grubb. I have been coming here since and they give the best recommendations for the work they do not do. When you shop around it is clear this company does not cheat its customers!

This place is awesome. My dad would come here when I was a kid. Just had some recent work done to my vehicle and I had a great experience. Now, they are very busy, so it may be best to drop off your vehicle, but worth it. The prices are next to none, the craftsmanship is top notch. We went everywhere to try and get our lug nut off to change the brake pads on our car and none had the tools or time to do it. This place had our tire off and brake changed within 30 minutes, charged us half price and where very efficient and polite. I will not go ANYWHERE else for my car repair. Thank you guys for being who you're and doing what you do.

I went into Maddie muffler On Saturday at 8:30 AM yeah. They let me sit there until 4 o'clock in the afternoon and kept putting people in front of me. I was told there was only one guy that could do wilding. That ended up being a big lie because I went outside and saw 3 different gas welding. I would go to the store and come back and there would be 2 more cars in front of mine. I've never been so disgusted and hurt in my life. They close at 3 o'clock and I set there until 4 just hoping and praying that someone would finally even get to my car but they never did. And the one guy that they told me was the only 1 that could fix my car keep throwing the tools down and running out back with his cell phone. I've used them before and always had good service but today was a very disappointing day. They let me waste my entire day off and didn't even apologize to me just left me sitting for hours. 7 and a 1/2 hours is just unacceptable.

I stopped by a few days ago to ask about having the exhaust replaced on my 63 Imperial and the lady at the counter was very nice and estimated what it would cost for the job. She told me they were too busy to get it done that day and to come back first thing in the morning and they could knock it out in no time. So, I showed back up at 7:45 the following morning and waited for them to open and get settled before I walked in the office. There was then a different lady at the counter that told me they would be way too busy that day and I would need to come back the next morning first thing. They do not take appointments; it is first come, first serve. But, they already had a lot full of cars in need of repair... Needless to say, I found a different shop that could do the job at a scheduled time and ended up being cheaper anyway.

Took car there to get checked and serviced. No check engine lights were on the car when I took it there. Was told no work had been done to it and told to take it to another place that could work on it. Got in the car and check engine light was on and car sputtered and wanted to cut off. Went back in there to let them know what it was doing and was told no work was performed on it. But there was oil all over the engine and they had given me a invoice wit a diagnosis on the car.
