This is the best shop and the people are AWESOME! Mike is so kind and goes above and beyond to do everything he can to help us. They don t just change your oil or work on your vehicle. They make sure your car vehicle is roadworthy, communicate with you, and develop a foundation of trust. I especially appreciate Mike for all he has done to help me maintain my car.

We can't thank Mike and his team enough. Our back left tire had a leak right before a long drive and Mike took care of us right away. We won't be taking our car anywhere else! Grateful for someone we can trust who really cares.

I recently had my oil changed at Midas , and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the experience!! From the moment I arrived, Mike, the general manager was courteous and professional, making me feel welcomed and valued as a customer! I enjoyed a cup of coffee in the nice waiting room while the team was quick to get me in and out and on with the rest of my day. Midas has definitely made a lifetime customer out of me and I will be referring this location to my friends and family!

The team at this Midas Shop is truly top notch!! Quick, knowledgeable and dependable- I can t ask for anything else!! The manager Mike Ellis runs a tight ship, will definitely be back for next maintenance need on my 2500HD!

Took my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied. Their price also beats their competitors. I will definitely be back. Thanks, Mike!

My new go-to garage! Mike and his team were friendly and know what they are doing. They can actually do repairs and not just replace parts. They got my car all fixed up and ready to go quickly and saved me thousands of dollars that the dealership quoted me for the repair.

Have sent in a request to schedule a oil change appointment 2 times this week. I have not once heard back within 30 minutes to set the appointment at the location located at 10025 Kingston Pike in Knoxville, TN. Not a good way to obtain new business. I will never go to this establishment in the future for any vehicle maintenance needs due to this.

New store manager is excellent. He is quite knowledgeable and helpful. Very transparent with the cost of services and the reasoning behind them. He thoroughly explained exactly what the problem was and what caused it. I ve taken my vehicle here multiple times and would recommend anyone else do the same. Great prices, very fast (relative to the service in question), and well-trained, friendly staff makes this Midas an optimal choice.

Mike and his team are an awesome & significant part of Midas, at this location. Mike goes out of his way to take care of the customer. He is hands-on and goes above and beyond to find solutions.Knowing he is a manager of this team has made this Midas location my go-to place. Mike (the new Manager) and his service team were able to repair the tailpipe on my truck on the same day. My wait time was minimal and the finished work looks great! They also showed me an additional issue that I was unaware of. I'll be back to get this fixed soon.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

The office staff helped get us up and running after our wheel bearing blew out on one of our tires as we were about 4 hours from our vacation destination. We got there before opening as requested by the office manager, and they had us on the road again after lunch. Great staff at this location, and I would recommend anyone to get their vehicle serviced here anytime.

Hands down the most honest mechanics in town. They saved me from getting an unnecessary repair another less honest shop told me I needed. They often give me cheaper than expected prices using coupons that I didn't have with me, and without me asking. Quality work and great people to get car work done with. A+++, highly recommended. Review update: Went in with a coolant leak this last Saturday in December and experienced the same top notch service in addition to some complimentary diagnostics. I'll always go to this Midas location, highly recommended!!

I came for an oil change on a Saturday morning. The gentleman at the desk said they were booked till 4 but offered an appointment then. I had to go somewhere else but he was very professional and courteous so I'll try to book here next time

Wow. Friendly, country-style, service at an average price. Our Suburban's exhaust was rattling due to a failed old heat shield. Mike offered to remove it, but we asked him to drop the muffler and weld the remnants back in place. We paid his skilled labor rate for the time it took, and drove off far less embarassed by our awesome but old truck.Service: Exhaust

I was out of state. In a mountain town. My brakes were making an uncomfortable noise. My mechanic from back home insisted I get them checked out before the 10-hour drive. Josh took my call a few minutes after closing time on a Friday night. He told me to arrive a little before opening the next day. He was waiting for me early Saturday morning. I was clearly a sucker ready to be had. Josh drove the car. Lifted it, removed all the tires and inspected all of the brakes. He called me into the garage and explained that there was just a bit of dust and there was absolutely no cause for concern.Josh would not take any money. He did not charge me. He joked that he would have loved to have charged me, but there was simply no need to install anything new.I returned home. Took the car to my mechanic and he agreed that the car was perfectly fine.I was desperate. 10 hours from home and concerned my brakes would fail. I would have bought anything that Josh would have told me to. I am so thankful for the honesty and integrity of his shop. Thank you.

Will never go anywhere else. Several shops we went to didn't know how to fix our issue and the guys here Mike, Josh and the tech were all so knowledgeable and got it done. Were honest and did everything they could to get things worked out for us I'm so thankful I called them. Awesome service.

Mike and his team handled my Kia Soul with Care, so far it is running fantastic. They were willing to make sure I didn t pay exorbitantly so that I could get on the road with a well running exhaust and catalytic converter. Although the repairs was worse case scenario they helped us get up and running in little time and for that I am truly grateful. Even gave me a loner car overnight ! Recommend to any woman to go here and not get the usual run around on service or price!

These guys have been lifesavers! Mike, Josh and the crew of unbelievable mechanics are top notch. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Learned my lesson, never take it anywhere but this Midas. Mike and Josh went over and beyond to take care of the mess I was dealing with, with my Silverado. Hands down, best guys in town!

The new owners and general manager is amazing. They fixed my problem from the last owners mistake and were very apologetic. I appreciate them so much for replacing my breaks. Have happy holidays Midas on Kingston Pike.

I had a problem on the road with one of my tires. The steel belts were poking through and rising up on one side. I called this Midas in a panic and trying to get tires as fast as possible. They took care of me and we're extremely friendly. They've been checking up on me and the performance of the car since I left. This was one of the best experiences at Midas that I've had and I cannot recommend this business enough. I will likely be getting the Midas credit card and anytime I come back to this area I'll be utilizing this business. Daniel, the district manager and Josh the assistant manger were both superb. From the beginning everything was transparent and they took the time to walk me through the estimate and explained what would be required for repairs every step of the way. The work was excellent and even after adding a tune up in addition to my brake replacement it was still done quickly. This is a great shop with awesome staff who are focused on honest quality work with no upsales or pushy tactics. I will be returning here for all my service needs.
