This review is long overdue. But I cannot share enough about how helpful and courteous Joe at Metro Motors was with myself and my wife. For the past 4 years, we have bought multiple vehicles from here, and we have always been pleased with how reliable and affordable they were. This is a business that does business the right way with each of their customers, and we will continue to trust Metro Motors for any future vehicles we may buy. Top quality used vehicles at a great price with guaranteed results. The process to buying was always very smooth and efficient. You can't ask for better service. I recommend Metro Motors to anyone looking for an affordable used car, truck, or SUV. This is a man that does what he says he will do; service with integrity. One of the best in the business.

We have bought two cars at Metro Motors. It was a smooth and easy experience with no haggling or pressure tactics or stress. The cars are good quality at good prices, and the owner is honest and reliable. We will definitely buy there again and recommend it to anyone in search of a good used car.

I helped a buddy find a car here and all I have to say is hands down the best place to buy a vehicle. I say that cause of how great the owner Joe is. He was so polite, respectful, accommodating, and understanding. It's hard to find good people now days and he's a good one. He goes above and beyond for his customers and without a doubt or any hesitation makes sure the customer is satisfied even after you leave the lot and call him for any reason. Thank you Joe for being awesome

I am very happy with my Nissan Versa I bought here: an attractive car, well maintained, and a good price with pretty decent miles on it. Joe made the whole experience easy, also. There was no pressure at all, just good and professional customer service. I would definitely buy here again.

If you're looking to purchase a good used vehicle, I highly suggest going to visit Joe at Metro Motors. When I test drove a car I liked, I felt like I was feeling something in the rear-end. I told Joe and without hesitation he contacted a service shop and took the car in immediately to be serviced. This was done without any commitment from me to buy. He absolutely takes pride in his business, the vehicles he sells and his customers! Thank you, Joe!

I originally checked out the reviews on here before going to Metro Motors because I was a bit skeptical about going to a smaller car dealership, but the reviews did not lie! Joe was such a great help. He stayed in close communication with me throughout the entire process. I bought a Toyota Prius and about two hours after buying the car, the check engine light came on. After I got it scanned, the code said the hybrid battery needed to be checked. I contacted Joe immediately and he ensured that he would take care of the issue, no matter the cost. He took my car to a hybrid specialist and payed for the costs out of pocket - I did not have to spend a dime on repairs. He is very honest, very kind, and will take care of his customers. I highly recommend.

We drove about 3 hours after looking for the vehicle we wanted. The price was fantastic and Joe said it was worth driving to look at. He wasn t wrong! Really nice owner and fair pricing. Super easy to work with. We traded our van in for a newer model and couldn t be happier. If you re in the market for a nice vehicle, definitely take a look here!

I read reviews, and shopped around before I went to Joe at Metro motors. He has nice higher end cars at a very fair price ( usually below fair market value.) I test drove the 2017 Acura I had seen on his very well done website, that I later on found out he did his self. During the test drive I and my wife heard a clunking noise from the rear, we got back mentioned that I think it may need shocks or something. Joe called Fisher tire and got it fixed immediately without knowing we were actually gonna purchase the vehicle, which we later did, and it's only been a few days but love the car, the service and the honesty from Joe and will more than likely purchase my next vehicle from him.

Bought a BMW from this dealership and was assured that it was in great shape. I am not a mechanic so I wouldn't know about everything but it drove well. 1 month later I took my car to Kadunza in Knoxville ( recommended by Grayson BMW) and found that not only were the sensors removed from all four brakes, but a whole host of mechanical issues from not being maintained properly. Talked to Joe about it and was told there was nothing he could do. I signed an As-Is agreement. Honesty and Integrity? I think not, over 7k in regular maintenance at a highly regarded shop and they say it happens all the time. I learned my lesson, maybe this will help you.

Every time that I visited the site, Mr. Joe was easy-going, clear about the offers, kind, trustworthy, and humble.As a new person in the US, I appreciate the help, information, and counseling from Joel and his assistant, outstanding chaps.I didn�t purchase a car here because of a different offer, but I truly respect people who are honest, clear, and helpful.I will certainly return here when I need to trade in or get a new car. I could not be more grateful for what this dealership did to earn my business. Everyone was very nice and willing to fix the small cosmetic/wear-tear issues. The car is perfect and I am loving it. 10/10 would definitely recommend!!

Hands down one of the best used car dealers in Knoxville. Spent two weeks looking for something that would fit me spent 2 days at metros and Joe put me in the perfect fit . Would recommend him 10/10 times

I went to 6 other car lots and they all offered me extremely high interest rates on a loan. I'm so glad that I came to Metro Motors! I had a great experience with Joe at Metro Motors. My little Toyota , that I bought new, was totaled -- hit from behind at high speed -- last month and I was dreading looking for a new used car, but I was able to replace it with the same make and year for about what the insurance paid me, and Metro handled all the paperwork, got my plate, put it on and everything. I'm happy with my new car and happy to have found an honest used car dealer, something I never expected.

UPDATE: Just about 6moths after purchasing the vehicle we faced major problems with the transmission...there was an issue when we first purchased the vehicle but Joe assured us that he had his mechanic fix the issue and everything was good.... WRONG! At this point we owe money on a Jeep that s not even working properly just 6months after purchasing.If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would! Joe the owner went above and beyond with helping my husband and I get the Jeep that we wanted. We have never dealt with a business that was so accommodating, honest and reasonable. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a used vehicle. The prices are great! The customer service was exceptional! They definitely care about their customers and not just looking to make a sale and it shows in the service they provide.

Joe is the greatest. My husband and I drove 900 miles from Dallas Tx to purchase an Audi he is soo happy with the car. Joe is honest and down to earth. He has very clean & good cars. We not only got a good deal but gain a friend and car dealership for life. Were not going to NOBODY ELSE but metro motors.

I traveled 2 hours from Kentucky searching for a car for my daughter s 16th birthday. I visited Metro Motors after an internet search, and found the best car buying experience. Joe is so kind and patient with zero buying pressure that you come to expect from most car dealers. I test drove several cars that day and each time Joe discussed the pros and cons of each car. I was able to find the perfect car for my daughter at Metro Motors. Thanks Joe for everything. You re the best!

Joseph is amazing. He made this such an easy experience for us and got my husband into the exact car he wanted . The vehicle is in great shape and runs perfectly. We have bought many many cars and have never had such impeccable customer service until now . If you are looking for a car,truck or SUV you should definitely come buy it here. Joseph thank you for your kondness and understanding it could not have been a more pleasant experience. Wish i could give 10 stars but it is maxed out at 5 .

Joe was very pleasant to work with. We agreed on a price before I arrived at the dealership and after the test drive found out the air conditioner did not work. He told me he would knock $200 off the price and if the repair was more, to send him the bill. I appreciate his honesty and integrity. Highly recommend!

I would 110% recommend buying a car from Joe! He makes you feel welcome and helps you find the right car for you at a good price. He's not like every other car dealership that will try to pull one over on you. He cares about his customers and the quality of his cars! Definitely consider Joe when buying your next car.

I had an amazing car buying experience at Metro Motors! I was skeptical of this little lot at first but Joe quickly took such good care of us! I noticed a few accessories the car was missing and Joe immediately put them in the car for us. Thank you for giving us a great buy on our new car. Don't pass this lot by!

Joe, the owner is the absolute best. I bought my first car from him and after three months it needed some work and he helped me pay for it even when he didn't have to. He is so nice and runs a wonderful business. I could not be happier! great prices and super nice cars. Highly recommend Metro Motors.

All I can say is make sure you know what you are buying I understand that you are taking a chance when you buy a used car, but the vehicle I got has been in and out of the shop over 3 times and now I can t even drive it. We spoke to him about switching it because we paid cash for the vehicle and it s been one problem after another from the first week and still another problem today. They make them look pretty on the outside but you find out soon after driving there are issues. But they have your money, and they don t care. I wish we never bought from them. It s been the worst purchase of my life and when you spend all that you saved thinking you are getting a reliable vehicle and it s not, you don t have the money to buy another one and you can t trade because it s not drivable. I am sure some people have been lucky with them, but we were the unlucky ones that paid $6000 and more since owning it and have nothing to drive.

I've bought two cars now from Metro Motors and wouldn't buy from anyone else again!! I work with Joe; he is the most genuine/honest car person I have ever met. He has went above and beyond to make sure that I get a great reliable car within my budget. In my opinion they have the best prices in Knoxville too!
