We ve now accidentally purchased two cars from Mercedes Knoxville turns out, this dealership has the best used car inventory in town!!! Our first purchase a few years ago was technically with their sister dealership Land Rover of Knoxville who actually brought the car over from Mercedes. The car was spotless and in impeccable condition. This go around, I stumbled upon our newest car on Facebook Marketplace. A man named Frank Cardwell had it listed. We weren t even in the market for a new car, but had to see this loaded Escalade at a great price. Turns out it was at Mercedes Knoxville! When we got there, sales rep Frank gave us the space to look at the vehicle. He wasn t pushy or anything. After the test drive, we knew we couldn t pass it up. We still can t figure out if they have an incredible detailing team or if the previous owner just kept the car in amazing condition. I lean toward them having an excellent detailing team, though, since our first car from Mercedes Knoxville was also spotless. The signing was quick and easy. The final price was on point. I can t say enough about the entire process. We are so happy with our new car and the people we bought it from. We left saying, well, looks like Mercedes Knoxville is our new dealership. Not sure if we will go anywhere else in the future. Thank you Frank and team! We ll be back when we get our next itch :)

Not sure where to begin! I found a vehicle that I ve been looking for, for months! Not just any vehicle but one with great mileage and all the bells and whistles! This vehicle did not and after 2 weeks has not disappointedMy family and I! Frank, has been the greatest salesman and business man! He allowed me to harass him lol all week in securing this vehicle! He made our experience amazing! He even gassed our vehicle and stuck a pretty red bow on top! My children had a wonderful experience and asked when we d back. my husband and I both agreed that we d travel 4 hours from South Carolina without thinking to purchase from him! The entire dealership was family friendly and had the best snacks that kept the kiddos occupied while we finalized things! 10/10! If I found rate higher I would! Frank, if you see this continue working in your gift! You re amazing at what you do! There s a peaceful yet respectful spirit you have! Thanks again! Love The Talley Family!

Mercedes Benz of Knoxville was amazing! Had the Sprinter we were looking to build on lot. Called from Louisville KY and got the deal done over the phone. Super fast and easy! Javier Escobar was excellent from start to finish and then some! Would gladly make the drive from KY down to Knoxville again!

When you re on the road and traveling cross country, the last thing you want to see is a check engine light come on when you ve got two kids, your dog and your Christmas packed in with you.After calling a couple different Mercedes shops along our route, we tried calling Mercedes of Knoxville, and from the start, we knew we were in good hands! They re a big enough shop that they had the part in stock, and fit us in for an appointment first thing the next morning.Not only was everyone friendly and kind, but they were extremely knowledgeable from manager down to line level, and knew exactly what they needed to do to take care of us and The Big Vanbowski (our Mercedes sprinter).We shared that we had our dog with us, and they quickly replied that they were dog friendly. They backed that up when we arrived and Karen, the service manager, came over to say hi with dog treats in hand. They had a Mercedes kids car that our toddler found behind the comfortable leather chairs in the service wait lounge, which was stocked with drinks and snacks that made the wait with our kids that much easier.They rediagnosed the O2 sensor fault and fixed it immediately. We were in and out of the shop in under an hour and back on the road heading to our family s Christmas.Even though they re a couple states away, this will not be the last time we do business with the wonderful Mercedes of Knoxville!

Great experience with Lauren Henson on the purchase of our new car. Not pushy at all. Made sure I clearly understood the differences in all the trim lines, in order for me to make the best decision. I highly recommend Mercedes Benz of Knoxville. Prior to this new car, Gary in the service department always provided first class top notch service on our previous Mercedes too. 10/10.

My husband leased a 2023 GLC 300 from Mercedes Benz in Knoxville with the assistance of Lauren Bain Henson. She was patient and helpful with all of his questions while helping him select the right SUV for my needs while also keeping it a surprise. I absolutely love this car and appreciate the tech visit with Dain to help me learn all of the features. Lauren s service was impeccable and we highly recommend her and this dealership. Mercedes-Benz of Knoxville provided a quick and straightforward car buying experience! I was on a quick timeline needing to replace my totaled car, and the model I wanted was high in demand and out of stock everywhere. I found the exact car I wanted online at MB Knoxville, and Frank Cardwell was incredibly helpful and communicative in helping me through the process. He was quick to respond and thorough in his help, even taking and texting videos of the car. Jessica in finance was incredibly helpful in finding me the best APR available. Shipping of the car to Florida was fast and easy. Overall they provided wonderful experience out of an unfortunate situation, and highly recommend!

Very dishonest sales people. I used to love this dealership and purchased 5 different cars since 2007. Quality and values are gone now. These folks are stuck up, non caring, money hungry, highly skilled at manipulation tactics and lies. They will rip you off any chance they get. This place can't be trusted at all. They will say anything to sell their junkiest brand new and used cars and when you get stuck with the problems they will do nothing to help you. They do not care about customer loyalty. They also talked bad about other customers to me. They judge how much money you have as soon as you step onto the lot. This was by far the worst experience and mistreatment I've had at a Mercedes dealership to the point I will not continue to buy Mercedes. These are not good people. Be warned.

Derek Cardinale and his team were absolutely phenomenal. They dealt expertly with my 3rd party warranty company and negotiated the best deal. A service I expected to take 4 full days took them less than 2! The loaner vehicle they gave me was excellent. And, to top it all off, they detailed my car after the service.If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

Great place to buy a Sprinter!We recently purchased a 2024 Sprinter from Bernie Bancroft at Mercedes Benz Knoxville and it was a great experience. Everyone at MB Knoxville was extremely helpful and friendly. Bernie was great to work with and he was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about Sprinter vans. We were coming from out of state and Bernie was helpful in getting us all the information we requested (videos, specifications) before we made the trip to TN and really took care of us once we got there. They had a great selection of vans to choose from and we love our new van.

Mercedes Benz of Knoxville is the greatest. I have been trading there since the 90 s. My salesman in February 1924 Javier Escobar is great to work with. I will be working with him in the future. Service is excellent also. Derek takes excellent care of the service. Mercedes Benz of Knoxville is excellent!!!

I was thinking about an E-350 Coupe one morning. Stumbled onto Mercedes of Knoxville. A text later on the way to work and within minutes Jim Ritter is sending me information on the desired vehicle. Videos also. It was a most pleasant, seamless and enjoyable transaction. It was so smooth. I can recommend Jim and the dealership with all my heart. Already thinking about a vehicle for the wife.

Couldn t be happier with our car buying experience at Mercedes-Benz of Knoxville. We recently found ourselves in need of a vehicle and I m thankful to have been paired with Frank Cardwell. We were greeted immediately by the receptionist Sharon - she really made us feel welcome and comfortable. It was a busy Sat. at the lot and she kept us updated on timeline to to speak with sales. Our sales rep Frank Cardwell was worth the 5 minute wait - he listened to our needs and wanted to help. He s extremely knowledgeable about the products he sales and his experience made our decision to purchase a very easy process. Business manager Debbie Jones took the time to review our options at closing and expedited our purchase paperwork quickly. She believes in the Mercedes products/warranties - she answered every question easily. We then were introduced to Dean who showed us technical shortcuts in our new GLB and I loved his excitement/knowledge about Mercedes brand. Overall I bought my beautiful car with confirmed confidence aided by Frank, Debbie & Dean getting the best price and warranty offered - thank you each!

I bought my Mercedes Benz through Mercedes Benz of Knoxville. I wasn t super pleased with the beginning of my experience here and was honestly irritated about the fact that I even bought the car, even though it s beautiful. I was assigned an advisor, Derrick. He has made my service experience flawless. Which has restored my faith a little. If nothing else in the fact that they have an awesome service team. He is patient, understanding, honest, and kind. He answers all my questions, explains everything so well, and gives me his honest opinion. He has gone above and beyond every visit.

My experience yesterday with Chad in service parts was wonderful and so pleasant. Whoever his Boss is, they need to give him a raise. Also, John went out of his way to be a huge help also. I was blown away at how nice and helpful they were. Customer service is such a huge thing with me and I am so impressed. I always use Jarek when taking my Mercedes benz. Found our dream car via the internet. Drove all the way from South Dakota to look at and purchase the car. I worked with Javier Escobar at the dealership, and could not have had a better advocate while shopping on line as well as having everything ready for me when I arrived in Knoxville. Javier was prepared and everything that we had agreed upon over the phone or internet was ready at arrival. Worked with Deborah Jones in the finance department who was very helpful. Had a small issue with the car once we returned to South Dakota. Worked with Javier and Buck to resolve the matter. The issue was resolved to our satisfaction with a very timely response. I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking to purchase a car. Javier, Deborah and Buck are people that not only care about your purchase experience, they care about you as a person and actually treat a person like a family member. They listen, ask great questions and are on your side. Great overall experience.

Our sales person Javier Escobar was the BEST! We live in SC and I located a 2022 CLA 250 on line at Mercedes Benz of Knoxville. Javier sent me videos of the outside and inside of the car. We were able to work everything out, drive to Knoxville to physically see and test drive the car. Javier had my car all cleaned and waiting on the showroom floor when we arrived. The showroom was awesome and all the staff were so friendly. A few hours later I drove off in my new Mercedes. And I have to say this is my first Mercedes purchase and I m loving it !! I never thought our nonprofit would be purchasing a vehicle from Mercedes of Knoxville. However, thanks to a trade-in, FOCUS Ministries of Knoxville was able to buy a quality vehicle for transporting clients to work and various appointments.Frank Cardwell was excellent! The whole process was simple and painless. That s not always the case at a car dealer. I never felt pressured and there was fair negotiation without the gimmicky haggling. Well Done!No matter the car need, luxury or function, I recommend Mercedes of Knoxville. Definitely ask for Frank.

I recently purchased a 2019 Audi from Mercedes of Knoxville with only 18k miles, and my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. Despite the initial positive interactions with the salesperson, Lauren, and the assurance that the vehicle had passed all safety inspections, I've encountered a significant issue immediately after taking ownership.The problem arose when I noticed the "Adaptive Cruise Control malfunctioning" along with related messages. After three visits to the shop, it was determined that the radar module needed replacement, and I was given a quote of $1,250, including pre-owned parts. This unexpected expense on my first day of ownership is both frustrating and unfair, especially for a vehicle that supposedly passed with flying colors through your service department.When I reached out to Lauren with the estimate, I was shocked by the response from Danny, the used car manager, who claimed no responsibility, emphasizing that I purchased the vehicle "AS-IS." Such a response is unexpected and disappointing, particularly from a dealership with a supposedly reputable reputation. I would have anticipated better customer service and accountability, especially considering the substantial amount I spent on a vehicle that apparently underwent thorough inspections.Moreover, being directed to rely on my extended warranty raises serious concerns. Attempting to claim this under the warranty for a pre-existing issue could potentially be considered fraudulent and may lead to voiding the contract. This is not the kind of service I expected from a dealership of your size and standing.In conclusion, my experience has left me extremely dissatisfied, and I regret doing business with them. I believe transparency and accountability should be a priority, even for used vehicles

Recently, I had taken my Mercedes to my mechanic and was informed that he couldn't fix the problem; didn't sound like he knew for sure what was causing it but he did recommend taking my Mercedes to Mercedes of Knoxville.I am glad that I did and must say I was really impressed by the whole Mercedes of Knoxville experience. I was taken care of very professionally by Derrek and the dealership. Derrek kept me informed and helped me manage the cost by walking me through options. The whole service was affordable and now I am back on the road with my 20 year old gorgeous 420S.In the meantime I took a tour through the dealership and had a good time looking at all their very impressive inventory. Very disappointed. We bought my vehicle less than 2 years ago CERTIFIED. First service I needed brakes, my car wasn t driven a lot at all, so we had brakes installed, they paid for the brakes & we paid for the labor or the other way around. Now I m needing tires & the key that has to be used isn t in the car now I have to take it to the dealership, have them get the master key & I have to pay for a key that wasn t in my car. Thought certified meant something & the vehicle completely checked out, but I was so wrong. Will never buy from them again!
