I had a very good experience at Mazda of Knoxville. My sales lady was Maria and she was amazing and very knowledgeable. She helped me set everything up on my new 2024 Mazda cx5. She went through the whole process of teaching me what I needed to know about my car. Eddie which is a manger very friendly and very helpful. Hunter which is finance was so nice and helpful by explaining things in detail. By the time we went through it was to late for me to go home and get my trade in so I had to come back the next day to pick up my car which happened to be Maria s day off and she specifically came to give me my keys. I totally would come back and buy another vehicle especially from Maria. This truly was a very pleasant car purchase.

Had a fantastic experience today at Mazda of Knoxville! My wife and I bought a 2024 CX-5 in Soul Red Crystal with Parchment interior. Just a beautiful combination! But right up there with the beauty of the vehicle was the quality of our experience with the staff. From the GM, Karl Ackermann, to our salesperson, Jordan Shirley, down to the Finance Manager, Jake, everyone was so friendly and helpful. We haven t had many auto purchasing experiences that were this smooth, and dare I say, enjoyable. A lot of that was due to Jordan s great personality. He s just a pleasant guy to talk to. I highly recommend him, and the entire dealership. You simply can t ask for better people, better vehicles, and a better experience!

I had a great experience purchasing a used car from Mazda of Knoxville. Maria and Hunter worked very hard to get me into the car that I wanted. They did not try to sale me anything that I didn't need. This was the fastest, easiest and least stressful car purchase that I have ever had. I will be a return customer.

Absolutely enjoyed our car buying experience! Every one was very helpful and friendly! Tyler Haynes was the best! He really listened to what we wanted and got us into the best car! We TOTALLY LOVE our CX5! It is a joy to get in and drive it everyday!

Just purchased a new 2024 Mazda CX 5 from Mazda of Knoxville with the Costco buying program.What a pleasant experience already having the price negotiated and getting 50% off accessories/ install! Petr was our Salesman.He was very informative and not pushy.Oscar Smith (General Sales Manager) is "Top Notch" and is THE epitome of what good customer service is ALL about! With the quality Mazdas/service we've purchased here..why would we go anywhere else!

Called to get some parts. First the prices were outrageous.second the supervisor was not friendly and rude. Called a Mazda dealership 200 miles away to get lower prices, part numbers and quantity, and much friendlier service. 80.00 dollar difference with no hassle or attitude. Will never use this Mazda dealership again

Great experience. Found the perfect car at a great price. Maria (sales) was fantastic to work with and extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all of the Mazda vehicles. Jerich (sales manager) went above and beyond to help work a deal that was right for us. Jake (business manager) worked some magic on interest rates - I m not really sure how he did it. The bottom line is the Mazda cars are great, the whole team at Mazda of Knoxville was professional, and we left with a great deal on a very nice CX-90. I highly recommend Mazda of Knoxville !!

My husband and I had a great experience at Mazda of Knoxville last week. We were shopping for a new to us truck and found one at Mazda that we really liked. From inquiring about availability all the way through to the sale, Jordan Shirley was a joy to work with. We never felt pressured during the process and Jordan was courteous and patient with us while we weighed all of our options. I would highly recommend Mazda of Knoxville and ask for Jordan!

I had an amazing experience here definitely worth 5 stars! Bryan was an incredible salesman and so friendly. As a first time buyer, he really made my experience something to remember. I cannot say thanks enough to him, especially since he dedicated so much time and wonderful energy for me. Jerrich and Ben were also incredibly helpful and nice to me during this time. I came here just to look and left with an awesome new car. You re really in good hands coming here!

I can t express my gratitude enough to Amber in the Mazda service department! She went over and above to get us back on the road quickly! We were traveling across country to Virginia, and we re on an arrival deadline. She squeezed us in right away to replace an alternator the morning after we were towed in. She took an interest in our plight, and was so very helpful. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Amber, you are an angel!

Brought my 2019 CX-5 to the dealer for 60k scheduled maintenance (I have been bringing it here for scheduled maintenance for the last three years). They simply didn't do the work, only changed the oil. Didn't do full inspection (no video showing inspection, no checklist delivered to me), didn't rotate the tires (explaining the tires were good so no need for it, even though you rotate tires to prevent uneven wear not in response to uneven wear!). After 90 minutes there I didn't have more time to wait for them to do the proper work. Service agent acted put upon the entire time. I talked with the GM who apologized and promised to have Service call me to arrange a time for me to bring the car back so they could complete the correct work. Unfortunately, that never happened.

Our son suggested we test drive a Mazda and so we met with Maria Yanni. We test drove Mazda CX-5 ! We needed thorough guidance on most advanced features since our previous car was 12 years old. The functionality and safety features are mind blowing and Maria patiently walked us through everything as much as needed. We bought a Carbon Edition and we love it! Maria is keeping in touch with us to make sure we are happy and to call her with any\all questions. A very fine dealership with exemplary staff. We highly recommend.

I made a huge mistake, by accidentally locking my keys in the trunk of my 06 Miata! After having a guy come to try and get my car open, and realized I needed my trunk open, he failed failed, and was just a guy who knew how to get in cars by the door. He couldn t help me. Big waste on of time and money .When I called Mazda of Knoxville, and I talked to Rob, he absolutely made me feel confident that all I needed to do was come in , and he could help me!! He took my VIN number and assured me that a key could be easily made.Later , when I arrived, he informed another man, that he already had my info , so they were going to make a key for me. But since I was only getting into the trunk, they said if I wanted , I could just have a generic key. I had no idea that existed. They saved the day, and didn t even charge me for the key!! THIS IS THE BEST PLACE For OUTSTANDING SERVICE!! I grabbed a handful of his business cards and I will be handing them out at Miatas at the Gap gathering we have every first weekend in August for the last 27 years, where over 1000 registered cars drive The Tail Of The Dragon( 318 CURVES IN 11 MILES) , and other great roads in the area!! Being from Florida, if ever I need anything for my car, I will absolutely buy my parts from Rob and his staff at Mazda of Knoxville!! !!Thanks Rob, and staff for making me feel better for my big mistake!!

Jerich Marine and Maria Yanni helped us find a late-model Mazda SUV for our daughter and grand-daughters returning from a USAF tour in Japan. Maria walked us around the car that caught our eye and explained some of the tech integrated to get us started. GREAT service, great care, and great professionalism! Mazda of Knoxville is unbeatable!

Wanted to take some time and thank everyone at Mazda of Knoxville for the buying experience I had. Worked with Jordan who was very enthusiastic about the Mazda brand and willing to answer any questions I had. The process was easy and I left feeling good about my purchase. From the lady that greeted me in the front all the way to the young man who cleaned the window stickers off the car everyone was very professional.

Everyone was so kind! I took my car to Walmart in Lenoir city and they absolutely messed up my car and got me stranded on the side of the road! Had my car towed to Mazda to see what was wrong with it and the Mazda techs sent videos of the car inspection and talk through what they found and what was wrong. Took my car in the day before thanksgiving and I got it back in a few days. Overall turned an awful experience to something not so bad. Thank you to nice receptionists and techs for taking care of my car!

We had a great car buying experience! My wife and I recently purchased a Mazda CX-5 2.5 T from Mazda of Knoxville.I would highly recommend asking for Jordan Shirley, as your sales person. He was fantastic and made the entire experience easy. He is knowledgeable, kind, and positive. He was able to answer all of our questions and also went above and beyond with our requests!I initially had a lot of anxiety about buying a car from a dealer, but thankfully it was a smooth process with low pressure.We also had the window tint replaced as part of our purchase agreement. It turned out great and they honored everything we had agreed on. The service department was extremely friendly and easy to work with!

Always greeted with a smile. Regularly visit for car maintenance. Waiting area is spacious with snacks and beverages. Staff tries to be as efficient as possible so that your wait is minimal. Great service coupons available. New location is easy to get to and an upgrade from the last spot.

He is friendly, kind, and willing to show you everything you want to see without any pressure.Everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional, and excited to help us find the perfect car for us. We have had several not very pleasant car purchasing experiences in the past and Mazda of Knoxville didn t do any of the things that I was on the lookout for.
