Poor quality of work, my jeep was ready 3 different times and every time looked worst. I m not sure what s going on at Malibu because they have always done amazing work for my family until now. This last time I just said it looked good to get it out away from the shop. I ll take it somewhere else to be fixed. The fender has bare metal showing, orange peel on the door and ground affect, hair in my paint still, run in the paint. That s just the things that are wrong with it this time. The last two repairs had even more to List. The best thing that Malibu could do is get rid of whoever is in their body shop. Because they have went to the only body shop that my entire family uses to a body shop that we will never use again. I also dropped my jeep off with 18,804 miles, when I got it back it had 19,191 miles call so while it was in the body shop it got 387 more miles on it.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Had my truck for 6 months in the summer sun and found multiple hornets nests in engine bay. Replaced the quarter panel that was bad, which is the only good they did. Painted over a paint chip. Replaced emblem with used one that was cracked. Multiple places where paint was chipped from wreck didnt get fixed. Taillight not screwed in. Terrible communication...Update: finding more problems with work. Carpet was not put back all the way. Removable top is missing bolts, didnt even bother to vacuum the insulation out of the truck. Cargo light on inside no longer works.Update #2: Tailgate handle is broken, which they said they fixed.

Everybody that I ve met at Malibu is very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and explains all aspects of the repairs to my vehicle. The lady who did the estimate on my car, Joy, was very nice and explained the whole process in language that I understood. Thank you folks at Malibu. Halls really does Have It.

I took my jeep to Malibu after it had debris damage from a storm. Very pleased with turnaround time and the repairs look good as new. They stayed in contact with me from drop off till pick up, would definitely recommend!

I have to start with the good - Joy in the front office was really nice and I enjoyed talking with her. However, the communication from them was less than great. I was told that my work on my car would only be 1 week. Then 1 MONTH later, I had barely heard from them, unless I reached out. I understand that things happen, especially with insurance paying for things, but I wish there would have been more communication from them. I got my car back finally, and the entire thing smells of paint thinner.... I guess that's semi to be expected as they painted it but MY GOODNESS it's strong.... Overall, they did do a decent job on the work, it looks nice on the outside and they cleaned it. BUT the sealant on the door they fixed is extremely loose now, like the clips they used aren't the right ones. I guess we will see how it holds up over time.EDIT: The shop reached out to me and made things right. They came and picked up my car, brought me a rental car and then fixed everything that I had an issue with and brought it back to me. I'm much happier now with the condition the car is in.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Malibu's did an incredible job with the collision repair of our van. They are great down-home people and were honest and helpful through the entire process. They will be my first choice to go to should I need collision repair again!

We are currently waiting for them to fix the mess they created. They returned my Armada missing pieces of the door and chrome around the window. There was dried wax all over it. I ask for it to be washed and detailed. Only the repaired areas received wax. It appeared to have only been sprayed off.. There are more scratches on the vehicle now compared to before I dropped it off. Do not take your vehicle to Malibu Collision!

Had my Tbird convertible fixed here after it was hit and ran in a parking lot. My car is special and had only 23000 original miles on it. I am extremely picky and hard to please. They did a great job paint matching and sourcing hard to find original parts. I would highly recommend them.Service: PaintingService: Painting

We highly recommend Malibu Collision! They take the time to get it right. They will make sure your car is put back together after a wreck the right way no matter what! They also contact and get your rental for you! Such a a nice bunch of people!!! Went to try to get an estimate. When they came out to ask us where the damage was, we told them we wanted to have the car fully repainted. It was not a damage or insurance job. Lady told us we would need to speak to someone else. Man came out and she told him and he rolled his eyes and said he didn t want to paint a car. They went back in, never said a word to us and left us standing out in the hot. We waited for 5 mins and no one ever came back out so we left. With all the good reviews, I expected better treatment. Would not even leave 1 star if google didn t force me to.

I could not be more thankful and appreciative of this business. I brought them an odd request and the finish product was amazing!!! I wanted to get my husband's grandfather's 1940's craftsman lunchbox style toolbox redone for him as a Christmas present. The times, effort, and compassion shown to me brought me to tears, literally!!!I had previously called 9 body shops to ask if they could paint it for me...all 9 shops wouldn't even give me the time of day. Malibu was the last body shop I called and I could tell they were a little puzzled but was very willing to take a look at it.They spent so much time with me picking out the right color and finish to restore the toolbox.The owners and employees were absolutely as kind as can be and they will have my continued business.

My wife and I recently had out Kia Sorrento repaired.at Malibu. The team at Malibu is great to deal with from setting up a time for an estimate, working with insurance, handling the rental car pick up and drop off, and keeping you informed during the repair process. We were highly pleased with the repair and to find out the outside of the vehicle had been detailed upon our pick up. This was our third experience with Malibu and it was another great job.

I can't say enough good things about them. They helped me through every step of the way and updated me twice a week. Helped me with my insurance company and on the payment process. Couldn't have had a better experience without jim and Rick. GREAT JOB GUYS!

A+++ Service! I had a damaged rear driver side quarter panel and driver door and they made my 2013 Camry look better than it did the day I bought it brand new. Kind professional staff that handled all the head-ache/communication with my insurance company. I couldn't be more thankful!

I RECENTLY HAD MY VEHICLE REPAIRED AT MALIBU COLLISION, EVERYTHING WENT GREAT, LADY AT THE FRONT DESK WAS VERY PLEASANT AND THE ESTIMATE WENT QUICKLY AND THEY SCHEDULED ME IN RIGHT AWAY. I PICKED UP MY VEHICLE A WEEK LATER AND I WAS AMAZED HOW NICE MY CAR LOOKED.GREAT JOB!!! 5 STARS!!!!

Called to set up an estimate but the guy who answered was rude as soon as he picked up the phone. Great way to start an interaction and get someone's business. I'll be going elsewhere. I suggest everyone else do the same.

Do not go there, they made us sit in the car, in the heat rather than inviting us in to wait for the car to be accessed. They didn't offer a beverage, didn't come and check with us to apologize for the wait or anything.
