Kept my car for over a year. Made promise after promise that my car was just about ready. Rarely would call you back so after paying him over $2,500 the car was still screwed up. I finally gave up because he wouldn t call me back and had my car towed to the dealer which is now going to cost me a additional $2,600. I do not recommend this shop!

I called for a tow, it was raining so hard. They arrived very quickly and got my son and i out of the cold. I was going to have them tow me to the dealership, but the gentleman (Magic) said he had an auto repair shop also. Needless to say i was on my way 2 hours later and he fixed my car for a great price. I had the best experience at such a tragic moment. Ty !

Go here to pickup my wish orders. They're friendly!So I've been here several several times now, picking up lil random stuff I've ordered from Wish. The girl that works there is so so nice, and when I go in to pick something up, and they're not busy, I'll usually sit n talk to her for awhile while I open up my Wish stuff n check it out. Never know where ur gonna meet someone kewl!

I called the night before I needed my car to be towed to the shop. Scheduled and appointment for 9am. It is now 11am and still no towed truck. They are not answering the phone. I called this morning at 9am to make sure everything was going as Planned. The guy told me one of his trucks was out with another wreck but he would be on his way in 40 minutes. Will that time frame ended an hour and 20 minutes ago.

I have to say this has been the BEST Auto Body Shop that I have ever visited. The customer service was great, and when I had to leave my car for repairs the owner of the shop personally drove me to work. They even had all my repairs completed by the next morning. I definitely will be recommending them to all my friends:-):-)

I order products from Wish and pick them up at Magic Auto. The staff is always friendly and quick to bring me my order. They care about the quality of the items that I pick up.

This is the most reliable and easy to deal with body shop I've ever been in my life and I've been in a bunch magic is a wonderful individual to deal with very reasonable and thorough had my vehicle done in less than two weeks unbelievable as the one that's on the website the little Hyundai

I took my truck there it was there over 24 hours and had not even been looked at so I went there today and picked it up never got to this place again never called once and said hey I can t get to your truck today got there he was on lunch didn t even come out and say hey I will look at it he ll it can sit in my driveway and look pretty worse place ever
