They did a great job in my brakes! They even backed my car into a parking spot so I could pull out forward instead of having to back out onto Kingston pike.

I have no doubt in my mind that these fellas are some of, if not, THE best in town. My truck needed some brake/rotor work and I was quoted over $1000 at another place. I knew that was far fetched so I called this place and they got it in and fixed the issue for $150. Cannot recommend them enough. I can't say enough of good things about this business! I have never had to return my car to fix a problem a second time. The first repair always represents quality work. Their advice is honest and trustworthy. I bought a battery from O'Reilly, who told me they were unable to install it due to "insurance issues." I called M&M House-Brakes & Mufflers and they installed it for me and did charge me a dime. I'm so grateful to them for helping me out. They made me feel valued as a customer. Highly recommend! Awesome service, honest, and affordable. Within 15 minutes they had fully diagnosed my squeaky brakes. Said it was good pads on a worn rotor and that as long as I was fine with the noise, I didn't need anything immediately! I went ahead and got new rotors (they did NOT push this on me). Service came with a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty! Great people!

I called M&M and spoke with Chip to schedule a time to drop off my Truck off for a brake job. They were waiting on me and took it right in. I received a call telling me what I needed and didn't need, to save me money.Wow!!! upfront pricing, honest people. great communication and work. I would highly recommend them and also received a warranty on the work. I couldn't be happier.Thanks again to all the people at M&M.

I have been using this shop for repairs for about 5 years (since I discovered it). On several occasions, I have gotten an oil change from a large corporation (NTB, Firestone, etc) and they have done a car inspection. After the inspection, they have told me something that I needed done within the next week or so. I say ok, and then go to M&M, who is always honest with me. I feel like most of the time they have told me that the people were just after my money and that I had a few months before the repair needed to take place--or that the repair wasn't needed at all. They have done that free of charge. If the repair was needed, they have always offered the service for a more reasonable price than the other shop (and this is without them even knowing what the other shop was going to charge. They weren't deliberately undercutting prices, they just really are more reasonably priced)In addition to the integrity with which I feel this business is run, I also am always impressed that I get by vehicle back in a timely manner. They have always been upfront with a timeline. Even to the point that if they can't do it that day- they will tell me in advance so that I have use of my car until they can get to it. This is much nicer than shops who let your car sit in a holding lot for 5 days before ever getting around to fixing it.I am happy to have found this repair shop. You can't ask for more than honesty, reasonable prices, and knowing a general timeline for repairs up front and I think they deliver on all these aspects.

This company is fair, honest, and reasonably priced. After getting an unreasonable quote from the Toyota dealership for simple break repairs, I took my vehicle to this establishment for a second opinion. The staff was friendly and knowledgable and told me that my breaks did not need any repairs at this time. I highly recommend this buisness.

These gentlemen will treat you right. I've been taking my cars to this shop for nine years. They do a lot more than just muffler and brake work - they can get about any job done for a fair price. I highly recommend M&M for anything you may need.

They did a thorough inspection of my brakes etc and assured me I didn't need anything done...at no charge. Honest guys...I'll be back!

I have no idea how good these folks are at cars. I called a week in advance to make an appointment. They agreed to a time. I took vacation from work to go to the appointment; upon arriving, they said they were too busy to honor it. I wouldn't go here if you don't have time to spare; I wasted a half day for nothing. Not living up to commitments is a bad way to run a business in my opinion.

I was told I needed brakes on my car by a dealership and they were honest with me at M& M and told me I had another 8,000 miles before I needed brakes....one word, honesty. I will return to M&M for service on my car.

On a road trip home and brakes went.Took care of us as soon as they could to get us back on the road and home, which was 8 hrs away. So grateful to these two gentlemen!
