My car was a nightmare! These guys made the situation much better for me. While insurance was not always on my side, they were the whole time. We will be going back if we need any body repairs. My car looks amazing!

These guys are amazing. They got my truck in fast and got it fixed up for me. A piece got left off the inner door so I took it back and they popped it in quick and I was in the road. Highly recommend. I will use them again.

My experience with Local Guys Collison was absolutely fantastic! Not only do they do great work, but they are extremely friendly and professional. They took a bad situation and made it better. I hope that I never need a collision specialist again, but if I do, I will definitely bring my car to Local Guys Collison.

First let me start this off with, the guys at Local Guys Collision are Amazing shoot I d even go above amazing an say God Sent! I inherited my fathers vehicle when he passed away, shortly after I was in an accident, & messed up the front end pretty bad, I had 3 different shops tell me it was a total loss I was sick to my stomach, not only had I lost my father but I was close to losing one of the only things I had to remember him by I was starting to lose hope Then someone had informed me of Ken & his team at local guys collision so I gave it a chance & it was the BEST chance I have ever taken in my life Not even 24 hours of having my car Ken assured me that him and his team could get this Job done & sure enough they did & in a Timely manner! I cannot say Enough good things about this Business.10/10 Recommend taking your business here, if you want Fair and honest work done and Great Customer Service come see Ken & his Guys

I took my car for collision repairs caused by another party. Everyone at the local guys collision was wonderful to work with! They were all very prompt and professional in their work was immaculate! I was also impressed with their communication skills as they took on the lead to communicate with the insurance to get the job done and paid for. It took me out of the worry and hassle of being the middleman which I greatly appreciated! Not that I want another wreck to my vehicle or something else to fix, but I would definitely go back to this garage and I have already referred people their way! Local guys collision have the heart for their customers. When a deer decided to remodel my front corner a friend of mine recommended them. They really work hard for you. My situation was longer than expected with computer side of things but Ken was persistent and got her all back to new. They were very good about keeping me updated on the progress of my car and would recommend them 100 times over.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I just had to write a review about Ken and his team. I had gone to Knoxville to UT s veterinary College with my little dog for an appointment and had parked my car too close to the curb. When I backed up it pulled the front bumper off. Here I was in a strange city, two hour drive from home, on a very hot day, with my little dog and not knowing what to do. My husband was back home at work and suggested I call an auto repair shop. I did this and they suggested I call a collision shop. I called Local Guys Collision because I was told they take walk-ins and might be able to help me. When I arrived Ken took my car straight back and had his guy Mack get right to work on it. It is a red 2004 Sebring convertible with a long front nose so it is a difficult car to park with that long front. It wasn t even an hour and Mack had fixed the front bumper like it had never happened. I couldn t believe my eyes. It looked beautiful. I went into the office to pay Ken for the work and Ken said no charge !!! Where in this world today does this happen. And not to sound sexist but to a woman. I was flabbergasted to say the least. I almost started to cry. It was a scary event, my nerves were shot and to be alone in a big city, with my little dog and not knowing my way around, then for these guy to totally take care of me what a blessing! I am the daughter of the famous drag racer, Big Daddy Don Garlits and have seen my dad do things like this for people throughout his lifetime when people have had car trouble either on the side of the road or at our home or shop. I always admired him for that. I sent Ken and Mack autographed photos and T-shirts from dad thanking them for taking care of his daughter. We need to tell more stories like these in today s times. We hear so many negative stories in our news today. We need to hear about our Good Samaritans !!! God bless you guys and thank you so much for your help. These guys have been great to work with so far. Truck is still in their shop getting final touches, but they have been very informative and staying in touch to provide clarity on the progress. Worked well with my insurance company to get the supplement approved in order to get my truck back to its original condition. So far very happy. I will update with final result.

Local Guys was an all around great experience! Everyone was very nice and willing to answer all of my questions. They helped walk me through the whole insurance process and rental car process which saved me a lot of headache. Kenneth and April were very inviting and professional upon our first meeting and treated me as if I were family. The follow up phone call asking me to come in and check the color that Ken had found for my helmet really impressed me. When I finally saw the finished product I was elated. I also have to join the "5 star brigade" when it comes to these "Local Guys" in Bearden. Wow!!! What an amazing job they did on my Corvette after I modified her rear-end design with a silly mistake I'll keep secret. I had a hard time finding a shop to work on my baby but Thank God I was referred to Ken and April through a friend. The car was repaired quickly and beautifully with steady communication through email which I . When I saw the car, it looked brand new from every angle and I was actually excited/nervous to get in and drive her home. In closing, April and Ken are extremely down-to-earth folks who give straight talk to customers with refreshing levity thrown in here and there. It was a real joy to deal with them.

Local Guys really left a positive impression on me from pretty much the moment I first talked to them, and that stayed throughout the entire process of them working on my car. They are super easy to get in touch with, call frequently with updates, and they seem to really care about their customers and go above and beyond for them. I drive a BMW, and my insurance was trying to have a bunch of my parts come from third party manufacturers (surprise surprise) but Local Guys was intent on using OEM parts from BMW and eventually the insurance company caved. I can t thank Ken and his team enough for how great their service was! A truly pleasant experience, and to top it all off they even have dogs at the shop to keep you company while you wait to get your car back.Nobody wants to get into a collision, but if it does happen to you just know you re in good hands with Local Guys.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

I can't say enough good things about Ken and April. The shop was recommended through another friend and I'm so thankful to have found them. They have worked on several cars in our household and every time they are efficient, reasonable and transparent in every step of the process. Highly recommend Local Guys Collision! I would recommend this businessThey were very professionalI requested an early morning schedule and pickup and they made it possible for me to pick up the car within an hour.We had to get the door handle repaired in a Nissan Rogue and some sound that it iwad making checked. Ken and April are two of the kindest people I ve ever met! They took on this project after my Mustang had been streamlined and provided completely mismatched paint via an insurance claim. Every day I looked at my vehicle I couldn t help but think of the difference. I only wish I knew I could ve used them through my insurance company in the first place! I ll be letting all of my friends and family know about them. One of the cleanest shops I ve ever seen the passion is evident the moment you walk in. Their warmth and professionalism are second to none. The paint work on my hood, bumper, and fenders are flawless. I ve never seen a better match. The attention to detail is mind blowing it s clear each and every person involved with this process cares. As a lifelong fan of Mustangs and the ability to make them your own I am completely indebted to Ken and April and everyone else at Local Guys Collision for their perfect completion of my project. I had several scratches, chips, and dings from the front fender to the back fender and every area in between. I had seen the outstanding work of Local Guys Collision from friends and family who had taken their vehicles there. It was a no brainer to go there to get my car the facelift it so deserved. The 4-hour drive from my home in North Carolina to take my car to a place I knew did outstanding work, had great work ethic, and treated their customers like family was completely worth it. In only a few short days my car looked brand new again - literally better than the day I got it. The craftsmanship and attention to detail is bar none. I can't say enough good things about Local Guys Collision! I'd give them 100 stars if that were an option. I love my Subaru Outback. I know it's just a car but it has sentimental value as the first car I've ever purchased new. You can imagine my horror when someone backed into the drivers side of my parked car! I just knew it would never be the same. Ken, April and the gang at Local Guys did an amazing job of working me through the process. I had no idea how to deal with the insurance company but they made it easy! The repair looks amazing! It's linterally just like new! The paint is flawless! The job took a little longer than expected because of unforseen issues with the door. But they consistantly updated me and I soo appreciate their dedication to doing the job right instead of rushing to meet a deadline. 100% recommend Local Guys!Service: Body & Trim

My wife had a fender bender with her beloved 2004 Honda Odyssey. Fortunately, she got a referral to Local Guys Collision. Ken and April Manns were a dream to work with. Ken was able to find the necessary parts at a reasonable cost, and he did all the body work while we were away on a trip. We got back last night, and we picked up the good as new Odyssey a little while ago. Ken s workmanship was impeccable. The van looks GREAT! If you re looking for an honest, hardworking collision center in Knoxville, look no further. Local Guys will take care of you like family!

The local guys did a repair of our work truck tailgate that was unfortunately damaged from a trailer crashing down on the back of it.We had multiple quotes and theirs was reasonable and they were able to complete the job without any wait time.Their craftsmanship is absolutely to tier! The tailgate looks brand new as if we just drove it off the lot. We would highly recommend them for any repair you need.

I was employed by Local Guys Collision at the beginning of the year. I was burned out on auto body repair until I worked for Ken and April. They run they're shop the way a body shop should be ran by putting the customer first. They are great people to work for I would recommend them for repairs and a place of employment.
