Review is from 2/15/19. I had a Peterbilt 384 with a bad purge valve, so it blew an air hose off , leaving me with no air pressure to keep the breaks from engaging. Called these guys up , and they got to me on the side of the road , shortly, and had me rolling very quickly . Saved me time and money from getting towed to the Peterbilt Store in Knoxville.

Super dishonest... waited 4 hours for a road call. I asked for a clutch brake and to find a transmission leak. They claimed the old clutch brake him in the head and he threw it away when I asked to see it. Also had no proof of a new one. They charged me to block off the hoses that were leaking which they also did not do. And lastly they filled my transmission with hub oil. $425 to send me on my way with all the same problems. I made sure with my mechanic once I made it home. Super dishonest and unprofessional thing to do. I hope the money went a long way for you

Unprofessional to say the least. I am from NJ and broke down on 81 in Virginia at 3am with 3 children. I called the state police who were super nice and they called this company to tow me. I had warranty on my truck that covered towing, power steering pump and labor. This occurred on a Saturday 6hrs away from home which was even worse. The man refused to take my warranty for covered components. My truck was not moveable and I had no idea where I even was. The man replaced my power stearing pump which he charged me 560 dollars to do. I had no money and was trying to call back home to have it wired to me. At 10am he came out and told me I had 10 minutes to get the money or they were leaving until Monday and if they had to come back out they would charge me a service call fee for additional money. Here I am 6hrs away from home with 3 kids and I had never been treated so poorly by people. Im outside calling my grandpop when a police officer pulls up and just stands in front me. I hung up and found out the owner called the cops on me. The officer was very nice however I had to leave with my kids. I walked down to a resteraunt where I asked to charge my phone. Finally my grandfather wired me the money and I walked a mile to krogers to get it. I was afraid they left and would charge me to.come back as my pop only sent me enough for the bill. I walk back to the garage and they never closed in fact more people were there. There was another family that broke down on 81 and he was doing the same to them instead he would not take their credit card but only cash so they were advised to have the money sent western union like me. I felt bad so I drove the husband after I paid for my truck. They are unprofessional and have no compassion for anyone. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. They over charge and take advantage of people at their weakest

I can say from many years of personal experience that these men are professionals and are always decent to whomever they help. They would never take advantage of anyone let alone leave anyone stranded with kids. They are local here in knoxville and only work on 18 wheelers.They do not do any towing or work on personal vehicles. They are also very well know around the area and have been in business many years. I would send anyone needing help to these guys to work on their trucks.

I was very happy with the work they did on the truck, they got here right away and worked diligently untill the electrical short was found. I highly recommend their services. Very nice people.

If you want to give your money away contact them, they will take your money without fixing anything, real crooks unprofessional people. Be careful.
