I would highly recommend if you re looking for a new car to visit them. Walter our sales person has been excellent to work with. He has called multiple times in the first week to see if I had any concerns. The entire experience was phenomenal. From test drive to paperwork all within an hour.Wow that s great service!!The finance department has most updated competitive rates so you don t have to check all the credit union in town.Best car buying experience in my life

Absolutely loved our experience with Lexus of Knoxville. Walter was the best sales associate we could ve asked for. Incredibly patient and incredibly knowledgeable. He did not pressure us whatsoever and made sure to give us all the time/space we needed. He still to this day checks in on us and makes sure we have everything we need. He truly made the car buying experience such a stress free one. We will definitely be back to buy another vehicle from him.

I ve never enjoyed the car buying process. However, I recently purchased an ES 350 from Lexus of Knoxville. Aaron Moore was my sales person. He was professional, straight forward and very knowledgeable. He made it a truly pleasant experience and I couldn t be happier with my purchase.

Excellent experience purchasing a pre-owned Lexus with Aaron M. Despite buying the least expensive vehicle on the lot, my family was so impressed with how we were treated. Aaron was fantastic to work with - from squeezing us in for a short notice test drive, to explaining all the car had to offer, and for prompt and thorough communication throughout the process! He is very knowledgeable despite being in the role for just 6 months. He truly provided 5-star service and an amazing experience for my family. Financing rates were very competitive, and we had a great experience with Michael. Everyone at the dealership was professional, welcoming, and warm.

The technician Jamison was incredibly kind and helpful! The form of communication worked out great since I didn t have to step out of class/meetings for calls, and the issues with my car were simplified by him for me to understand well. This was the smoothest service experience I have had, and I am grateful for Jamison s help!

GREAT experience with salesman Aaron Moore. I pretty much had my heart set on a Mercedes C Class, but I wanted to give myself a couple options PLUS the customer service was very POOR at Mercedes. So I started looking at the IS 350 as well. I called for more info & Aaron immediately called me back. He gave me a few reason why Lexus is better, & his hospitality was so great that I decided to go ahead and make the 2 hour drive. And it was worth it! They gave me a great deal and the customer service was top notch. Everyone at the store was very friendly. GO SEE AARON MOORE FOR YOUR LEXUS NEEDS!!! You won t regret!!!

We went to them to look at various models trying to decide what was best for our family, Walter was very patient with us and didn t push a sale or pressure us into buying anything. They ultimately earned our business, and have even kept in touch with us after the sale. Definitely will purchase from them again.

Very disappointed in the service department. In December the wiper blades were changed but not tightened correctly. Found out while driving in freezing rain/sleet and the wiper locked up. Today s service was for oil change and tire rotation. 4 hours later still waiting. Was told that there was 1.5 hour meeting that the advisor didn t know about. Understand that meetings are important. However the lack of communication is very disappointing. Plan to cancel my prepaid maintenance and find another service option.

Our experience with Lexus of Knoxville on January 9th, 2024 was outstanding. We were checked in expeditiously at our appointed time. Soon thereafter, we met with our service consultant (Kevin Page) who summarized the work to be done along with an estimated timetable. All work was completed well within the initial time estimate exceeding our expectations. We have nothing but very positive opinions about Lexus of Knoxville and our service consultant! As a result, we highly recommend Lexus of Knoxville to anyone interested in excellent service and superior automobiles.

My Wife and I were shopping for new cars and we had our best experience walking into Lexus of Knoxville. Justin greeted us and listened to our needs and immediately had several options for us to choose from. He even brought a vehicle into the showroom as it was raining outside so we did not have to go out into the rain to view the vehicle. Justin was very accommodating and very easy to work him! Overall great experience shopping at Lexus.

We have purchased 2 vehicles from Lexus of Knoxville. Our son and daughter in law have also purchased a vehicle. Andrew Grassel has handled all of our purchases. He is very professional and goes above and beyond to provide personalized service. The service department is very accommodating with hours that fit most people's schedule. It's also great to have the option of having a loaner vehicle while your own car is being serviced. The dealership does a stellar job of following up with their clients to see if they are satisfied with the service they've been provided. We highly recommend Lexus of Knoxville.

Salesman, Brian, was outstanding. Kept working for me to make the deal possible. Steve in finance was a pleasure to work with. Brian s coverage of car s features was very thorough! Brian has already reached out to see if I am having any problems or questions concerning the car. Will be able to make an appointment with a technology expert to answer my tech questions. I am very impressed and pleased with Lexus of Knoxville.

If you are looking to purchase a new vehicle I highly recommend Colton. He is not pushy, very kind, but also extremely knowledgeable. We had no intentions of buying a car, but after 6 hours and 1000 answered questions, we felt comfortable pulling the trigger. The whole staff was very helpful and made the transaction a breeze. They closed at 7pm the day we were there, and we finished signing after 10 (as previously mentioned we had not done our homework beforehand because we had no intentions on buying that day). Three hours after closing and the whole staff (including the cleaning staff at this point) were as nice as when we walked in the door. We have not used the service department yet, but if they're half as professional as the sales and finance departments we will most certainly be pleased.

Great experience! Purchased a new Lexus is 300 remotely from over 200 miles away. The dealership made the process easy and fair. They have gone out of their way to quickly and easily deliver the vehicle to us in a timely and convenient manner. Skeptical at first about buying remotely. Went so well that I would strongly consider it for our next vehicle. Thanks to Colton and Chad for making this happen!

I recently took my RX-350 in for regular maintenance and auto butler. The Lexus dealership is an hour from where I live. I asked how long the service would take. The service rep said they would contact me, but it would be all day. Luckily, he found an opening to get the auto butler completed earlier so I would not have to return nor hang out all day. I appreciate how they try to take care of you.

2011 MUSTANG GTWorked with Zane Carpenter to get my dream car they had at Lexus of Knoxville. Zane was easy to work with and let me have a little fun on the test drive. After some negotiation I got the car at a price I was happy with! Finance guy was a bit pushy with extra warranties and extra unnecessary money-down.The battery died for an unknown reason the next day, they came out first thing in the morning and jumped me off, took me to their shop, and checked everything free of charge. Assumed cause was freezing weather. Work with a luxury dealer and receive luxury service!Other than that I had a 5-star experience and would recommend this place to a friend.Thank you Zane!

I have purchased 2 new cars here. I had a minor hiccup in communication with them one time and the general manager drove to my house in Maryville himself, picked my car up, they fixed everything for a very fair price, and way more than made up for the hiccup. I am actually shocked how much they went out of their way to help me. Highly recommend in every way.

After losing a keyless fob and needing a replacement, I called Lexus about a replacement. I spoke to a parts guy who told me he had one fob in stock and would save it for me. He quoted me "about $200 for the fob" and then said that the service guys would charge me $100-150 to program the fob. So I paid for my car to be towed to the dealership. When I was called by the service agent, Bobby, he asked how much I was quoted. I told him $300 or so and he said he didn't have it written down but would check and let me know. It ended up costing me almost $650 for the fob!! We were even charged a $20 something environmental fee I know they charge this for oil changes which is incredibly high in my opinion but what environmental fee was generated for a fob programming?! It makes no sense and feels shady to me. I had checked with other service stores and was told about $220 (total for fob and service) but chose Lexus because I was willing to pay the $100 extra for them to do it. I won't make that mistake again. Unfortunately, Lexus has lost a customer.

Service Rep Kevin Page is great. Keeps us updated on status and always follows up. Little disappointed in washing and cleaning of vehicle. Previous dealership did a great job with this. They would leave cards indicating who performed it and we would always compensate them.

I was extremely satisfied with my experience at Lexus of Knoxville!We were on a road trip and going to Florida and saw the notification on our dashboard. I googled the next Lexus center and this one came up. We were treated with so much respect great customer service.and friendliness . The service is excellent! I Dropped my car off I had a loaner and I did not have to worry about being back. The service manager was very nice and on point with everything, on the same day my friend dropped her car off and had to wait all day which was a horrible experience with no car and waiting. after I told her about my experience, I told her she should get a Lexus they will take great care of you.
