I've been to many Ford Service centers around the country and this one like the rest had impeccable service and a great waiting area. Complimentary soda, coffee, snacks and very comfortable chairs. The people were very friendly and they got me out when they said they would.

Lots of tough reviews on this dealer that puzzle me. I had a great experience buying a vehicle here. Like always, you have to negotiate, but that is just business. My sales rep was a pleasure to work with due to his knowledge and excellent interpersonal skills. Jeremy earned this 5 star for the dealer. The truck is nice too. Ford is simply a better option for a truck than GM. Moon roof, bigger interior, turbo V6 with hybrid tech, and hands free cruise without dropping 90K on an HD. Well done Lance and team.

I would give less stars if I could. A year ago I went in for a rear differential fix under warranty and my car was hit by a service tech in another vehicle. I posted a review then and was given a car by the lot to drive while they replaced the door that was damaged. This year I called multiple times for information and availability for another fix and never received a call back for weeks. 4 days ago I took my car back to have another issue fixed. I was told the day I dropped my car off I d get a call with a time frame and never got a call. I have not talked to my service advisor (who seems to be imaginary and only other people can see or speak with him) not one time and I ve called 2-3 times a day since. One of the times I called I was told the issues with the vehicle (not my advisor) and was told it would be a sway bar replacement (couple hour fix) two days ago. I have not been advised on pricing warranty coverage nothing I have continued to call 2 times a day since and keep getting told I will get a call back and have not. I work 12-14 hours for 911 dispatch and my time and vehicle are detrimental. The communication is non existent at best especially for a dealership. Considering now I won t get a call till probably Monday I d rather just go get my car and go somewhere else. I will not be using their service department ever again especially considering I ve had issues in the past with them.

I've been involved with LCF years for a reason... However this time in service was exceptional! Hunter was my service advisor and he listened to what I needed, was surprisingly fair, and made sure that I was happy with the whole process! Caleb completed my service and he was very thorough with his job but actually polite when speaking to me about his progress. Thank you 2 very much and I will be back!

Brought my 2019 Ford Edge Titanium in for transmission issue. My vehicle was accelerating poorly especially in lower gears. We decided to do a tranmission drain and refill with no flush. I left the dealership and drove back home and my vehicle has not missed a beat. My service advisor Judy Daly was just amazing throughout the whole process! I will keep bringing my vehicle here for services in the future. Thank you again Mrs. Judy Daly for being awesome to your customers! Also would like to thank my Technician Mr. Curtis Bowness for taking great care of my vehicle!

DO NOT USE. Took my F150 in for check engine and a TSB. Their service ignored the TSB, was told it needed X,Y,Z, etc... waited a week, called and called, it was always next in line, then finally called and was told it was done. I went to pick it up, drove it 100 feet out of the lot and it pulled horrendously to the right, had same issues as before, then check engine light came on, so we turned around immediately and took it back. Walked in and the same guy who checked it out and handed me the keys gave me the scooby-doo "ruh roh" as I walked back in. Ruh-Roh indeed. Clearly it was never test-driven after repair...Wait another day, called said it was ready. Talked to same guy at service, said the steering was never aligned after service. I said "Obviously no one test drove the thing after repair" and was literally told to my face "Well, you know it's hard to get good help". DON'T TELL CUSTOMERS THAT. NOT EVER.They are done with their shiny new repair building, sure, but... no one to staff it. Same as all other dealers nowadays, no staff. In my case, no GOOD staff. I wouldn't even trust these guys for oil change as you may drive off with an empty pan...Services: Electrical repair, Steering & suspension repair, Auto exhaust system repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance, Oil change

If you want a service advisor whom will be honest, helpful and responsible choose Chris Terry. Every time I work with him, I am more than pleased.

I have used Lance Cunningham services for years. I have to say everything seemed quite disorganized including miscommunication on headlight change out. It's certainly not the same service as it was, and I'm not sure I'll be back. I've always been generally happy there for years prior to recently.My car requires the bumper be removed to change the $20 light bulbs; so about a $300 job. I took it in for that and a tune up. I had some other diagnostics done. Fair enough; other things to do.Thing is I don't have a tune up nor lights fixed and my car was there a day. We talked and played phone tag. I had the appointment for those services specifically so not sure why those were waiting on some approval. I understand the other work not being done; the new stuff we discovered.The bumper was taken off to inspect the lights to tell me what was wrong and the bulbs not fixed; that's the whole reason that job is expensive.Long story story I've paid $368 for info; the light info I already knew and was why I was there; to reseat or replace the relatively inexpensive bulbs. I am still out a day and still need as much and more done.

Liars. I will never do business here again. Sold me a vehicle with internal engine issues and told me it passed maintenance inspection. They Agreed to fix it but have had it for 2 months now. I have been calling since September 28th trying to get an update and no one will call me back. Also lied to my grandmother and told her the vehicle would be ready by Oct 7th. It is now the 20th. Didn't even bother to call and let us know what why it wasn't ready. I will be contacting my lawyer soon.

Only because I had to give a star to comment. But this place is the absolute WORST! DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE TO BE SERVICED! I ended up taking mine to Ray Varner Ford in Clinton. They did it FASTER. Lance said it would take 3-4 weeks and wanted to keep my car. Ray got it done in less than 8 hours and had me come in in less than 5 days from the day I call. Lance kept my car for 5 days and never even looked at it.Ray Varner Ford is where you wanna go!

High pressure sales tactics.. service center is a waste of space.. bought a new car and they can t even fix the recall until next year.. but they can sell another car Better off buying a $2000 beater smhRecall: Transmission problems (won t go over 40 mph or slams into 1st/2cd gear randomly) Gas will leak, fuel reader faulty Driver door ajar - back driver ajar while driving 2012-2017 Focus

I would never buy or refer anyone to buy a vehicle from there. They took advantage of my elder mom and sold her there junk and even with warranty they have charged her. She had just had the car a few days over a month.
