I had corrosion on my trunk lid due to FoMoCo switching to using aluminum instead of steel several years ago. During the paint application if there s any moisture on the metal, the paint doesn t adhere correctly. Anyway, I was out of my corrosion warranty and called Lincoln and they stepped up and decided to cover part of the repair. I took the vehicle in to get an estimate and Chris (bodyshop manager) took care of the situation and made sure it was done in an appropriate amount of time. He then went above and beyond and touched up a couple of other small paint chips on my hood. Overall excellent experience and I highly recommend using them for and paint and collision repairs!

I can't say enough about how well I have been treated in my recent purchase at Lance Cunningham Ford.Cole is exceptional to work with insuring I was fully satisfied with my purchase exceeding my long list of specifics in our new vehicle.Dexter with the finance department went over everything in great detail and made all options for financing clear for me to make a sound decision.Thank you for your great customer service and see you again when needing my next car.

I just bought my third vehicle from LCF. Would I keep going back if I didn't get superb customer services and deals? No way! And if you want a salesman that goes above and beyond to get you the best deal, ask for John McCarthy!

I would not take my vehicle here the insurance adjuster is a total douche he threatened to back our van into a pole and all the work done on my car was messed up they had a simple job of re powder coating to rims and painting the passenger side of my van and the paint job is completely off. the rims were spray-painted instead of powder coated and when they were asked to fix the vehicle Rodriguez who is the adjuster decided that he would get an attitude and total out my van because he says that he can do it and nobody else can change his decision which is what he did two days later after getting my van back into the shop to get the rework done that they had messed up on and didn't want to fix and i called two days later about getting my covers to my battery that they took off and they refused to give it saying that they didn't mess with my battery which is a lie because they reset everything in my car even down in my check engine light. And my battery cover was on it that morning prior to dropping it off because I had to put a quart of oil in it . He was totally rude from the get-go he had hung up on me when I was trying to explain to him the issues with the van after getting it back with the work done to it I have pictures to back up everything I say they even dumped out my trash that I had in my car in a trash bag in my back floorboard being mean to me and it was completely clean when it was dropped off to them I have that picture to. There was nothing mechanically wrong with my vehicle it was only cosmetic damage they did the work and didn't do it correctly and didn't want to fix it instead he decided to redo the estimate and total out the van over their mess up he was nothing but Rude the entire time to me and then when my husband found out my husband dealt with him after that because I was insured by the manager Brian that I would not have to talk to Rodriguez again and when the vehicle was brought back to the shop and everything was getting pointed out that was wrong when I got to the driver side Rim which remind you is now on the passenger side front it was the worst one and when I told him that it needed to be fixed because the Globs of paint he said he did not touch that side and I told him he was a liar and to get the paperwork and the paperwork showed he did touch that side I am also filing a report with the Better Business Bureau no one should have to ever be treated with such disrespect and so many awful things that this guy had said this is just a gist of the things that was done to me and my family and he didn't want to admit he was in the wrong and fix the issues instead he wanted to argue and act like Billy bad A**. I will never take anyone of my vehicles there or even buy one from there or tell anyone to go there I will never have a good review for this place horrible horrible place.

I had a problem with the sun roof on my F-150 with the weather stripping and they got the part the next day & repaired it the next day at no charge. This was a year after I bought the truck. Excellent customer service.

This dealership is rife with shoddy work. I took my wife's car in for a recall and it came out damaged, unable to start, and with items missing under the hood.They went to great amateur attempts to cover up the damage done by the technician and then made repeated attempts to gaslight my wife and I about the problem that they created.They refused repair the damage they caused and also refused to return my very minor aftermarket additions.DO NOT TRUST THE DEALERSHIP

Amazing collision center, and Brian Allen was beyond helpful and a breath of fresh air.we had a rental from enterprise,a 15 passenger van, the side door latch was stuck and the second door wouldn't close,we called enterprise they sent us to various shops and none of them could help us and turned us to someone else...we get to Ford auto collision and Brian was so helpful, so courteous and looked into possibilities for us.we are a family of seven I'm trying to find a diff rental with no luck and meanwhile Brian and his staff drove back around in the van ,door fixed and all. You can't imagine the relief we all felt to be up and running.We are beyond grateful for your services and your kindness.your amazing Brian.

Dont trust these people ever they lied to me about needing a part that would of been 900 dollars. ,,gotta watch out for them an i would recommend for myself an everyone not to get service there , an I had to go back 3tines over a oil change it leaked bad when they're were done. An had to go back again because they pushed a hose in mY fan blade,,an left under my spotless. Car covered in oil ,,I hate it there in 2days I spent 6hours just uncalled for ty,,,,raven black
