I recently have taken my car into here, twice. I recently got an older car as a work car so save miles on my daily. I got the windows tinted, which I did love the tint once it was corrected. I took pictures before, and after I got my car serviced both times. the second time I noticed a large hole in my dash. it s an old car so the dash is brittle as expected. well this was completely pushed in, and I looked closer to see that they pulled an lottery ticket to the front of the dash. That had fallen in there where it was deep enough before that it would ve had to been pulled out to where its sitting now. the dash was already brittle in the area now there is a large hole right where they left the lottery ticket pulled up to the front. how insane it is that you cannot trust a company with even an older vehicle. I have a peace of mind that I did not bring my daily in first to get serviced before this car. I did have photos of before and after of this. not to mention a customer had a came in and was about to be leaving and complained about their windshield have a scratch on it that was not there prior to service.As i go further to decide what to do about this even tho it is an old vehicle, it is not morally right to be digging through customers dashes like that nor cars in general. I m left with a torn up dash now and have to spend time to decide how to handle this!any new customers, i recommend installing dash cams inside your car facing all areas so you have video evidence for these ordeals. other.Than that the tint is usually pretty nice.(edit) - so I did provide photos. The phot to whether right is the night prior to service. Photo on the left is what I m talking about.Yes the dash was already brittle and cracked, but that s what I m coming from. It was already in brittle condition. Then to get the car back with the hole completely done in AND to see the lottery ticket pulled and tucked to the front, makes me so upset. I recommend this business takes photos of cars before and prior to service for these issues because it seems to be issues with the staffing. The owners were great! I m guessing the staffing needs looked into. but do show your staff the picture of the dash where the lottery ticket was pulled through the crack.I m not sure what I want done about it due to the circumstances, but the staffing is the end goal that needs figured out. As a person who runs a business, I would not want someone working for me that is doing this to customer s vehicles.Thank you to the owners for being corporative when dealing with issues.

After getting my windows tinted in a new shop. I experienced problem after problem. After finally getting tired of dealing with this new business. I decided to take my vehicle to knoxvegas to get it resolved. They were fast and efficient and it looks great. I wish I had just took it to them in the first place. 5 star company and I would definitely use their services again.

I almost never leave a review for anything but wanted to put in a good word for these folks. I had been wanting to get the windows tinted on my little commuter car for quite a while but hadn't made time to do it. So I stopped by here one day. They were very friendly and helpful and worked me in quick to get my windows tinted. The day they did the work, they did not have the shade tint I had chosen in the less expensive material I was quoted, so they tinted my car in the shade I wanted with the more expensive ceramic tint for the price they had quoted me for carbon tint.I wasn't really concerned about looks, I was getting the windows tinted to keep the car cooler in summer, BUT they did such a nice and professional looking job that I was surprised how much better it made the car look!I saw some of the vinyl wraps they were working on in their shop. It looks like they do nice work there, too. I talked to Joe about using vinyl to replicate some factory stripes for my '74 Ford truck. (The factory stripe kits are NLA.) He said they could make them, and he quoted me a very fair price to do. So I'll be back.

Just went here a couple days ago in person because I didn t really know what I wanted as I ve never tinted my windows and as i work night shift I didn t know what it would look like, they were super friendly and walked me around and explained the different types of tint and it s purposes, even let me look at their personal vehicles to see what it looks like in person. They set me an appointment up super quick and did a great job, definitely recommend them and if I ever decide to go any darker I ll be back

I was driving and their company car or whatever it is was driving like a maniac. Speeding. We were already going like 50 in a 45 and then zoomed past us like crazy. Had to be going way past the limit. I guess that they got mad that I wouldn t go even further past the limit? So they passed us and other people. Not happy, do better. I hope you don t run your company like you do your car.

I took my 2023 scatpack that I had had for 3 days. I was skeptical about letting anyone work on it after having it for such a short period of time. Not anymore knoxvegas treated as if it was one of their cars. Very friendly and professional people. Would not hesitate to do it all over again. I am taking it back for more upgrades. I have total confidence in their work. 5 stars for sure

This place is a joke. Had car there for 4 hours to just get windshield, two front doors and back lift gate tinted. Called a day ahead of time to make appointment. Rocky said he d be done in 2 1/2 hours. Came back after four hours my car is sitting in the garage with all doors open nut no one has done anything. Rocky said they got behind. I guess from taking care of friends before customers. Rocky said another guy and him could get it done in 20 minutes. I went outside to tell my finance to see what she thought. She was surprised as me that nothing was done. I walked back inside and no one had still started working on my car. Decided to take it somewheres else that cares about taking care of customers. Not just taking care of there friends and buddies. This place doesn t need the money so don t waste your time in going here. I was told back glass was done but no charge. I ll have to wait till morning to see if it was really tinted or not. It did not look like it was tinted while I followed my finance home.

This was my first time dealing with SPG. The guys there know their stuff and were able to suggest some percentages and types of tint that would best suit my goal. Pretty quick work and honest pricing. We ll see how the tint holds up but so far very impressed. Got my tint done by Joe last year on my Audi. Super respectful guy. He s very diligent on not dirtying or damaging your car. Was also super helpful with deciding which type of tint to go with. Definitely recommend his services.

First off, this is a real person and account.This is the worst shop I have ever been too in my life. What a joke!! If you like over paying for trash work then come here. Honestly, Joe is the best. My boyfriend and I were commissioned to make this huge sculpture for Decatur, TN. We needed to get some steel that we painted ourselves powder coated. It s not typically done because you want the powder directly on the metal, but Joe was willing to experiment with us and he did an incredible job. He was flexible and supportive of our weird request, which as artists we have a lot of those.Also, being a woman working in a male dominated field I tend to get spoken to like I m an idiot half the time. Joe never made me feel like that. And he was incredibly responsive to any of our million questions.Super professional, extremely talented and really fair priced. We can t say enough good things about our experience with Joe. So if you need anything powder coated you don t need to look any further.Service: Powder coating

My first visit was to have some Harley wheels powder coated. Joe did a phenomenal job. My second visit was to have front windows tinted on my truck. Joe was very thorough and did a awesome job. Had window tint done a couple years ago with another company. And realized my window strip had flipped back. SGP took care of it. Great team, super friendly and great prices. I ll be coming back to get two wheels repairs (pothole gave some rash on the lip) sandblasted and powder coated. Will get you in and out, and fair pricing.Owner isn't great at phone communication. Took my business else where but that shouldn't lower his rating. If you got time to just show up, he'll take care of you.Sometimes you get your hands full with life/work and kids, you need a little more communication and understanding.He'll prioritize your service if you're spending a lot of money though.
