I had an axle bracket break on my trailer and although I didn't actually do business with them, the man that answered my inquiries was more than helpful. He gave me the name of another business that better suited my needs and...wasn't wrong. I appreciate the help.H

These guys here were life savers!!!! Had a trailer with a brake issue that actually caught fire and even though they were slammed, they got me safely to the shop, and got all repairs made in a matter of hours. Anyone in the area needing any sort of trailer repair should call these guys here!!! Very knowledgeable and the techs are some of the best I've seen while on the road.

We are a small trailer dealer in Akron Ohio. One of our rental trailers blew a brake line near Knox trailers. We had it towed there. They jumped right on it. Found the problem and fixed it. They even delivered it to our customer in Gatlinburg in plenty of time for his return trip. They saved the day for us, but more importantly for our customer. All this and their pricing was very reasonable. I could not recommend them any more highly!!

Very helpful staff was able to get right in and out. Only problem was the tight parking lot. But the seemed to be very land locked, so can't blame them for that. Would recommend to anyone who need a trailer fixed or upgraded.

I see that a recent reviewer referred to this Team as Clowns ... Momma always said "Takes on to know one" I suppose ...I say that the experience that was noted was NOTHING like my experience, In fact quite the opposite. Did I like paying the price? Nah ... BUT the value this Team provided by basically turning my truck around the same day when it has been to a different shop previously and couldnt (or wouldnt) fix it far exceeded the actual charge.You see, if this truck wasnt running today because I hired "clowns" to work on it that couldnt (or wouldnt) have fixed it ... My over all costs would have exceeded 10x's the invoice.This group and Chris on the front lines are far from Clowns .... They are a VALUE ADDED SERVICE AND REPAIR company ... And we will return to this circus BECAUSE it is a feel good story of people who get the job done.Thank You Knox Trailer !!

WARNING WARNING STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WOULD LIKE TO GET RIPPED OFF. Highly overpriced did not give me a call about what the price is running up to just went ahead and charged me a price that I could of had a new trailer built at. Had to take trailer back for same repairs twice. Dont use these Clowns they dont know what they are doing and charge you a high price for it.

I had a tire bust and do some damage to my frame (24' box truck). I brought it in and they got me out in a flash...good price and great staff!

We were traveling through Knoxville on a road trip with our 5th wheel camping trailer and needed some suspension service. Knox Trailers was very helpful, professional, and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend them for both locals and travelers.

Don't seem to know what they are doing. Said they didn't have part's then when I said I was going to go somewhere else, they surprisingly produced the parts all of a sudden from their own warehouse. I do not trust these guys.

Good luck if you have to get a trailer fixed the staff was friendly however maneuvering a full size truck and trailer through here is next to impossible

We have had many breakdowns on the hwy and usually get taken advantage of in cost of repairs the owner of the trailer repair is as down to earth and fair as I ve seen If your broke down and need trailer repair search no more this is place to call thanks Jl gate inc
