Body shop!! The 4 guys in the body shop are incredible to work with. Recently had a service van in for repairs and they exceeded our expectations! Highly recommend. We will have the door wrapped. Not only did they hang a new door, they repaired the track and brackets!

Such a great experience at Knox Horizon. My car got hit and there were some minor paint damages. Getting a quote was super easy and simple. Then the actual repair only took 2 days. They even gave my car a really nice rinse off/wash and vacuumed the inside! Every staff member I interacted with was very nice and super helpful. Definitely recommend!Service: Auto body & trim repair

My new favorite auto repair facility. Give them a try for your auto care needs. Went for an alignment. Simple, fast, upfront, and uses an accurate scheduling system the customer can track. Did I mention free coffee, water, popcorn, and snacks. Great rates too!

I took my car in to have it looked at after several other places told me they couldn't find anything wrong with it. Knox Horizon drove it and figured out what was going on and the work was done in one day. The cost was a lot less than I expected it to be considering how long I had went with the issue. I will and have recommended this place to other people needing work done on their car.

After a dealership had not properly repaired my car, Knox Horizons stepped up and was able to repair my car in a fast, professional, and efficient manner. Beyond that, they also provided me with help in understanding the problems and advice in dealing with this other service department. They were completely transparent with everything they had to do and walked me through the process the whole way through.

Everyone at Knox Horizon was professional, welcoming and treated me like family! I traveled from Nashville to Knoxville for work. My car decided to die at a gas station while I was getting gas. Having no idea who to call, somehow I found them. A driver was there to get me within 15 minutes of my call and towed my car. My car was fixed within a couple of hours! They did not take advantage of my situation by overcharging me! Being stranded away from home was not stressful at all! The staff supported me with compassion and provided the absolute BEST and FASTEST service! I highly recommend them!! I would give them 10 stars!!!

Scratches on our new SUV rear bumper. Our dealer s body shop wanted $2,500 to replace entire bumper, citing potential impact on sensors. This seemed outrageous as there were no dents or dings, just the scratches. Knox Horizon agreed there was no need for a replacement and instead expertly refinished and matched original color for a brilliant result, and sensors are functioning normally. They even cleaned our vehicle inside and out. All for $500. Knox Horizon technicians have served as the body repair go-tos for several large dealers in town for years and know what they are doing, even around today s highly instrumented vehicles. We are very pleased and highly recommend!

My wife had an oil leak last year and we got a crazy quote from a dealer so we brought it to Knox Horizon to have it checked after reading good reviews. The price was very high but somewhat better so we gave them the go ahead to repair. Upon getting her car back, she started having a whole slew of new problems one right after the next. We got problem after problem fixed by them chocking it up to it being a somewhat older vehicle now. A few months later, it started burning oil bad, leaking oil everywhere, steaming, smelling of burnt oil, and several lights came on on the dash. We took it in only to find out they made a mistake that caused the leak to reoccur, caused new worse leaks, blew a head gasket, and cracked a head. The problem they created was far larger than the original problem they fixed so they fixed it on the house to try to save their butts. So they said anyway. As soon as we left, new lights came on and new problems occurred. We wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt because they admitted their mistake and supposedly fixed it so we wanted to believe they were honest. Each time they say bring it in, we'll look at it, it's a follow up so you won't owe anything to check it out. Then they tell us it's a repair of $4000-$5000 each and every time. We have spent about $10,000 and everything and more is wrong with it now. They have been jerking us around for months about a quote for a problem they diagnosed months ago. After we spent abput $10,000, they finally gave that quote...another $5,000. No, we don't think so. We tried to be positive and trust them. Yeah, we were fools I guess. These "fools" are taking their business elsewhere and would recommend anyone else do the same. Each time we overhear what others are having done, they are all having the exact same kinds of problems. Then today we were told, "This is a follow up so you won't owe us anything to check it out today. We will call you to let you know when we're done." We got that call alright. Along with another $5000 diagnosis. When my wife expressed her concern and her inability to pay yet another $5000 on a car that she could have replaced by now with a near new vehicle, suddenly we owed them money we were not informed of in advance. Knox Horizon has been coaching her to keep her car and keep bringing it in to have it fixed rather than replacing it with a vehicle that wasn't experiencing these issues. And again, before coming here, we simply had a leaking head gasket. And we've had all sorts of unrelated problems "fixed" since coming here yet nothing is fixed. Just a new problem every time we leave. Then when I calmly expressed my concern about being told we owe money today that we were told just a few hours ago that we wouldn't owe, the general manager came out yelling at me and wouldn't even let me talk. Then he yelled, "Let me tell you what! I'll go get your car right now and y'all never come back here!" Then we have proceeded to wait about an hour for him to "go get it right now" and we're wondering what they are back there doing to it. We will be checking all the fluids and everything we can before we dare get in the car and try to drive it anywhere. We do not trust this place and will never be back.

Knox Horizon went above and beyond helping me with my car troubles. My newly purchased (8 months) used car had unexpected engine issues and was unable to make it more than a few miles down the road. Thankfully this was within the distance of Knox Horizon and they were such an unexpected blessing in the saga of getting it fixed. What I thought was just a spark plug issued ended up being a huge overhaul of the engine in which I needed a new head, head gasket, valves, etc. The labor & parts cost would have been over half of what I paid for the vehicle. Daren advocated on my behalf with my extended warranty company and was able to get the cost down incredibly to an affordable level. Dwayne had great communication and kept me up to date on any issues or success in getting the car fixed. The mechanics did an incredible job and my car is running great now. They even detailed the car and test drove it 100 miles to assure it was running correctly and to give me a good assessment of whether I should keep the vehicle. 10/10 recommend Knox Horizon.

The best car repair experience I ve ever had. ( and I m 66!) Professional, top notch staff, mechanics and service! Clean facility, state of the art, upfront pricing; altogether a pleasant experience! They even cleaned my car from the salty snow after January 2024 storm.In one day, out the next! I also got a senior discount! I ll be back if I need anything!(This isn t a fake review! ) Go Vols!!

Knox horizon is great!! I got in a fender bender and they completely fixed everything that was broken in the accident. They even detailed my whole car, managed to fix the center console without me saying anything about it in the first place, and redid the pin striping on my car. They re truly amazing and very quick to help with any questions or concerns.

I had an amazing experience here. Every person I talked to was SO amazing, especially Darren. My Brakes broke and I needed it towed, but I was in a parking deck so I knew that was going to be difficult. However, they found a solution to get my car out of the deck safely. The whole time my car was in the shop Darren kept me updated on what was going on and the cost of everything they were doing, and why it was going to cost that much. Every charge was very reasonable. The thing that sent them over the top for me was that it seemed like the staff genuinely cared about my safety, and the safety of my car. I will not be taking my car anywhere else but here, they were absolutely outstanding.Service: Brakes

I thought the pleasant reviews and decent responses were a sign that this would be a good shop. For me, it was a very unprofessional experience and I would not recommend working with such questionable individuals. I took my car in for a quick repair and was very clear that time would be an important factor whether I would give them my business. (Knowing that can be hard for most shops) The first person I spoke with when I dropped the car off told me it would be ready same day at noon (before they even looked at the car). I got a call shortly after dropping it off from a different person asking about what needs to be done, then no updates until I call 4 hours past the time I was told it would be ready. A man named Mike calls and tells me they haven t got to my car yet, so I ask when they will and he said im not sure and hung up. Another new person calls back saying there is more that needs to be done on the car and we need to keep it another day to get it done. Ok no surprise you find more than you were expecting but why did you waste an entire day while my car sat in the shop? (Manager could not answer this question) I can understand a repair taking multiple days unexpectedly but DO NOT lead the customer on with a bait and switch so you can collect on your repair bill.By the end my bill was more substantial than I could pay at the time so I asked if they have payment plans. They handed me a third party pamphlet to qualify for a payment program which you need to pass a credit check for! If you don t qualify for this payment plan they keep your car on the lot until you can. Again the policy is not the problem, it s the fact that you don t even inform your customer about your extremely specific payment plan before doing work on their vehicle! Wild.The manager s efforts to provide customer service were clearly a fake act of a seemingly genuine apology, so he could come off clean. It s clear he just wants to make pleasantries and has no understanding of accountability or business management with his employees all on different planets.If you go to this shop, I hope you have a better experience than I did

This company is top notch and really takes care of the lady. Other car repair shops try to take advantage of ladies that are not in the know about auto repairs, but Knox Horizon Complete Auto Care is not deceiving and very upfront about what your car needs, what is recommended and what items that could wait a bit if $$ is a factor. They provided a fair price with quality workmanship and I'll return as a customer when I'm in need.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto A/C recharge, A/C installation & repair

I took my carv to get a 50 point inspection and my oil changed. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I have an appointment with them next week to get my repairs done. They offered to get me to work after I drop my car off. Prices are reasonable and the camaraderie of the team is awesome. My experience with this company was very pleasant. The service writers were super nice as well. They fixed the issues in a timely manner. I had some front end work done, so when I picked up the car, the car felt out of alignment. I took it back to them amd they re-aligned it for free! We used Knox Horizon Complete Auto Care to repair a random overheating issue on our 2013 Passat 2.0 turbo diesel. We were actually seeking a second opinion after having it diagnosed by dealer service. Knox Horizon got to exactly the same diagnosis as the dealer tech without me sharing with Knox Horizon that I had even been to the dealer. The dealer was going to do the same repair and then check to see if that fixed the problem. I didn t like that.Knox Horizon did the repair at a little less cost and guaranteed the fix.Moreover, I brought Knox Horizon a dirty car that had been sitting for a couple of months. Knox Horizon gave us back a spotless car. That did not go unnoticed.We ve got two Passat turbo diesels, a Jeep, two Ford F250s, and a GMC Yukon.We ll be back to KHCAC.Service: Auto water leak repair

I went in to get two tires repaired that were leaking air. While I was at the counter I decided to go ahead and get two wipers put on. They wanted to charge me over $100 to replace two wipers! One tire had a bad sensor. They wanted to charge me $157 and change to replace the sensor. The prices are expensive! There are better options for car Care in Knoxville. The reason I gave a star at all was that they did repair the one tire I allowed them to fix in under 30 minutes.

By far the best experience I have ever had with an auto repair center. The communication was outstanding! The owners are incredibly nice and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They sent me a very detailed estimate of all their findings and recommendations with a price breakdown on each service. So much attention to detail. When I picked up my car, it was clean and running great! Highly recommend!
