Everyone loves Knox Details, and now I know why. Ryan did an incredible job of weatherproofing my top, conditioning my Nappa leather interior and detailing my engine bay. The guys at Harper said my engine looked brand new a huge compliment from the local Porsche store. Ryan took the time to get to know me as a customer and take care of my car's specific needs, with outstanding results. Tim could and should expand his investment by creating a hangout for Knoxville car enthusiasts I felt like I instantly made a friend. I can't wait to take my other cars here when I'm in Knoxville.

I picked up my new 2023 Tesla Model X to have a full stealth wrap, stealth ceramic coat, interior ceramic, tint and added a Tesla T for the back as they no longer comes with the car. They did an amazing job!!! They plugged my car in while they had it to keep the battery where I like to keep it. They also kept me up to date on how the job was going and allowed me to see it while they were working on it when I stopped by. 10/10 recommend!! The best job without taking the car apart, which kinda made me nervous. Call Billie and get scheduled, she is great!

Over the last decade I have had at least half a dozen vehicles fully wrapped in PPF to varying degrees of success, but Tim and the crew at Knox Details have set a new bar that I doubt many will come close to matching. Their attention to detail and the quality of their work is second to none, and the friendliness of the staff and ownership are unparalleled. I have tried the rest, so you can take my word for it - these guys are the best.

I got a full front PPF and ceramic window tint for my truck.I ve had a great experience from start to finish. I m looking for the relationship as much as the services because I want to build trust for years to come.Honest, friendly, and reliable. Great communication throughout the process. I really appreciate their attention to detail. I also love the piece of mind the paint protection offers.Great staff. Great business. Recently moved to Tennessee from a state that doesn't allow tinted windows. I'm about an hour away but it was worth the drive. I have an 05 BMW Z4. I take very good care of all my vehicles so I wanted a place that had good ratings. Tim met me in parking lot when I got there. Made me feel very welcomed. Showed me the different shades of tint on vehicles already done. There was a lot of high end cars there having work done.And some older cars.Tim went over everything and treated me just like the guy who was there getting more things done on his new Challenger. And spending more money. That is what customer service is about! I went with their best tint. Highly recommend Knox Details. The rest of the staff was very pleasant and friendly also. They are very careful moving vehicles around. I have a 2016 Lexus GS 350 I will be bringing here soon also. Keep up the great work!

I had a great overall experience. All of the staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Billie took the time to go through all of my options with me and price out everything. I looked at multiple tint places and their prices were the best for the quality. The tint looks great and the process was smooth. I would definitely recommend them and I will be taking my other car there next week!

Took my car here due to paint splatter from a vehicle on the interstate. Lots and lots of tiny speckles of paint all over my new Volvo. I picked my car up and it looks amazing! Every speck of paint was gone plus a full detail. Now my car looks like it did on the showroom floor! I am so thankful that Knox Detail was recommended to me and I would definitely recommend their services. Billie is awesome and every person I came in contact with was super friendly. Thanks again!

Extremely courteous and professional customer service! They did an amazing job on my 2015 Lexus IS250, 115,000 miles and it looks better than it did when purchased. I was able to drop off before they opened and my car was finished before 1:00PM. Highly recommend taking any vehicle here.

Knox detail knocked it out of the park! I Brought them my new GMC 2500. They took time to go over options and patiently answered all my questions. Once finished, they spent the time to go over details of work done and repeatedly told me they were always available if any questions or issues come up.

Tim, Billy, and their whole crew do amazing work. I have had 4 different vehicles in here, and each time the results are phenomenal. Latest was an octane red Charger Hellcat-the pearl in the factory paint that was near nonexistent when I bought the car had been brought out beautifully by their treatment. When I took it back to the dealer, the GM came out immediately because he wanted to know what I had done to the paint-it was that noticeable. I am through buying vehicles for awhile, but anytime I need something done I won t call anyone else.Services: Auto detailing, Paint protection, Vehicle window tinting

I can't say enough good things about this shop. I dropped off my C8 ( second car I have taken them) and they did an amazing job again. Tim takes time to answer every question and makes sure you are satisfied.I had PPF applied to the front/sides and ceramic coating to the rims. Great company to work with. They came highly recommended from the Porsche dealership. They ceramic tinted , ceramic coated , paint correction as well as the track package for PPF. I'm so thankful for the team at Knox Details. My son had an unfortunate car break in while he was out of town, leaving broken glass everywhere. Billie and Tim worked him in (even though they were booked solid)and took great care of him! I can not thank them enough for being so helpful!

i opted to wait with my car while my windows were tinted, which usually would make for a very boring long afternoon but instead, billie took time out of her busy day to answer all of my questions and teach me so much valuable information. she is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. the tint is perfect and i am so beyond thankful for the service i received here. i cannot recommend this shop enough!

This place did amazing work and has very good customer service. They are very good at explaining things to you and will show you things being done on other peoples cars so you have a better understanding. highly recommend this place.My one and only complaint and it s really nothing but I m 6 1 and so about average height for a male but my seat was moved COMPLETELY out of wack. My car doesn t have memory seat so it was a pain to find where it was as before but not a big deal like I said. Just annoying to find where it was before haha. Overall I would recommend anyone to come here as I was highly pleased.Service: Paint protection

I used Knox Details to PPF, Ceramic Coat, and tint all of my 2023 Tesla Model X.They did a FANTASTIC JOB! Their attention to detail is superb, and the price was reasonable based on other shops I called. I highly recommend them, and I'm already using them for another vehicle I have.

Tim and his team at Knox Details have been taking care of my families window tint needs for the past few years. I recently purchased a new 2020 WRX with the pearl white paint. I decided I would go the full course to protect my new car with a partial front paint protection film, a full ceramic coat, and window tint. After they were finished it looks better than it did sitting on the lot. I could not be happier with the turnout. Not only does the car look amazing but it will be protected for thousands of miles to come. I highly recommend going to see Tim for your automotive needs. I really wish other companies would model their customer service and quality after these guys. Tim and his team did an amazing tint job on my brother s Tesla Y! Billie is your go to person! She is knowledgeable and give great suggestions that I wouldn t even think of. From appointment to finish, all my concerns were answered in a timely manner. I was able to set an appointment and drop the car off with ease. Love her personality! Would definitely recommend!
