Been going to Joe for years and it s the only place that we let work on our trucks! Joe is awesome! He does a great job, he explains what he s doing and he s honest. He won t just throw parts at it just to see if it that fixes it. He goes above and beyond to make sure what he does fixes the issue and makes sure you re happy! Also very reasonably priced!

I have used Joe s shop before and have always been extremely pleased with the quality of service and professionalism. Joe goes above and beyond any other mechanic in town. He explains the how and why and takes care of the problem at the most reasonable prices. I will continue to recommend him to everyone. Thanks for all you do Joe!!!

If you need a good, reasonably priced service, this is your place. Joe is great guy, who knows his stuff. I found this place by word of mouth and I am forever grateful that I did. I needed brakes and rotors and Joes went above and beyond to take excellent care of it. I will definitely be going back for my future car repair, and in the mean time I will tell everyone I know how fantastic the customer service is. Awesome, awesome, awesome! Couldn t ask for a nicer guy. Replaced my 18 year old Honda Pilot s motor where it runs like new. Was $2k less than 2 other estimates. Joe and the team at Knox Auto Repair did a great job replacing the timing belt and water pump in our car when we were really in a pinch. They provided a very reasonable price and were quick to get the work done just as they promised. I will definitely use them again in the future for any auto repair needs.

I had a wheel bearing fail (big yikes) and I had to get it fixed urgently. Joe helped me with an extremely competitive price on the repair and had it done in under an hour, he's an extremely honest mechanic which is hard to come by at most places. This is my second time having Knox Auto Repair work on one of my cars and they've earned my trust for any service.

Got a leveling kit installed. They got me in the next day after I called and was done with it by noon. Worked me in their schedule and got it done quick, along with quality work. No issues truck rides great. Very reasonable prices. Anything you need done hit them up. Will be doing more business in the future!!

Joe is the best mechanic n Knoxville. He is honest and works diligently to fix our older vehicles every time we need something. He is always kind and gets the work done quickly. He never tries to find extra things to fix like so many dishonest mechanics I ve known. Joe is the only mechanic for our family.

Always take my vehicles down to Joe when I have issues. He is always up front, honest, and will beat anyone s prices around. The guys down there can literally work on just about any vehicle. If you ever have mechanical problems make sure you reach out to these guys because they will provide the service you deserve and get you back on the road in no time.

I have had a hard time finding a honest car repair company. I've given four or five a try every time they try to sell me something that my car really doesn't need. Joe does exactly what you ask him to and he knocks it out quick. I won't be going to anyone else.

Joe and Chad are the only guys in town I take my vehicles to. The do the job right without selling you on a whole bunch of stuff you don t need. Can t go wrong with these guys.
