Well, I bought a transmission paid a $1550 core came back to get my core a week later and they tell me they don t have cash on hand. I gave them cash but they can t give me cash back said they could mail me a check that would take 10 days, or put it back on the card that I didn t even use To do the purchase I have never seen a savage yard this big not be able to write you a check on hand or give you cash back if they are going to charge a core of $1550 they should carry that much cash in the office and said their bank is in Kansas City they can t go to the bank and get it. Do they not make daily deposits or weekly deposits I guess they drive to Kansas City every time I ve never had a problem with the parts they ve always been good. They ve always honored their warranty, but the core have always been a problem.

Drove over 2h to pick up parts. Ordered hood and fender, specifically said needs to silver. Been told that they have both grade A. Just stone chips. Up on arrival found hood to be unusable and fender to be BLUE. even staff said that the hood was in rough shape.Thanks

Bought a 2010 Mercury Grand Marquis wheel from Knox on their eBay site. It arrived quickly and as described. They had fair prices for the parts. Based on this experience, I would use them again as needed.

This place is a gem! The service is excellent, and the sales team, regardless of gender, is exceptional. The facility is always clean, and their warranty is fantastic. The staff is friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. I'm excited to become a frequent shopper here.

I was on hold for over a minute and I guess I was about to hang up the phone got answered so I said it's a good thing you answered cuz I was about to hang up and then they hung up on me. So I guess I'm going to take it out of my want to go and start places on Google because I'm not going to go there.

Don't waste your time or money with this crooks. Just go buy new parts most times it's cheaper anyway. Just sat on hold for 20 minutes was told the part was on the shelf then was given a work order to go pick it up so drove an hour over to be told it was sold 3 minutes ago. I hate this business. Closed account will never use again. If you must buy used highly recommend lamberts on Clinton hwy. More than fair pricing and knowledge.

Went through Knox Auto Parts when my rear end in my Ram decided to go out. Spoke with Angelo and he was able to get me a rear end by the very next day delivered to the shop of my choice. Once the part arrived, there was an issue with the part but Angelo was quick about getting me another part the very next day. I have continued to use Knox Auto Parts because of Angelo and his helpfulness and professionalism.

The customer service was excellent, I talked to Richie. OMG he was so professional and patient with me, I didn't know anything about transmissions before this interaction. If I need a part in the future I will definitely use this company, so polite and knowledgeable.

I had ordered a door hinge for my vehicle, a 2012 Chevy suburban. They sent the wrong part, and despite repeated calls and assurances, still do not have it. Tired of waiting endlessly on hold only to get hung up on. Out $85.00 for nothing.Still waiting but just think I am out my money.Follow up: They credited my money back. I am satisfied with the outcome, but ultimately still ahem to find the part I need somewhere. I appreciate their resolving this matter.

Employees are cool. They have lots of inventory. The pricing structure is strange and can very widely for the same part, sometimes the nicer part can be way cheaper then a beat up part. But it's a great option for late model parts that pull a part doesn't have and you can't wait for ebay delivery.

Would give no stars if I could. Bought a used transmission over a year ago and still have NO TRANSMISSION they won't deliver so have had to spend hundreds of $ on gas to pick up transmissions that were obviously broken (wiring harness ripped out, wires cut instead of disconnected and large very noticing noticeable dents) they took months to tell me they had another transmission for me and it was the same thing 4 times now. This is the most ridiculous B. S. I've ever dealt with.To the owner, you couldn't find me in the system because it was under my mechanic's name , James Thompson, and after the last time (which the wiring harness was again destroyed ad the torque converter missing ) Natalie told us they would not do business with us and just giving the money back. Also took almost 2 months to actually issue refund after lying to both me and James about the date the refund was issued. Then after everything they put me through the refused to give original transmission back only credited $30 for it which doesn't even come close to the core charge I'm gonna have to pay when I get an actual working transmission but also during the many months of dealing with them they issued credits prob $200 total which we were told was because we had to repeatedly drive 2+hrs to pick up parts which are supposedly inspected just to discover the parts were unusable and now I've discovered they took those credits off of my refund. So not only did you waste my time, hundreds of $ in gas, never supplied a working part, but now your going to refuse service and issue a refund which was $200 less than what we gave you. Honestly I feel as if I've been robbed. Ive never eve heard of such a combination of terrible service terrible products and the whole time being bold faced lied to or completely ignored.

Went today to pick up a order we placed. Wasn't able to walk due to a surgery a few days ago. Had two kids under 6 with me and called the store when I arrived. A nice gentleman by the name of Kevin answers the phone. I gave him the order number and ask if he could bring it to me in the parking lot. He said no problem and got the part and put it in the vehicle for me. Will definitely be going back and thanks for your kindness today and doing it with a Smile .

I ordered an engine from Knox auto parts through their website. The engine was ordered on 4/7/22, today is 4/13/22. I have yet to receive the $3,100 engine (including taxes) that was supposed to have been picked up by a trucking company yesterday to be delivered. My engine should have went out for delivery 2 days after being ordered. I have called, texted, and spoken with Knox employees several times daily to try and find out when the product that I paid for will be delivered and get the same reply of they will call me back. This whole experience has been nothing but a nightmare to have to deal with. A consumer should not have to feel like they are harassing the seller to get the product they paid for and trusted to be delivered as promised. I'm really hoping I do not have to seek legal action on this matter.

Shopped online for a replacement wheel. The staff was very helpful in helping me get my part. Very fast with getting my replacement wheel and the condition was better than expected. Surprised to receive a phone call when the part came in. I am big on service and in my opinion, they gave me the best service in this field. Best resources I could find to locate my part as well. A+

Purchased a listed part from the website. No response for a week. I was then contacted by Manny. Explained there was an issue with the part but had found a different one. Another week later, had to call to enquire. I was told part was on the way from their vendor. Manny gave me personal number. Texted several times yet another week later. No response. Finally called Mannys Number left VM. Couple of hours later, received notice of refund. No explanation and no response. Very unprofessional and extremely disappointed with Knox. Part order on July 5. Refund received (with no explanation) July 29

Bought an engine for a small truck. Getting the engine ready for install it was found to have problems. After calling the salesman he apologized and found me a fantastic motor with very low miles which he let me have for same price plus a discount at payment. Now thats service!

This review has nothing to do with their service although every time we have bought stuff there it has been good. I m hoping to get the owners attention here. I m interested in getting a job there driving one of your trucks delivering parts. Please leave a name here in a reply of who I need to talk to. I have a F Endorsement drivers license and have experience in auto parts. Right now I deliver auto parts for Auto Zone out of state daily to their stores as a Hub Driver. Thanks George

I never received a call when my part came in, I called and it was there. I drove all the way from Blaine to pick it up and the part was broke. Told them I would try and piece the two parts together, mine and the one they had, since they was throwing the part away, the guy said no, it was going into the trash.... I offered to buy it. This was not a good first experience, prolly won't be another... To the owner, do you have a direct phone number I can reach you?

They had the part I needed at a fraction of what the dealer wanted. They let me try the module on my truck in the parking lot to make sure it would on my year model. They saved me a bunch of money and we're friendly and helpful. I won't hesitate to do business with again.

Angelo is the best. I have been sourcing parts from him for my business for over 5 years and never, not once had an issue that Angelo couldn't resolve. He is a straight shooter and is always my first call on recycled parts. Thanks for the great work guys!!!

Called the Knoxville location multiple times about a Ford C-Max hybrid battery. Went ahead and purchased the battery over the phone. I had asked the sales associate Roberto if it would be okay if I didn't get up there to pick it up for a few days, he said no problem it's paid for it'll be sitting here waiting on you at the Knoxville location when you're ready. I drive 152 miles up there to pick up the battery about 5 days later and when I give them the invoice number they proceed to tell me that the battery is sitting in Birmingham Alabama and had never been at the Knoxville location... They did end up shipping the battery to me via a freight line which was fine but I still wasted a little over half a day, a tank and a half of gas, wear and tear on my vehicle and drove just a little over 300 miles round trip. All in all I will probably still do business with them in the future, they do have good deals on parts but we will have to be double sure that they have their hands on the item at that location with multiple forms of verification before we make the trip again.

Made one call and a very hard to find car part for my Nissan was shipped to my area the next morning. Service was excellent! A fraction of the price from the dealer. Staff worked very hard to make sure I was pleased. I recommend Knox Auto Parts for any car parts needed.
