From the minute I was referred to this company to the end of my dealings with them, I could not have been more impressed. They were so professional and courteous, especially Kelly. She handled everything with ease and confidence and her communication was spot on! I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed.

Service was great work was good . Staff very friendly and helpful. Was a little concerned about the increase in the cost of the part after I had paid for it in advance. I know this happens sometimes but it was about a 50% increase in cost of part. I did get a call the day before work was to begin to let me know about cost difference. They were very apologetic about additional costs and I paid the extra and got car repaired . Overall satisfaction was good and I would use them again

Our car was actually considered to be a total loss, but Kings was good about working with the insurance company, and keeping us informed. I also appreciate their advice on how to handle this issue. I would definitely recommend Kings to anyone that needs any kind of auto work done.

I brought my truck to King Collision Repair after an accident.They were thorough, handled all insurance interaction, and returned a completely repaired and thoroughly detailed truck to me.I highly recommend their service (I don't highly recommend accidents but if one occurs, do not hesitate). :)

Excellent service. King's staff kept us updated at all stages of service, and got the work scheduled, and done, before several of its competitors could even schedule our car for intake. We are very satisfied with King Collision and its staff. Highly recommended by us.

Absolutely amazing! Kelly was a tremendous help and went above and beyond with the insurance adjusters and getting everything fixed. Bill King himself was even involved and gave great insight. Those are just 2 of the great people , everyone in there I ve ever came in contact with was amazing and couldn t ask for any better. I really appreciate them and owe the entire crew a huge thanks. Work is extremely nice and clean , and the truck was even detailed before I got it. I would recommend this place to ANYONE!2nd review since it won t let me leave another , 2nd time I ve been here and it was just as amazing as it was the first time! These guys go over your vehicle with a fine tooth comb, fixed every single thing that was wrong with ours after being rear ended and warranted it for life if anything goes wrong with it. 10/10 would recommend! Great work and extremely nice people! Thank you guys for such a great job! Time frame was reasonable for the amount of work needed as well.

My experience with King Collision was great! My wife s Lexus had extensive hail damage, and because it s black, you could see every ding/dent from the hail. The team at King performed an excellent PDR process, and it looks like a new car! Thank you again!

They exceeded my expectations !!!! I brought my altima in for repair. Not only did they get it done in a timely manner. They did a phenomenal job on the fix. It was perfect. Their customer service is top notch as well. Very friendly and courteous. Helped me with questions and provided care tips. I just needed a mirror replaced but was shocked when I got my truck back! They had detailed it inside and out and it looked better than showroom condition! I have used them on several occasions for both my work vehicles and personal and they always do superior work!

King Collision was very helpful with getting our truck evaluated. They were even able to help us with some questions when our insurance was not. Even though, in the end, or truck was totalled, we would use them again.

Great experience! I was dealing with an insurance claim, and still got my vehicle back in a timely manner and everything was fixed perfectly! Very professional and nice to deal with. The time it took to get my vehicle back was a little extensive, but it was not their fault. They represented ME well and used quality replacement parts. Kings Collision is the BEST! I ve used them several times for collision repair and other types of repairs. They are always honest, trustworthy do a fantastic job. I have been in the automotive business myself for several years and I ve never heard a of a problem with King Collision. I would recommend them over anyone in the Knoxville area. Kelly and Shane are top notch, our car looks fantastic and everything was completed in a timely manner. They are my go to body shop for repairs,no complaints whatsoever.
