I don t trust my vehicles with just anyone. The tow driver Brandon goes above and beyond your run of the mill drivers. He is courteous and professional. I know he will take great care and that s why I only call them.

Used them a couple times over the years. Fair prices and I m always greeted with a very friendly driver. Would definitely recommend Kings Towing.

Called King s Towing & they had JB come out to pick up my work truck that had a flat tire. He was there in under 15 minutes from when I called - super professional and nice guy. Super service. Got an estimate and they were there in half the time. Driver called with an estimate and he was here sooner than his estimate. Was really friendly and made the experience incredibly pleasant, which is saying a lot since having your car towed is never because of good things happening. I hope I do need the service again, but if I do they will be my first call.

I lost a wheel on the interstate several days ago and was in quite a panic, to say the least. I had no experience with towing services in this area and consider myself very fortunate that King's was the first company I called. My tow truck driver was Brandon and he was there even before his estimated 20 minutes (more like 12). He was very courteous, helpful and professional. He arrived with my vehicle before I even got to the towing location and he took extra steps to insure that no further damage resulted in the off load. My family and I will never use anyone else. Rick and Brandon were awesome! Our truck was in a tight spot at a storage facility, two towing companies told me there was too little clearance & they could not tow it. I brought a picture to King s Towing, Rick took a look at it and said no problem. We scheduled a time for them to tow it and I met Brandon there, he was professional, friendly, on time, and efficient! He did a fabulous job. I was extremely satisfied with King s Towing!

Such a good experience. I couldn't stay with my car and I felt confident that they would take care of transporting it to the dealership for repair. They gave me clear instructions and stayed in communication with me until after delivery, at which point my payment was handled easily over the phone with a receipt texted to me while still on the line. Price was very reasonable. Highly recommend and will use again if needed.Service: Car towing

As a person that normally works on my own vehicle, I was completely stumped when my 2010 RAM just died. I got it towed to kings for them to try and find the issue. The towing portion was perfect! The service, however, was a nightmare. The company then kept my vehicle for 2 weeks, and still did not find the issue. I ended up getting them to tow my non-fixed vehicle back to my residence, where after a 10 minute google search, I found the issue (burnt PCM). Also, all the electrical components underneath my hood had not been resecured after their search for the issue. After installing the PCM, it ran like a dream. Moral of this review, Kings provides a great towing, but a terrible service.Service: Special vehicle towing

Very reasonably priced, quick to arrive and the driver was extremely courteous, worked very quickly & also very skilled getting my truck to the top of a steep driveway,Definitely recommend them.

Great customer service, very responsive. Affordable price. I was really caught in a pickle, being an out of town traveler and breaking down in a somewhat remote area. The nearest Mopar dealer was 40 miles away. The driver, Brandon, arrived promptly (actually early!), and was very helpful. With him being local, I trusted his advice and chose a different dealer to take my vehicle to, and I'm SO thankful that I did! Secret City Dodge was the right place to go. It all could have gone so wrong, but my call to Kings was the first step in the right direction!

Very responsive and friendly. Called and got them on the phone right away, he was very friendly and said it would take about 25 min for him to get there, he was there in 15. He knew right away the proper way to tow my car up on the bed. Specifically he did NOT just slap some chains on the suspension and start yanking away. He took the time to use the proper tow point and anchor, even though it was less convenient for him. Then he also took the extra time to tie the car down with soft straps in stead of the easier and faster chains. My wheels and I thank him for that.The ride back to my house was fun. I enjoyed hearing about all of his travels around the world. Finally, he took the time to back the truck up my driveway to the garage door so the car could roll into the garage for the repairs I was unfortunately going to have to do. (no getting neighbors to push it in)This was the complete opposite of my experience with another company in town hired through my roadside assistance from my cell phone company a few months prior. In that case I was on the phone for 25 min with the call operator trying to tell her why highway 11W was the same road as Rutledge Pike. Then waiting another hour in June heat for the truck to arrive, to finally argue with the guy asking him to not tow my truck by the control arms, but on the frame.King's Towing is now in my cell phone, hopefully I won't need them, but there just in case I do.

My car broke down on the interstate (chevy cobalt), I was quoted $85 to tow my car back to my house (between 5-10 miles)When the gentleman arrived with my car, he was very professional and backed my car into my parking lot. It's a small parking space, but he lined it up perfectly straight. The best part is that there were no hidden fees, it was exactly as they quotedThis was the most pleasant experience I could have had with a dead car and a tow truck. My driver was nice and had a great sense of humor but very professional. It definitely helped lighten up a difficult situation.I will definitely use this company again. 10/10 would recommend!Service: Car towing

I called and asked them to tow my son's car home for him and asked if he would be allowed to ride in the tow truck and they said absolutely which was a surprise because most companies won't allow it anymore. They were there and already had him and his car home in about 40 mins or so! I completely recommend Kings towing for anyone needing this service!

I drive a Tesla and (for reasons I won't bore you with) was concerned with having it towed. Brandon was cool and SUPER nice to deal with. He talked me through what he was doing and put me at ease. His expertise shined and I wouldn't hesitate to have him help again. Hands down the best towing experience I've ever had. You can trust him with whatever you're driving.As a plus, Brandon also called to say he was going be an hour early!

These guys did a great job for me. They towed an old project vehicle from a storage unit to the garage at my new house. They kept to the quoted price even though the pick and place was a bit trickier than they were expecting. They arrived quicker than promised. The driver had to back around a couple tight corners to get to my vehicle but had no problems doing it. Good driving skills.

Very quick service, great prices, and awesome drivers. We had to use Kings twice this past week, as we got a moving truck stuck in the mud. We called Kings, and they were there within 15 minutes to winch us out. Then the same week we had to tow my car to Carmax, different driver, but just as nice. Both cases were a breath of fresh air compared to what I've dealt with in the past with tow companies. I wouldn't use anybody else in the area.

Great service I call Kings towing every time I need a tow. Brandon there tow truck driver helped me start my truck today and I didn t evenneed to have it towed. He helped me diagnose my trucks problem and was very knowledgeable about engine issues. Brandon towed my truck at a previous time and did a great job then as well. The staff I have spoken with on the phone and all the drivers that have come to my house in the past have always been helpful and courteous.

Excellent tow company at an affordable price!I had them pick up a classic car for me on 12/3 and was nervous at first as I just found the company on google. But I will confidently say this company did a fantastic job at taking care of the cars safe delivery and the driver did an outstanding job! I believe the drivers name was Rick? He picked up my classic Dodge car and took great care of it regarding pick up and delivery! Because of his outstanding work yesterday I will now ONLY use Kings Towing for all my tow needs and won t call anyone else but Kings towing for all future work!Thanks guys for a 5 star experience!

This is more of a warning to those, like myself, who are considering using this place based on their star rating. They held my car for over 2 weeks looking for used tires and then ignored all of my calls for 8 entire days. I had to arrive in person several times to even get an update on my vehicle. Not too long after receiving my car from them, I found that they used a dry-rotted tire and my own spare tire and then they charged me for those tires! I would highly advise against even considering this place. Save yourself from your situation getting any worse and find another service.

Mark from King's Towing did a wonderful job when my car broke down and needed to be towed. He was coming from a totally different part of town but made it to me in less than 30 minutes after I called AAA. He was incredibly quick and efficient with getting my car loaded onto the tow truck and gave me a ride to where I needed to go. The inside of his cab was, honestly, probably the cleanest car I've ever been in, and was kept nice and cool. He went above and beyond to be polite and pleasant and make a rough day a little better. I will remember King's Towing and recommend it to my friends!

Brandon is amazing. Professional, reliant and customer oriented. At UT Medical Center today a lady backed into our Toyota Rav causing damage and could not be driven back to Kingsport. After calling AAA, King's Towing was mentioned. I spoke to owner who told me a driver would be out within the hour. We dealt with UT Med Security and he provided info where our car would be. Brandon stayed in touch by phone letting us know when he would be there. He promptly loaded and we took off. We discussed vehicles and other subjects on our trip making it go by faster. He got our car in our driveway with ease. Wanted to share that this is a wonderful business and Brandon is the best. Patty and Doug Dellinger

King s worked out a reasonable deal to flat bed my car to my dealer, which was a bit out of their way. Rick arrived on-time, was professional and courteous in every way, took great care, and handled the entire delivery in an hour, including a follow-up call and text. A great experience and a nice guy. I ll refer everyone I know to King s when in need of a jump, lock-out, or tow.

I had 3 kids under 4 in my car when my car broke down on the interstate. Called them because of their ratings and was not disappointed! They got there really fast and we're very patient with me. This was my first time breaking down they were very kind and understanding! I would use them again and would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

My car broke down on my way to Ohio. I was so upset and worried that I was stranded. I looked up towing services and Kings came up on my search. They were a blessing. They came and picked up my car, dropped my dog and I off at the hotel and fixed my car the next day (it was the weekend)! And the repair costs?! Amazingly affordable. Super sweet, understanding and accommodating. They came to my rescue. Thank you!!!
