They changed the exhaust on my charger and my husband's Ram and we absolutely love the way they sound now! My neighbors not so much I'm sure. We were serviced right away no waiting. Great customer service too. Super friendly and helpful. Loved the Christian music playing.

I pulled in and they immediately got me on the lift. We discussed what I wanted done, gave me a nice quote and got right to work. Was in and out in no time, and the quality was excellent. Highly recommend!!

They do the best work around. They do a fantastic job and their prices are great. Josh and Jimmie are the best mechanics in knoxville. They are very nice and honest. I recommend them to everyone. They will put a smile on your face.

I went in for an installation of my new cold air intake and came out with a huge dent and scratches on my front fender. When I went back and told the worker, he immediately said that it wasn t done here . He didn t even ask the other worker if he had done it by mistake. I would not be upset if they had not lied directly to my face. Never going there again and I would recommend going to a more reputable establishment.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust

Friendly and helpful staff! I came in not knowing what was wrong with my car, he took a look at it and fixed it with in 20 min, then didn't even charge me. Great people, highly recommend!

This shop is owned and operated by a good service team the Christian owner Mark is a great craftsmen and person.He installed a muffler system on my 2003 gmc twenty years ago still works today. I have dealt with him for 35 years. A standup person of quality and respect. As well as Joe his associate Great folks

DON'T BOTHER GOING HERE. We were told on Friday to come down for what we needed on Saturday...they are supposed to be open from 8am until 12 noon on Saturdays and it is first come, first serve. We showed up just before 8 am and waited until 9 am and the crew just Didn't Bother To Show Up Today....at either the Kingston Pike ro Clinton Hwy location. What a waste and lack of service.

Very bad experience at this place. Ive wanted to get some work done on my bmw for some time now to make it sound nicer, which ive never had exhaust work done on any car before, i stopped by this shop. I guess because I pulled up in a nice car they could inflate the prices? Anyways he suggest i pull out all of the mufflers (the two back and the middle resonator), and he assured it wouldn't drone. To take out the mufflers, these thieves charged me $200. His excuse was that they couldn't hang down, obviously, so he had to put in hangers (which were two small pieces of metal). I leave the shop, it drones like hell. So no way in hell ill return to this shop. I took it to Mighty Muffler off western ave and they honestly hooked me up with great work. They even showed me the poor welding job done by Kar Kare. he only welded the parts that were visible and didn't bother doing the other side.So he charged $200 to put nothing in but two small hangers, and did a poor job of it. And he wanted an extra $100 for new tips, which i opted out of. Guys, do yourself a favor and go to mighty muffler. great guys doing great work.

Kar Kare got me back on the road the same day (actually drove in and drove out). Embarrassingly enough, my muffler and exhaust pipe rusted enough that it fell most of the way off. I was able to turn that into an upgrade to a true cat back dual exhaust with Flow Master mufflers. The team did an excellent job, and I had the truck back in about an hour. I'm thankful for the team taking good care of my vehicle and helping me get back on the road fast at a great price!

I had someone recommend Kar Kare to me. I went there this morning and explained what was going on with my 4runner.. It turns out it was a loose bolt making a racket. I asked them what was the charge, they said no charge...The converter is going bad but still has a little left to go Jimmy said...Joe also looked at it as well ...It is nice to know there are honest people in business. I will be taking all my exhaust issues to them now..Thank you both..

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! Just a few guys doing what they are passionate about. Great prices!! I was in a pinch and needed my exhaust welded for my long car ride home and they were very far, courtesy and really fast. I appreciate everything they did. I would definitely go back again and again.

The guys there didn't mess around. Let's get it on the lift, give me the keys. Perfect install, loved their customer service, great place and awesome shop. My car is in real bad shape, but it's what I have and can afford right now. I ended up hitting a bad pothole and wrecked the exhaust pipe. I was worried I was going to end up having to spend over $1k to fix it and end up with no car to use. These guys cut out the small bad part, welded on a new piece of pipe, and charged only $50! Plus they got me out in less than 30 minutes. They're honest, quick, and reliable. Glad I was recommended to go to them!Service: Exhaust

I m not one to leave reviews good or bad but the guys at Kar Kare have gone above and beyond for me multiple times. They have fixed shotty work done but other mechanics and have always been very fair and quick. I would recommend this place to anyone that is having exhaust issues.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Kar Kare is the kind of mechanic place you want to take your car if you do not want to be taken advantage of because your elderly or a single parent or don't know anything about cars and their prices are reasonable great customer service love this place and I will be back

I highly recommend them. I have went to several exhaust shops and all of them gave me a quote for triple the price of what KarKare gave me. I ended up saving so much money by going here. Pure genius! I was asked a few questions and he knew exactly what was wrong. He fixed my problem within no time! Awesome job and thank you for bringing my van back to being drivable again!Service: Exhaust

My car needed a new catalytic converter and these guys helped me so much. The price was definitely reasonable and affordable especially compared to other places who quoted me ranging from $650 to $900. They're very kind and they don't take advantage of people with little knowledge about cars. I highly recommend this place!

Called 2 big name muffler shops and they wouldn t even consider giving me a estimate over the phone. My Grand Cherokee is as stock as can be so just looking for stock replacement. Kevin at Kar Kare asked a couple questions and gave me an estimate. Come to find I only need a muffler, no pipes, so cost me 1/2 of the estimate. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Now, are use them for other work. Plus they play God-honoring music instead of the typical mind-melt stuff, which to me reflects well on them. Just good business.Service: Exhaust

I will never use another muffler shop besides this one. Not only do they do great work their customer service can t possible get any better. I ve had muffler work done on multiple vehicles and anytime a bracket has popped off or an issue occurred they fixed it no charge. Highly recommend for any muffler/exhaust issue. You will be glad you chose this shop.

This place is the bomb!! No wonder the other auto repair shops refer everyone here when it's exhaust related. My first quote from another repair place was 5x their price, and a week's wait to order parts. The free estimate on walk up, to completion was less time that it took me to drive across town from my home. Great job, I'll be back, and I'll send everyone I know!

These guys did great work for me when I was back in HS. 5 years later I go back in to have tips welded on my car and he s was tying to charge me $175 for not even 3 feet of pipe. Went over to mighty muffler on western and they did the same for with the same diameter piping I wanted for $75.
