Good people. Jimmy and his staff are great at what they do. The cherry on top is the pricing. Extremely happy with the results in the time it took. Hr n a half. I was on the road again. Good looking out guys.

I have been going here for years and they always do a great job and very friendly. They just done a custom job on my V8 Ford Ranger and did a excellent job. Best place to go for exhaust work.

This is the best place to take your vehicle. Josh and Jimmie are real nice. The put a smile on people's faces. They will joke along with you. They are the greatest mechanics. I recommend them over anyone else.

Had been told I needed a $2000 repair by a different mechanic. Jimmy and his boys let me know it was brake related and showed me my brakes and rotors. Repair was, of course, much less than $2k :). The prices here are comparable and reasonable. Jimmy seemed respectful and we had some good conversation. I went on a friend s recommendation and so far am pleased and pass along the recommendation. Also, this is a local business and I prefer supporting local when possible.

I had a Borla muffler installed on Feb 11 2023 on a 2021 Chevy Silverado trailboss at KAR-KARE on Clinton HW, i don't understand why the specialist installed the muffler at an angle??? ive had several cars that i had performance exhausts installed. ive never had a muffler installed at an angle. looks to me that the specialist didn t want to go the extra mile and bend the pipe for a flush fit. it only took him 20 minutes to Complete the job. i would never put my name on this kind of work. I do not recommend Kar-Kare. after taking the truck to a quality muffler shop the specialist told me he had no clue what the guy was thinking when he installed the muffler the way he did other than the guy was unprofessional and lazy.

Took my sons car in for some minor exhaust work. They bring you out there and show you exactly what needs to be done so there's no surprises. Nice guys. Car is a lot quieter now.

DON'T BOTHER GOING HERE. We were told on Friday to come down for what we needed on Saturday...they are supposed to be open from 8am until 12 noon on Saturdays and it is first come, first serve. We showed up just before 8 am and waited until 9 am and the crew just Didn't Bother To Show Up Today....at either the Kingston Pike ro Clinton Hwy location. What a waste and lack of service.

Josh and the other guy (Jimmy) i think is his name are awesome at what they do, really knowledgeable and fast at their job also they make sure you're happy before your car is pulled off the rack which is a huge Plus, they're really affordable as well

I couldn't ask for a better experience. My car is lowered and they took extra care putting it on the rack, brought me out to make sure we were on the same page about what I wanted exhaust wise, then knocked it out of the park on the job, for a great price and a quick turn around. Ill definitely be giving them some more business

I would recommend Kar Kare Muffler and Shock Centre to anyone. I had to have my catalytic converters replaced and they had me in and out in no time. Great quality work at affordable prices. I would recommend Jimmy and his boys to anybody who is needing some exhaust work done. I just can't say enough good things about Kar Kare.

My wife and I were traveling from Illinois on our harley. The exhaust broke, and without any appointment, without ever meeting us, these gentleman went out of their way to weld the exhaust back together to get us back on the road. They were more than fair with the price. They were friendly and courteous. I wish i could give them 10 stars, and if you guys are reading this, i cant thank you enough

Great business. Fast and efficient. Needed and exhaust manifold with catalytic converter installed and they were quick and professional. Very personable and even sat around and had a laugh or two with them while I waited. Only issue was I was charged for a service they didn't complete because the part was the wrong size. I signed the bill without realizing it but other than that, perfect installation. Car runs a lot better now.Service: Exhaust

After hitting a pot hole on my way to the grocery store, I began to hear a knocking sound from the rear of my car. I visited this shop for a check. Within 45minutes I had new anchors replaced and was heading home. The young men were kind helpful and the cost was so reasonable. I definitely recommend this shop!Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Jimmy and the guys here at the shop were fast, efficient, and thorough. They got me taken care of for a VERY affordable price and were up front about what the work would cost me. Amazing place. The staff is very talented. I came in with a header for a turbo car and mine is non-turbo. They not only made it fit correctly but it sounds really good. These guys are better than any shop chain for sure!

Excellent service. The young man at the counter, Jimmy, was professional and very polite! I had been quoted by other repair shops to be almost $1000.00, and when he called me with a quote of $300.00, I was so surprised and I was very impressed with his honesty.

Great group of guys! I have a Camaro and wanted it straight piped with a muffler delete.. They had me in and out in less than 45 minutes. Told me everything they did. It sounds great! Love it!
