I ve had nothing but great experiences with the crew at Kadunza. Purchased some used parts at a great price and had all my questions answered as I prepare to have them work on my e30. Huge shout out to Robert and Blaine for making me feel at home in their shop and taking time out of their busy schedules to talk BMWs with me. Can t recommend this place enough, and I m super excited for them to work on my car in the future!!

This was an awesome find! The staff is incredibly friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything they were doing to diagnose and then fix the issue with my vehicle. The service was exceptional and the work performed was quick and thorough. I will definitely make this my primary repair shop. I cannot rate them high enough and I look forward to checking out their second location in Alcoa. If you have a BMW, this is the place to come.

If you re looking for an honest and reliable Euro repair shop look no further. With two locations (Middlebrook Pike & Alcoa Hwy) they re becoming untouchable. The shop is filled with the best equipment including a Hunter Hammerhead Road-Force Elite tire balancer, and a zero-entry alignment rack for your lowered car. Kadunza will be your forever shop.

Exceptional customer service! These guys go the extra mile for their clients. I recently had my valve cover gasket & differential bushing replaced at a very reasonable cost. I would highly recommend Kadunza to anyone!

My experience at Kadunza was absolutely amazing! The staff are well trained and very professional. They have the coolest lobby filled with all kinds of knick-knacks. The prices were very good and my car was fixed in a timely manner. I definitely will be recommending this auto shop to everyone.

Customer Service! Absolutely the best experience I ve ever had from an Auto Service. Customer satisfaction seems to be their main priority. They informed me of every step in the process in detail. Friendly, professional, reasonably priced and expert repairs. Estimates were spot on. Exceptional overall value for the service we received. I have always had a great experience with Kadunza European Auto Service. They are top-notch, knowledgeable and reliable. They are also trustworthy and transparent at solving the tricky problems. I have come to Kadunza for service on my BMW 635CSi for years. I definitely feel comfortable that they are shooting me straight when it comes to repairs. I had a vibration in the driveline that I couldn't figure out and they diagnosed the driveshaft and had the resources to get it corrected quickly. It drives just as smooth as ever. 10/10 would recommend.

These guys have done a great job on my vehicles throughout the years. I have had many, many services, alterations, upgrades and repairs done with them and the work is always good.They're a great bunch of guys who are passionate about the vehicles they work on. I have been taking my BMW 335d to Kadunza European Auto for years because they always take excellent care of my care of my car. Their customer service is top notch too! I recently took my mom's X1 into them. And as usual they did a great job! I would highly recommend them for all of your European auto service needs.

I could not be happier with my experience! These guys were true professionals. This is my first experience owning a European performance car and I was nervous about finding a shop that could help me on my new journey. All the typical doubts came to mind like price, limited technical knowledge or straight up being taken advantage of due to my inexperience. But my worries were laid to rest by everyone at Kadunza! This team really knows what they're doing! And you can tell that they are truly passionate about European vehicles and providing excellent customer service! Their prices are more than fair and they are quick to handle any situation you throw at them. After multiple visits and saying it was fixed, there's still a problem. I think it's a guessing game for them and more money from us. Being unable to directly answer your reply, I will here. It doesn't seem your reply is totally accurate. Please do provide all the information you advised you have. Also, are you aware the vehicle was damaged while at your business and no accommodation provided since you kept it several days? I feel my post is accurate based on our experience with your company. EDIT: Kadunza, I would very much appreciate you taking all information about my vehicle and the nature of any repairs out of your response.My problem was your mechanic told me it "might" fix the problem, which for a 4 figure repair, seemed ridiculous.Original ReviewHave had good and fair experiences here. Ultimately, I don't feel like the service is great and the communication is lacking. I'm trying a new mechanic for now.

Kadunza is one of the best auto repair shops I have ever taken my car to! I heard about their reputation and couldn t believe how great they really were! I will certainly be taking all of my cars to them from now on. The people there provide great service and know exactly what they re doing. DEFINITELY #1 place, in my opinion, to go for auto repairs!

I have known this shop since it started. The owner and technicians are extremely knowledgeable and are great a diagnosing any car issue. I have first hand watch them trace down and fix hard to find electrical gremlins like a pinched wire in the dash causing ground issues. Very professional and easy to work with. I've had two e30s, e39, and e46 all worked on in this shop. I have known owner and shop since their opening. I have owned a BMW and a Lexus suv. They have been able to service both here. The diagnostic printout was most helpful and let's me make the choice of what to do. Service was incredible and I was able to have a loaner BMW to not be inconvenienced of not having a vehicle. Highly recommend.

I have been taking multiple BMW s to Kadunza for years now and always have a wonderful experience. The repairs are clearly explained before the work is performed and are always completed in a timely manner for a fair price. Travelling from NY to TX and back for a wedding didn't seem like a risky endeavor, but a drive on the Foothills Parkway of TN left me with a limping, misfiring Audi. I searched for local Euro shops and Kadunza was the first place I called. Talked to Riley and explained the situation, and he told me to bring it in and they'd see what they could do - no guarantees though, as a misfire could be a number of things.They sourced replacement coil packs and plugs within minutes, even going out personally to get parts that might be needed to get me on the road. A little bit later, the car was back to 100%, and got me the rest of the way to TX. And on my way back through, I ran the Tail of the Dragon like I planned on the day it acted up to begin with. Now I'm back in NY, and these guys made that happen. Highly recommended, whether you're a local customer or someone travelling through.Thanks everyone!

I was at my wits end looking for a service shop that not only was competent with my BMW, but also didn t take me to the cleaners Kadunza has finally passed all 5 tests . I put a $20 under the floor mat sticking out near my cars computer hook up thing. Still there when I picked up my car, which was don t the same day! They didn t just tell me I had an oil leak but showed me and explained the ramifications of ignoring it long term. Fantastic. I was on vacation with my family and had an issue. The stealership was completely unhelpful...they said I could drop off the car and they could get to it in a few weeks. Kadunza got me in the next morning and had the issue completely fixed in a few hours. They were upfront, honest and fairly priced. Would definitely recommend!

Back again! So glad they could squeeze me in! They are super patient with my What is it? Battery?, alternator?? They don t talk down to me because I m female and always take the time to explain the issue(s) and then FIX it. Which is all a gal really wants .Excellent work and even better customer service!

The guys at kaduna are some of the best and most honest I ve been too. They explain issues in detail and never try to over sell anything. I ve never had issues after getting work done here and the mechanics are some of the best in Knoxville. This is the only place I will allow to work on my vehicle!

When the ultimate driving machine meets the ultimate shop, life is good!These guys get it right when it matters.Several times I have been rescued by the parts bin and the knowledge of Mr.K! A recent alignment and bearing change made a big difference in ride and handling. The new location in Alcoa is as clean as it gets!

I have owned multiple BMWs and have always used Kadunza.The techs are very thorough and do a great job getting my vehicle back on the road. Kadunza's service was a whole new level compared to any garage I have worked with over the years. I got quick replies to any questions and detailed invoices that easily explained what needed to be done to get my car back on the road. Always professional from diagnosis to repair. These guys only use oem or oes equivalent parts. One of the only shops in town that you can trust with your older european sports car or your brand new SUV. They provide excellent work whether it s basic maintenance or prep for your next track day or club race.
