Great experience! No pressure. Let me check the car out at my own pace. Told me I was free to take it by a mechanic friend, during test drive if I wanted to. Was quick on the sales part, though I also wasn t financing, so that sped things along. Was a casual and hassle free experience, how buying a used car should be! 10/10.

Came here to look at a vehicle on a Friday. They were friendly and not at all pushy. I decided I wanted it, but they were about to close and I worked all weekend so I was unable to make it happen until early the following week. They were very communicative with me in making sure that I did not miss out in the vehicle and they dealt with me being a huge pain all week with my conflicting schedule vs their hours of operation. Finally, nearly a week after i had initially test driven the car, we got everything squared away. I am grateful for their patience (and that they even let us come in a little earlier than they were usually open to sign the paperwork!)Overall, I m happy with my purchase and who I bought the car through, I recommend Just Auto if you are in the market for a new vehicle!

My husband went to look at a few trucks they had on the lot, and after test driving a few of them he was still uncertain on what he wanted. Alex (the owner) came up and started talking to him about the trucks and what he wanted. My husband decided on a Toyota Tundra and Alex was more than willing to negotiate on the price and made my husband an offer he couldn t pass on!! Needless to say an hour or so later my husband came home with a new to him truck which he s absolutely obsessed with! Overall he said Just Auto is a great dealer and will definitely purchase another vehicle from them. They re very people oriented, and great honest guys! 10/10

I bought a Nissan Leaf for running around town from this dealership a few months ago and I couldn't be happier. Not only did they give me an excellent deal, they were willing to take some other items of value in trade. Alex and Justin are such great guys to deal with that I'm looking at their inventory daily trying to decide on which road trip car I'll buy from them next.

Best car buying experience of my life! I looked for several weeks and found the perfect car here. I told them I would be back the next day to buy it and, unlike other dealers, they didn't say if somebody else comes first then I miss out. They had the car ready for me, all the paperwork ready. Took me about five minutes and I was on the road in my perfect vehicle. Justin and staff are so friendly and awesome.

Someone I know recently purchased a vehicle from this lot and within 2 days of having it the car was taken to the dealership to get serviced and was told the cars engine was burning oil and would need to be replaced. Just auto would not do anything to fix the situation besides put a new oil light scensor in the vehicle so the low oil light would not come on which in turn would eventually make the engine blow up because the new scensor wouldn t come on when the oil level was low. I would not recommend anyone to buy anything from just auto

Super nice staff. Went to check out a vehicle I saw online which sadly didn t live up to the expectations but I did see some other nicer models. Staff was friendly and low pressure.

Got the correct license plate in January 2024 (purchased in Oct 23). Registration on it is for November which is pretty annoying seeing that I had a temporary tag until this past week. I had to recall in Dec, because I had no update and the guy had not heard anything ab it which is ridiculous. I kept having to call for an update. Car was said to only have cosmetic issues, but it was quite a bit more (AC doesnt work, Radio didnt work, tail light didnt work, sunroof doesnt work, last oil change date was 2021,etc.). Not worth the price and I spent a lot out of pocket. When I went to buy it the people were very nice, but after all the things wrong customer service was very poor.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!Daughter purchased a car 4wks ago, 2nd day she had it oil light came on. Turns out it needs a new engine!!!!! Hello! They knowingly sold her a car that was burning oil, even confessed it! BTW new engine is $10,000.00!!!!!

Please don t go here to buy a car, they sell cars that have sevier issues. I had mine for 2 days, then took it to a dealership because the oil light came on and it needed so much work it s totaled.

Best car buying experience I have ever had. I've purchased about 20 cars throughout my life and this was one of the easiest. I was buying my daughter her first car, showing her what to look for and how to do test drives, etc. I found this dealer through a Craigslist ad. Went to look at the car. No obnoxious salesperson approached us as soon as we arrived. We walked over to look at the car and it looked good enough to take a test drive. Walked into the dealership to request a test drive and was given the key and a plate. Nobody had to come with us and he told us to take the car on a long and thorough drive, which we did. We liked the car but wanted to get a pre-purchase inspection, which they had no problem with. Came back and made a deal agreeable to both parties, nice and easy. It needed a new battery which they took care of while we did the paperwork and they even put gas in the car. Very good buying experience. Recommended!

This was my first car buying experience and surprisingly it went very well. I perused the lots selection and informed the dealer of my interests and he was happy to give me the keys to get a deeper look. When I made my final decision on a car they allowed me to test drive at my own leisure. It was a very comfortable experience! Would recommend if you're interested in a used car at a decent price.

Just Auto was very accommodating, and helping me with a situation that occurred with one of their competitors. Just auto didn t have to do that, but I greatly appreciate their hospitality and will give them the first option on purchasing a vehicle good people to deal with in my opinion.

Went to look at a vehicle was told it was in excellent shape. Run and drives great. Well turns out several buttons were missing for front and back radio (supposedly had those ordered). Dvd player didn't work. Ac was not very cold (say it was just charged so it must leak and theyll fix that)... loud noise when accelerating, oh and the smell of burning oil but apparently we just imagined that there was no way it was burning or leaking. No sound at all inside. Some entertainment package. Also the engine noise sounded almost like a knock.

I went here a few weeks after my 18th birthday to buy myself a car for my birthday. I got a 2010 Nissan Xterra and it was a pos. I kept going back to them to fix this issues and they would fix it. After a week it would break again, over and over again. I spend $5k fixing this car and that was only the major issues not including other things wrong. They wouldn t even replace the tail light that was out when I got the car. Told me to go to Advance Auto Parts down the road and buy one. I will NEVER buy a car here again and I recommend anyone to go anywhere else. STAY AWAY!!!Issues wrong with the car: Shocks needed to be replaced, AC/heat broke, engine overheated, needed new belt, etc.

I recently got into a car accident where a driver t-boned my truck resulting in it getting totaled. With the small insurance payout that the driver's insurance issued me, I struggled to find a replacement to get me back to working again. It was an incredibly stressful time, but luckily I came across a very reasonably priced used truck at Just Auto. They were not pushy and rude like so many dealerships I went to before, and I genuinely felt comfortable buying from them. They were very kind and professional. Ive had this truck for a little while now and I have no complaints. The people who work here legitimately seem like caring, good people and i'm happy to have had the pleasure to do business with them.

First time in my life I enjoyed being at a car lot. The guys were awesome n funny. I had them cracking up. Great day n great place to get a good deal on a car. My best friend found a car she liked n drove it home happy. Thanks Guys! Your awesome. Hope to find another deal n day like today.when I get to come back

I bought a hybrid car which was returned by another customer because of a default in the battery! 2 days after I bought the car the check engine light came on! Took it back to just auto! Their genius mechanic recoded the check engine light which is a big mistake! Never was told that the hybrid battery is bad!!! However I drove the car for couple of days and again the check engine light came on again! I took it the the Toyota dealership and was told that the hybrid battery need to be replaced! I called just auto to inform them about the issue they said we will replace the cells on the battery but since I don t trust their genius mechanic who told turned off the engine light because of his stupidity! Maybe he should be working in a bakery instead! However I contacted a company in North Carolina called green bean to replace the battery for $2,600! I asked just to compensate me for the cost of the battery! They never replied therefore they deserve less than 1 star because of being discreet and dishonest!

I highly recommend this place! Justin was a joy to work with. He was straight forward and very patient with me. They allowed me to take their vehicles out for a few hours for a test drive and gave me the opportunity to take their car to a trusted mechanic of mine for my own peace of mind before purchase. Justin also stayed 40 min after hours with me to discuss pricing options and so I can look at a few other cars on the lot. They really treat you like family and aren't too salesy when you're car browsing. I'm more than satisfied with my recent purchase and will definitely be back in the future for my next car!!

Sold me a cadillac. After a week the check engine light and three codes popped up. After 3 months and about 2000 miles it over heats. Now. I have to change the head gasket and pray that fixes it. Do not go here. They know what they did
