I was going to leave a good review until I saw my insurance was charged for a bad headlight that was initially installed by y'all. It took 38 days to get my car in the shop & a week & 1/2 for it to be repaired. Everything looked great when I picked up my car. But later that night, I noticed an issue with my passenger headlight. I called the next day, brought it by to have it looked at & was told it was a bad light & they would order a new one. Ok easy fix. It took another week to get the light in & I brought my car to have installed. I was there less than 30 minutes & my insurance company was charged another $500!!! This is ridiculous & should have been covered by the shop. I get you can't control what parts you get on whether or not they are good or bad but that isn't the responsibility of insurance companies. So if you are looking for a good collision shop, keep looking because there isn't any. They are ALL shady!!!!

We had our car there twice within one year the last time we got hit by a big male deer did a lot of damage to the car of course we told our insurance company we wouldn't go nowhere else but Joe Neubert. They treat you with great respect and do a really great job.

The before & after pics speak to the great repair. They got the estimate photos and costs done quickly and communicated with the insurance agency where needed. Very friendly service and happy to answer questions that might come up.Your repair window will likely be a few weeks out as they stay busy, and depending on what needs to be done they may need your vehicle for a while, but the difference in their work and shops that push everything out halfway done makes the extra time more than worth it. No overspray, no rushed blending, and no need for me to leave it for additional touch ups.Professional quality work.

I've enjoyed my experience with this body shop, as much as anyone could, following a accident. I actually didn't find any of the negative reviews true on my visit. I like the fact they were up front, done exactly as they said, actually got it done earlier than quoted, and the most important part, it was a awesome job. Im definitely gonna recommend them, and return for my next repair. A great thank you to everyone there, from the guys that check you in, the phone calls made, and the great body work.

Back in November 2017, I backed into another car in my driveway and destroyed my bumper and side panel. I decided to take both vehicles to Joe Neubert (one to the West location and the other to Clinton Highway) because it is on the approved repair centers list from my insurance and they also had very good reviews. When I turned my car in, they made the process easy and painless, and they even took care of getting me a rental - something I thought I was going to have to do on my own. They had my car for about three weeks and when I got it back, I was in complete shock at what an incredible, thorough job they had done. They made my car look brand new - it was like I'd never wrecked it at all (see photos with this review). The only thing I wish had gone differently was the communication with me as the customer; I felt like I was calling them to ask about updates on my car because I hadn't heard much, even after they said they would call me. I'm not taking a star off for that though, because the work they do is incredible. If, God forbid, I ever have another need for collision repair, Joe Neubert will get my business. Both locations do impeccable work!

They had my car 8 weeks and it is the worst job I ever had done emblems didn t even match.. mirrors didn t match paint chipped where the repair was.. dude offered my $50 to go on my way instead of repairing it. I had work done at my dealership recently and they said it was the worst work they ve seen this place came highly recommended to me and I have been so let down do not use these people

Took my car that needed a front bumper and grill in June 2023 and after they took pics of my car gave me a date to come back on a Tuesday in August 2 months later. Took my car on Monday so they would have it first thing Tuesday morning and told it would be ready in a couple of days. On the third day received a call from them stating they had a big problem and that my car had been hit again since they saw me in June and I now needed a headlight and hood as there was new damage. I had NOT been in any other accident. Evidently someone hit my car while it was on their lot. They would not take responsibility for this damage and deny having any cameras any where on their lot which I find hard to believe. I also wander why they wouldnt have told me this on the first day they had it and why they waited 3 days to tell me this. After waiting for 2 months for appt and taking my car on the appt day, as of the third day they had my car nothing had been done to it yet. I know they have insurance to cover things like this that happen but told me I would have to file an additional claim with my insurance since it had been wrecked again. It was definitely not like that when I left my car. I will never use this place of business again and have since heard other stories from many other unsatisfied customers. They also told me if I didnt come pick my car up that day they were going to take it to Cheddars parking lot and leave it. Would NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone. Ilearned my lesson to always take dated pictures when you leave your car in someone else's possession.I really find it hard to believe in this day and time a business that has multiple cars on it's lot doesn't have a single camera.Never had an experience like this. DON'T USE THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They were very rude on the phone but become harmless kitties face to face ,I would NOT recommend them to anyone. The one star is the lowest I could go. They act if they are the only one that fixes car

I was rear ended and took my truck to get fixed at Joe Neubert on Gallaher. They made the process painless. I stopped by on my lunch break, they drew up a quote, sent the info to the insurance, and scheduled me to get it fixed the next week. They were able to explain the process of dealing with insurance very well. This was especially reassuring given how difficult it can be to get any type of communication from the insurance.I got my vehicle back right on time just as they had promised. It still looks great almost a year later. Very pleased with the service.Service: Body & Trim

So happy with the service! These guys worked exceptionally hard to ensure the quality of the repair job and communicate with me throughout the process. My 2008 VW Jetta needed a new door, and they did so well at finding a suitable replacement and matching the color. If I ever need any body work in Knoxville, I ll absolutely be coming back.

Absolutely the worst business I have ever used. It took them 3 months to replace a front bumper cover and paint it. And when I got my car back, one of their employees took my car for a test drive and ripped out my clutch and i had to replace. Later when I took off the bumper I noticed they didn't replace the bumper brackets. Terrible company, save yourself time and money, go somewhere elseService: Body & Trim

Joe Neubert did the body work on my car following an accident. I dealt with 3 groups during this 8 month repair period - JNCC, the dealer, and the insurance company. Matt at JNCC was the only one in this group that worked in my best interests. Matt / JNCC answer the phone, respond to your questions, provide honest updates, etc. Their work looks good. Meanwhile the insurer and the dealer were an absolute nightmare.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The head manager Matt should be let go immediately. Awful customer service. They had a work order sent over from dodge dealership for a repair on a brand new truck. He did a temporary fix, took the money and said that s all I can do . They will NOT fix your car properly. Instead of going through proper measures and getting it fixed they halfass the job and take your money. Stay AwayServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I'm a patient man, but the job had to be extended a little due to part shipments, but I'd rather them have extra time and get the job done right rather than rush, and the car doesn't look the way I expect it. Absolutely amazing staff very knowledgeable and they do their Absolutely best to get you taken care despite what covid has done to the economy and parts availability the quality of work is the best in knoxville hands down my lexus looks better than what it was brand new my insurance quit paying for my rental and they provided me with a vehicle until they got my car done they have my business forever there is no better body shop in the area A+++ !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Didn't properly reinstall the fender flare on my truck after repainting. Now there's a gap between the flare and the truck and they're refusing to work on it. Instead, they want to write me an estimate to do the work again that they were already paid to do.Paint quality is good, body work isn't, customer service is horrible. They told me to "get off my lot" and call an attorney if I wanted. Did everything but cuss me.Don't waste your time or money with Joe Neubert. I'll never go back.

One star because no stars is not an option.Previous, more severe repairs on our vehicle had taken two weeks to finish. It took 39 days for ours to be done. Front office admitted to not having enough people on staff and when we were told our car was ready, it suddenly wasn't. They proceeded with ordering a car battery and putting it in the car even though we asked to be called about pricing before ordering it. When we tried to ask why the lack of communication occurred the front office offered to "rip it out as the simplest solution," all of 5 minutes before close. Instead of being heard, we were talked at. Instead of answers, we received excuses. I cannot dissuade enough from staying as far away from this establishment as possible. Our insurance company has been made aware of their poor practices. Save yourself the money and frustration.

Had my car broken into and destroyed the whole interior, the car was perfect before the incident and they promised to fix it all. After I got the car back I picked it up to see 3 parts of the interior not fixed and no attempt to fix them. I called back to reschedule and got pushed back more than a month, they said it would take no longer than a couple hours to fix and have had my car for 3 days after the initial 3 weeks it took to fix the car. Totally unprofessional and untimely, I will be taking my business elsewhere.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Painting, Body & Trim

They do great work! I was particularly impressed by a man named Mitchell. It's my understanding that he is responsible for washing the vehicles once the repairs are done. My driver side doors had damage to them and had to be repaired. In an unrelated issue, my passenger doors had a good bit of splattered road paint from fresh line paint on the road. It had splattered all the way down the side. When it initially happened, I realized that it was going to take some serious elbow grease to get it all off. I had been putting off. I knew it was going to be a real pain. I wasn't looking forward to doing the work to get all of it off of my car and life hadn't slowed down enough for me care enough about it.Not only did the replacement of my driver side doors look great, but Mitchell actually took the time and put in the work to get the road paint off of the other side of my car. He didn't have to do that. He could've washed the car after the repair was done and just opted not to get the road paint off on the other side. It wasn't Joe Neubert's responsibility to do that. It had absolutely nothing to do with why my car was there. I guess it's just refreshing to see not only an individual that takes pride in their work, but also an establishment that employs these kinds of people.Thanks Joe Neubert and thanks Mitchell. I highly recommend taking your vehicle here for all your repairs. The staff in the front office and the guys in the garage are top notch!

Took our car in through our insurance and it took over a month to complete repair. I ve had repairs more serious completed in less than 2 weeks. I was never contacted once by them. I was told several times I would be called back and never was. I was also told my vehicle would be completed by a certain day and it wasn t completed for another week after that date - never was I called to be informed of any details.I had to pay out of pocket for a rental car - almost $225 because my insurance company covers 30days only. Out of frustration for this we tried to ask why this took so long and why the communication was so poor. We were greeted with several unacceptable excuses my favorite being I don t have enough people on staff and no one askes for a repair timeframe. That s hilarious - so you don t have enough people to run the shop and I guess no customer has ever wanted to know when their vehicle would be ready?Extremely poor customer service - not to be trusted. I do not recommend and I will communicate this to my insurer as well.

Got rear-ended and took my Jeep Patriot here. They replaced the bumper, but chopped and reassembled my exhaust to make the bumper fit (a week longer than "promised" mind you). I didn't know that's how they "fixed" my car. It took decent people at a uhaul to tell me how messed up it was- that if I drove it long enough, the car would catch fire. I guess if you have a dent or ding in your door - go for it, they may be good, but still a gamble..... Side note: when I reached out to them about the MAJOR problem, they claimed that the poorly spliced exhaust must have happened from another auto shop. (New car. Never had more than oil changes)Other driver's insurance was paying for it all, and they couldn't get it right.Dealerships are less of a crock.

JNCC is the best in town, they have service our fleet for as long as i can remember. It is very important to us to get the trucks back on the road in a timely manner, without taking any shortcuts. Did repair work on my 2012 Silverado. They had some trouble getting parts in during the bad weather, well worth the wait, they did an excellent job on the repairs. I could not be happier. The staff was courteous and great to deal with. If you want quality work by quality people go to Joe Neubert West.

0 stars. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! They keep telling me it will be done this week.... well they've told me that 4 times. I made the mistake of paying them up front and they have had my truck for over a month. They have said "next week" 5 times now, so I'm going on the 5th week and next week could be the same scenario of "it'll be done next week." There's always an excuse. I get that it cannot be done in 1 night (which was one of their excuses), but it CAN be done in 1.5 months. I am a 27 year old paraplegic. I drive with hand controls and cannot get a rental. This is my ONLY independence and they were aware of that the first week I took it in and they took pictures and told me they would order the parts and to bring it back next week, and the next week they forgot who I even was, yet still took my truck in. So if I count that week, that would be going on 6 weeks. My adjuster stated he has another vehicle there that is having the same problem of being there over a month. My suggestion,... TAKE YOUR VEHICLE ELSEWHERE.

They did a great job with the repair of my car, completed 3 days sooner than estimated, perfect work, no swirls in the paint or "new" damage from carelessness.I would recommend this shop to anyone.
