Do not use Joe Neubert!! I used Joe Neubert on Clinton Hwy to fix a small scratch on my back driver side door. Well the door looks terrible! The paint doesn't match at all!! It's embarrassing when people ask what happen to my door. I tell them Joe Neubert is what happened. I hadn't had the truck 6 months when they fixed it it was brand new.You can see in the pictures how bad they did! I had to wait a month to take it to them to be fixed. After a week and half. They called to tell me it was fixed when I got there you could still see the scratch after Shane McCarter told me it looked good. So, I brought him out to show him. He said to leave it and they would fix after already telling me it was fixed and looked good. So, it was there another week so 2 and half weeks total to fix a scratch. Then got it back and it had damage to the bumper. Which they fixed because it was damaged there. I've had to save up to try to get it fixed at another body shop. Joe Neubert gave me a warranty, but I don't trust someone who has already lied to me and did terrible work. It's going to cost me almost $2000 to fix what they did to my door! Their commercials are lies saying fix your car better than before! All this over a tiny scratch! Word of mouth is best advertisement!

Customer service absolutely amazing! And the repair to my vehicle was pristine you can't even tell that there was a repair made. I WOULD HARDLY RECOMMEND! Also they cleaned and detailed the inside of my vehicle as well. Very much appreciated which they did not have to do.

I absolutely recommend this repair shop. Not only did they perform the repair, making my truck look brand new, but they even took it to the dealer to have anything extra covered by the warranty. When I got it back it was fully cleaned inside and out. Their customer service from the first phone call was the best, hands down. I wish more companies in TN treated their customers like this shop treated me.

Neubert Collision replaced the rear bumper on my Tahoe that was rear-ended. They did a fantastic job. Their staff is super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend and will definitely take any vehicles to them in the future should i need service.

Had to get my truck fixed from hitting a deer going 55 miles an hour here and they did an absolute great job. I m very particular when it comes to my truck and every gap in the panels was spot on and the paint matched up perfectly. They also give your vehicle a very good cleaning before they deliver it to you and keep it in the dry storage while at their facility. They were very easy to work with insurance companies along with very simple paperwork. Would definitely recommend this place to family and friends

I love it! It looks SO gorgeous! Driving it reminded me of when I first bought it. I was so worried they wouldn t be able to get the door to looks right, but it s beautiful! There was some difficulty getting a straight answer on when it would be done and it took about 3months. But the quality is amazing! Would totally recommend JN to anyone!

I recently had services performed by Joe Neubert Collision. My insurance company gave me a list of companies to choose from. I narrowed it down to 3 and after talking chose them because of timeliness and location. If you want your car back to normal, it is worth the time to get the correct parts and have them do the work in a professional manner.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Best auto body repair place in town! Customer service is second to none, and the quality of their work is A+. They even delivered my vehicle back to me when I had difficulty getting back to pick it up. Highly recommend!!

The answer is different every time I call. I call and they said they are painting it this week and would be done on Friday. I call on Thursday and they said it would be the next Tuesday. I call back Tuesday and it's the next week. BUT HERE'S THE THING>>They said they talked to my insurance about it but for me not to call my insurance to check on that because they got the ok. WHAT?? DON'T USE THIS PLACE! They have had my daughter's car for 3 months!

Great experience and great people to work with! Loved that I was able to get a quick repair and leave my rental at the shop instead of having to deal with dropping it off and getting a ride to the shop!

Their customer service has gotten better and are more polite. However, they are fairly vague as to when repairs will be done.

Our car was damaged by another driver who had terrible insurance, JN worked hard to get our car properly fixed and with the awful insurance company was able to do it in a timely manner. A month later our bumper and rear quarter panel separated and we took it back by, Shane took excellent care of us and had the issue fixed within 6 hours.I will only use JN clinton Hwy for any automotive needs going forward!

I would not go any place else! They were very helpful painted my 2014 Honda and it looks GREAT! Did exactly what they said they would do and in a very timely manner. I highly recommend them.

Definitely recommend!! Those of us who have old cars, tend to still have them because we really love them. When my 2005 CRV got damaged, the folks at the North location did a fantastic job with repairs and letting me know the status when parts were going to arrive. (If you have an old car, be prepared to wait on parts...which I've found to be typical most places.) Mike at Neubert's went above and beyond to take care of me and I will be recommending to anyone needing repairs. Thanks all for the hard work, she looks great again!

Why overprice and will tell you your car will be done in 90 days after 120 they re still working on it . They still have my car now I m leaving the server review. Very honest! I ve used this location several times for various reasons. It Really made my day yesterday when they fixed my engine splash shield under my car and didn t charge me a thing. I had my side view mirror fixed here and had the best experience ever. The guys there did an excellent job repairing the mirror, and they were some of the kindest people I ve ever met. Took my Jeep here after a bad experience at the dealership. They have great communication. I spoke to Mike about getting my car worked on and he said to drop it off and they would take care of it. Best decision ever. They were quick, they updated me, and they even washed my car for me. As a working mom that was a huge plus!!!
