Although i had to return to Jiffy Lube twice due to my Jeep leaking oil after a oil change early February. I wish i knew the Managers name that assisted me this morning. He was very polite and understanding and assured me he would take a look and take care of it. They worked on the issue (a defect in seal / filter) They did a new oil change and put in a new filter. i was out of there in 15 minutes. Thank you to all the employees this morning for your service and making things right. We will be back for future oil changes.

Would give zero stars if possible. I took my car for an oil change about 6 months ago. Had my next oil change at Valvoline in Lenoir City just because it was convenient. I watched Valvoline pump out 10 qts. of oil, instead of 5. I called Jiffy Lube right away and of course they immediately deny any wrong doing. I was so lucky it didn't cause any problems with my vehicle. My husband didn't realize it was this Jiffy Lube that I had the problem with and he took his new truck in for an oil change. Came home and parked in the driveway. When he went to leave hours later he noticed a huge oil leak under his truck, all over the driveway of our not even 2 yr old house . He immediately took it back to Jiffy Lube and yet again, they denied any wrong doing. DON'T TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!

I have never had a bad experience at a jiffy lube until today. Not so long story, one of the mechanics used my manual vehicle to teach another employee how to drive manual. Resulting in me watching as she stalled it and then subsequently grind my clutch. That s poor form.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

One of the good ones!They will get you in and out and quickly as possible and not try to nickel and dime you. One of the good ones when it comes to auto shops, for sure.

The man who ran the front desk was a very up-beat, bright, gentleman! Who seemed to like his job very much! The crew were a little young! But, not a bad thing! "Teach em while they are young".Fast, polite, and efficient! Good job guys!

Corey and the team deserve a raise. I showed up with 10 minutes left on a Saturday (it was urgent I swear) and was greeted with a smile and treated like I'd been a customer there for years. It's 40mi from my house but I will be driving to get all of my service done there from now on.

The service here is great. It's not just oil changes. They have done our brakes and tire rotations, too. We take all our cars here.

On 12/16/22 What was supposed to be just a routine changing of the rear brake pads and calipers turned into a terrifying day. Me and my wife took our Honda Pilot to get our brakes done and then went home. The next day on 12/17/22 while driving on the highway (with 3 kids in the car) we hear a loud noise followed by a crazy grinding sound and terrible shaking, forcing us off the road immediately. We were stranded in the cold for an hour with 3 screaming babies while we waited on a tow truck. They towed us back to jiffy lube where they discovered It turns out they didn t put a bolt on our something and the entire caliper and everything fell out while we were driving. They admitted full fault and fixed it and offered to pay for the tow which was nice but still I ll never be back and would never recommend to anyone just for peoples safety, this was a worse case scenario and terrifying for my family.Service: Brakes

First time in for a Oil Change and filter. Stopped there after having my car cleaned. BIG mistake.Apparently they include a quick vacuum and window cleaning (which it didn't need) but a nice gesture.Received my vehicle back with heavy smears on all of my windows and greasy hand prints on my doors, door handles and interior.I called the manager after pulling out with my new found issues. He did say he was sorry about the issues but didn't offer to have the vehicle re-cleaned or anything else.I took the vehicle back across the street for re-cleaning and the attendant asked what happened. I told him and he just shook his head. He has had customers with the same experience at the same Jiffy Lube.ITs hot and the technicians are in a hurry but $ 113.00 Oil change on a freshly detailed 2020 Suburban with this level service from Jiffy Lube is very disappointing.Service: Oil change

We were driving towards Knoxville when we realized our taillights was not working and we stopped in the city of Farragut. We were greeted at the Jiffylube with such hospitality! USE them at your own risk! My wife took our SUV to this Jiffy Lube last week for oil change and tire rotation. They didn t tighten the lug nuts on two of her wheels. We noticed something wasn t quite right and took it to Firestone today who showed us the loose lug nuts. Thank you Jiffy Lube for putting our lives at risk! Needless to say we won t be back.Services: Tires, Oil change

Matt was very helpful and apologetic, however I came in for a 15 minute oil change which turned into an almost two hour event. My car would not start after the oil change. Leaving me broken down 15 feet from the shops exit. Luckily they were able to fix the issue and I am grateful for their help. But then after leaving again and looking over my bill, I realized they did not do any of the signature services that I paid for. So I once again had to return.I was there only customer in the entire timeframe, I don t know what the excuses for not being on top of things.But thank you, I am now having my friend teach me how to change my own oil. These guys have been changing my oil for almost 20 years.Reliable and fast...no pressure to upgrade and buy things even though they might off it...There's usually a coupon for most services...if you go look on their website.Kind and courteous...Cheers to the crew that works hard at this place!

The customer service was OK but I feel like they did the typical auto mechanic bit by up-selling me for really no good reason. The waiting room has about 6 chairs so don't expect to sit down while you wait on a busy Saturday afternoon. I ended up paying $60 for an oil change and I had that sucky feeling of regret as soon as I paid. But we learn from our mistakes!

I've used this Jiffy Lube location for my car's oil changes for more than 15 years, and I have always had a positive experience. The service is consistently fast, the prices are reasonable, and the staff is extremely friendly and professional.

Quick, comprehensive, concise, and cost-efficient. They recommended synthetic oil, which works better and cuts down some on oil-change trips. Probably balances out the higher price so that you're not really spending much more in the longrun.

My car indicated it had very low oil as I was driving, so I was obviously very nervous. Googled the nearest oil change and came here. I m a young woman so I don t know anything about cars. They topped my oil and wiper fluid off free of charge. Will certainly be giving my business here from now on. As a woman, it is easy to be taken advantage of in the automotive industry. I really appreciate the men that helped me out today.
