Very good service. They caught a mistake in with my oil type that my previous oil changers messed up. They knew to correct it with what the owners manual stated. Very good care.

Tried to use a coupon for a discounted $25 oil change, usually $49.99. The employee "Josh" stated I could use the coupon without a problem. Then he wrote me up for service and stated the total would be $69. I reinstated the coupon usage and the price of $25, but I was told it meant something other than what was printed in plain English on the coupon. So I left. I have a feeling they didn't really want to work, so he may have created a problem to avoid the work.**EDIT: The employee's response was lie. Josh never explained the 7 quart oil difference. Not a single word about oil capacity was ever mentioned. And he very clearly said the oil change would be $69 after the $20 off coupon. I even restated the price for service to confirm, to which he reconfirmed that fact. I have an eye witness(my wife) to this who verified the conversation. *And attempting to feminine shame me over a fictitious one sided fact finding mission, which speaks volumes to your quality of character and the level of service your facility offers. Your business is always completely empty for good reason!

Perhaps original post was a liitle harsh. Ticket had the wrong oil, had the wrong vehicle listed with wrong name and wrong mileage. However they did redo everything and made effort to contact me.

Great choice! Not bad on price, a short wait, and informative, kind staff!They caught a couple things under the hood I didn't know about and even offered to fix it! Highly recommend this location for your oil changes!

I went in this morning to get an oil change and ended up getting a few additional services. Overall, I got 6 things done in the span of 1.5 hours. The wait was minimal but I did go at 15 minute after opening. When I got there I had two people in front of me so I believe my wait time to be exceptionally fast considering my past experiences at other companies.The waiting room was warm and comfortable and had vending machines for drinks and food. There was also wifi which was helpful for homework. Overall, I am not a car girl but I pleasantly enjoyed my experience there. They explained the services they were conducting and why they are useful for my car. Furthermore, they applied multiple coupons to deduce my total costs. Each employee I came in contact with was easy to communicate with, respectful and helpful. I have always loved Jiffy Lube and am constantly pleased with my experience regardless of what location I visit. Highly recommend!Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I wouldn t go anywhere near this place. They stripped the plug on my oil pan and didn t say a word. They also didn t screw anything back properly underneath my vehicle so now I have things that hang down and drag when I drive.They did my oil change multiple in a row because I lived right around the corner!! Also, the screws are nowhere to be found and I only found this out because I chose a different company to get an oil change from.Save yourself from paying extra money unnecessarily and choose somewhere with more competent people. Save yourself the headache.

Thank you Jiffy Lube for making me go somewhere else. I stopped in today to get an oil change for my mom's van. First you said there was an hour and a half wait, then you told me I "had" to give you my address. I said no you said "it's required"!!! NO IT"S NOT. So I went looking and found the Valvoline Instant Oil Change on Merchant Dr. Not only did I got my oil changed in about 15 min, they did not "require" my address, where supper nice. It only cost me $60 and I didn't even have to get out of the van. So thank you again Jiffy Lube for helping me find a better place to go.

I took my daughter's car for an oil change with no appointment and had no wait at all. All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. They appeared knowledgeable and steered me toward what was needed for the car. I was quite pleased they did not try to sell me more or suggest any service that wasn't needed. The mechanic consulted with me before changing the air filter, brought it to show me, and ask if I wanted them to change it. He also alerted me the windshield wipers also needed changed of which I was aware. The waiting room was comfortable with a snack machine and television. However, the service was fairly quick.I was very happy with the customer service and the complete, fast maintenance on the car at this Jiffy Lube. I plan to take my vehicle there, too.I'm also excited to find this location performs many other various maintenance services on vehicles. I had no idea. My wife visited today and from what she has told me they tried to take advantage of her. They told her she needed new tires and breaks "we just changed both 43 days ago" so I don't believe she does. They also tried to up sell a few other items but my wife new they had all already been took care of. I understand up selling but there is a point where it's just trying to take advantage of your guests. Lastly she was charged around $80 for just a simple oil change. Nothing special about it. We normally would not have used the service but due to timing we could not do it ourselves. I do not suggest this business to use. Lots of better options if this is how they conduct themselves.

Amazing service cares about the customer they stayed a little longer to make sure I was safe on the road.They had every feature you can think of soda machine,snack machine,coffee,and television to let you have a great experience while you are waiting all the employees should get a raise they have knowledge on vehicles very happy customer will return .I even had some lights tonight they brought it back and took some time to examine the issue wish I could give 10 stars thank you all so much.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Brake service & repair, Oil change

Always a good experience here. Only suggestion is that the tech not change the seat position in the customers car. They are only pulling the car out of a bay not actually driving it. Thanks for the good job.

Horrible experience from the get-go. I intended on walking around to get some exercise while waiting on my vehicle to get done. I asked if they had my phone number from when I was here before and the guy looked at me and said, "I don't know". I asked if he would check. He walks over to the computer and pulls it up and then just stares at me instead of reading off what he has. Once I cought on, I looked at the computer and saw my number was correct and then said, "yep, that's the right number". I asked if they would give me a call when it's done. He said, "No, we'll park it". I told them to cancel the job. They were pretty rude and inattentive. Stay away. See the photo for a GREAT place to go as an alternative to this place! They got me right in and completed the job pretty fast. And you can stay in your car.

I took my car in for just a simple oil change. I went and got something to eat and came back the employees where messing with areas on the engine that had nothing to do with an oil change or to check fluids. They were pushing the gas petal down as hard as they could while putting oil on top of my engine that got into my spark plugs. It cost me over 500 dollars to fix my engine because of the oil in the spark plugs.

It's expensive, they try to upsell on everything, and one can hear employees talking about other customers, and their opinions about the conditions of everyone's vehicles. Some employees are friendly. Others are not. Wait time wasn't bad, and they did quick work.

Jiffy Lube is AWESOME! They are very quick but they also do a very good job and were very thorough with the tuneup. "Josh" gave us a discount and all of them I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND for taking excellent care of your vehicle. :)

They were kind and quick! The guys on 4/5(which was a Monday) around noon were awesome! We were only 35miles late on the change but still could feel a change in driving, a lot smoother... Great job! Thank you!

2 weeks ago on Saturday, I was at Fox Toyota in Clinton TN for a recall on my truck frame. I live over 100 miles away in a town where there's no Toyota dealership. When I left home, I had brakes & when I left fox Toyota, I had no brakes. They wouldn't check my brakes to find out why, all of a sudden, I didn't have any & tried to say I drove over 100 miles with no brakes. No one is going to drive without brakes & especially that far. By the grace of God, I didn't get hurt or hurt someone else. God's hand of protection lead me to the fellers at the jiffy lube multicare store. They discovered my brake line was broken by fox Toyota. They went above & beyond to help me get my part ordered from Toyota to fix my truck. The fellers here are honest, not pushy, & don't tell people they need things done to their vehicles when it's not necessary. They're very helpful & have awesome customer service. They were so kind to me in one of the worse times of my life. Seeing the cross, ten commandments, & picture of Jesus was amazing & encouraging! The Lord lead me to this jiffy lube & all these fellers are assets to this company! They deserve to be recognized & have a raise! If I'm ever in Knoxville Tn & need work done again to my truck, I would definitely come back here & recommend them to anyone who needs car repairs. God bless all you fellers and thanks beyond words for all your help!!!!!

My 19 yr old daughter took her Honda Civic for an oil change on her own. After driving the car a day she realized it was leaking oil. She took her car back to Jiffy Lube on Clinton Hwy and was told they had stripped her oil cap and the oil pan was going to need to be replaced. This was handled and explained to her in a very unprofessional way. She set up an appointment for the repair to be made and was told if she dropped off car on Friday she ours be able to pick up car at close of business on Sat. Which during college finals and working retail is very inconvenient. Making a third to back to jiffy lube she dropped car off on Friday and called on Saturday about picking up car. Her car was not ready on Saturday as previously told. They gave her a the run around with no apologizes just pointing fingers . Her dad finally got involved and asked about a rental car in which we were told we could rent if we paid for it first and they would reimburse. They promised the car would be ready by Monday. Went back to pick up car on Monday still no apologies just finger pointing in who did not do what they were told. She requested she be refunded for her original oil change. The manager later called and said the VP of the Company would not refund her an oil change. He spoke with my husband and said she basically got a free oil change when they had to drain her oil pan to install a new one. What?? Terrible unprofessional management . Run do not take your car to such a horrible service center! FYI they change more for an oil change than a dealershipService: Oil change

Be cautious of the coupons that you find online in the future I was able to reach their district manager and corporate department and get the ones corrected that were expired thank God but that proved to be a lot of work and added headache I really didn't need in the end I received my discount and my oil change went okay I guess so all in all just be cautious of what you're finding online and make sure they're valid

I went here to get a quick oil change and front wipers replaced. Soon after I took a trip to Nashville. On the way there one of my wiper blades broke and flew off on the interstate. When I got to Nashville I stopped at a gas station. I tried to start my car and go but it wasnt driving right at all! Somehow I got it to the store down the road and it was my camshaft sensor.. They took it off and it had excessive oil on it from my car being overfilled with oil. I do not recommend this place.

I had oil changes done by Jiffy lube and I've always been satisfied with their service. Today (with weather threatening to storm), my car battery failed while parked several yards away from their establishment. We phoned them for help and an employee came quickly and lent a hand. They had my vehicle inspected in their bay and had my battery and terminal changed. Im very thankful they had my issue fixed promptly. Would recommend their excellent service.

I was treated very badly at this location today. I got an oil change (technician told me my wiper blades were bad, etc. I said, no thanks just oil today). About an hour after I left, I discovered my wiper blade was missing, so I ran back over to see if they could put it back on. A technician put a new blade on. I asked if I was good to go? He said your wiper is actually broken off, and up under the hood. I told him he could keep his new one, and put the old back back on if he wanted to. He then proceeded to tell me I should be thankful they were putting on a new blade that they didn t have to, that they weren t responsible, and that I could just come in and see their video to prove it. I was shocked to say the least. I went in to speak to the manager who pretty much told me the exact same thing. I was certainly not going to go review some video alone. I felt completely harassed by the whole ordeal. I would not recommend anyone go to this location, and especially not a woman alone.

I went in for an oil change and was told I needed new lights, new air filter, 3 new tires, new shocks, etc. They then told me it would be over $2,000 for this. I have enough sense to know a scam when I see one. I took my car to Discount Tires on Callahan (a family owned business) and they were much more helpful! They told showed me the actual problem and quoted the work for $444. Not only was the price much better but I was treated much better. Do what you want with this information. Never going back to jiffy lube.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Oil change

If you re looking for a fast service, come here. Arrived at 5:33 pm, 28 minutes before closing, they got me in and out at 5:48 pm. The mechanic at the register explained what the car needs. Price was high $71 for 5 quarts of oil and filter for a camry.
