It's a good place to get a quick oil change. A basic oil and filter change costs around $75. They don't allow you to sit in your car like some places do. You go to this little waiting room area where they have TV for you to watch, free Wifi, free water and coffee while waiting for your car to be serviced. The staff seems nice, helpful, and professional.

Couldn't ask for any better service than this !!! This location makes jiffy lube look very good ! By far ! In 44 degree weather, I got a smile and commendable customer service! Both jiffy lubes at the corner of Newton road and six forks road in Raleigh North carolina...... by all means your stores need training from this location. The folks here are definitely a model for the whole enterprise. I strongly believe that the folks here in fountain city have something that anyone in customer service could learn ! Impressive!

Amazing!!! Excellent service and employees. Wish I had went sooner. Real customer service that is hard to find anymore. I will recommend to everyone I talk to. Thank you very much. The technician I believe his name was Will he was my customer service associate today and he was simply amazing didn t force any product on me I didnt feel pressured to buy anything he educated me on things on my vehicle and I felt like I could ask him anything truly an amazing employee and amazing service at this jiffy lube truly deserves a raise!!!!!

I've been getting my oil changed and tires rotated and balanced here for a very long time. I like that you do not have to have an appointment. They are very courteous and polite at this location. Also, very quick service. I like the new updates in their decor to the lobby and the hot coffee on a winters day. They're not the $19.99 oil change but they do a lot. I might also mention that they have coupons online that helps but still....it's a little pricey.

Fast service fairly priced, got tire rotation and oil change. 3 stars is due to now when I'm stopping or going. Low speeds and turning I hear a rattle that I didn't have before. So not sure if everything was put back on correct.

Very knowledgeable and polite. They even show you the bad parts they take off. Wait wasn't bad and they were busy. Feel confident about the work they did. My only go to for my car . Thank you guys and gals am one happy customer.

Just don't. If you have a problem after you leave, they're going to say it's your fault. You take the little survey on your receipt? They're not going to respond. Went to have my oil changed just like normal nothing out of the ordinary but what made me write a review was I had my two year old with me and he was asleep so I held him the whole time when I was getting ready to leave the guys there open the door for me and had the side door open for me so I could easily load my sleeping child customer service at its best and just good decent human beings I really appreciate it thank you

Fast enough oil change, they get the job done. The included vacuuming is nice too. However, I asked them specifically to check my lights as I had been told I had a taillight out the day before, and they checked and said there were no issues. When I got home, I had my husband check and my taillight was indeed out- not sure if they just didn't check or if somehow they missed it.

Excellent service. The manager was very attentive and took care of the issue that I was having with a hard to find oil filter for my EcoDiesel. He offered to go down to the local Ram dealership to get the right one or the gentleman there at the Ram dealership had given me the wrong oil filter. Made our great!!!

Incredible Customer Service! Diagnosed and fixed several important issues, changed my oil, and did it all efficiently! They showed me the problems, explained them, and gave me regular updates and tailored recommendations. For someone like me, I treasure people who are honest and GENUINELY want to make sure I am taken care of and safe on the road! Highly recommend this location! I will absolutely be back!

Very kind. Professional. Got a basic oil change and filter replacement on my new-to-me SUV. Couldn't rotate my tires because my vehicle needs a swing lift, but was satisfied with my experience. During peak hours I would suggest turning right to leave, can always turn around. Located very close to a busy corner, going left would be difficult.

I would rate them a zero if it was an option. I was next in line to get an oil change and was asked to move to the other line to let someone who wasn't in line in. I have been taking my 2 vehicles there for service but will not be back.

Great customer service. Everyone is very nice and informative. Speedy, but thorough work done to my car as well. They really do all the checks and even clean the inside of the car. Will definitely be back.

Everyone here was super nice! I stopped by early morn after I got off work and they were able to get my oil changed in less than 10 mins!! I was only there maybe 15 mins top! I also dont have much $$, but my oil change was overdue and I had tried to get it into Firrstone bc they have a $24.99 oil change special, well let's just say he told me I could sit there until 9 (it was 8am when he was telling me this) and wait for another tech to arrive and then they would "try" to work me in, but no guarantees...I could've been there for hours who knows...anyways, so I went across the street to Jiffy Lube and as I said they got me right in! I asked them if they had any coupons and he told me what site to visit and I got 10 off my oil change. With tax and all it's the best! I work 3rd shift so obviously I was tired considering I'd just left work and maybe I was just cranky anyways, but the Firestone personnel are not very friendly at all. That is just my opinion. Most places if you are in a predicament they will work with you, but he had no plans on trying to work things out with me or even an ATTEMPT too, so that is why I feel that Firestone needs to work on customer service a little better lol...but as I stated Jiffy Lube is amazing! I hope you also have a great experience when you stop by!!

Have used exclusively for past 10 years for my two new cars. Trusted over dealership. Today, they saved me literally days off work and much $$ by diagnosing what was wrong with my car. Highly recommended!

They said they couldn't change my radiator coolant because my radiator was low on coolant. Let that sink in. Thats exactly why I came there. I know its low and would like new coolant put in before it freezes this winter. They had some woman that had no idea what was going on doing service. Literally the dumbest thing I've ever seen or heard.

Got my transmission fluid exchanged here and Justin the supervisor was amazing. Did it for cheaper than I expected and even told me to come back in a week to make sure the fluid is still good and full. Thanks you guys for the amazing service!!!

Amazing service. They were super kind and didn't try to jip me when I was having oil issues. They kindly topped me off and didn't charge since they didn't need to change it.
