A great place! Everyone was so kind from phone calls to in person. Service was so fast and decently priced. They even vacuumed our car and opened our doors for everyone to get in the car! They don t seem like sleezy mechanics whatsoever and this will be our new go-to for our car s regular maintenance!

This place is out of my way since it s a 30 min drive from my house, but it s worth it! The staff is so helpful and friendly. They let me know everything that is going on before it happens and have always got my car in and out so I can get on with my day!

My wife just went and loved. Fast, professional, and DIDN T try to sell her unnecessary services. An online coupon made it a no brainer even if the cost was slightly more than a service at our mechanic where she d have waited for an hour or more. I m cheap but I m a new fan!!

I come here often to get my oil changed even though it's a considerable drive in from Dandridge. Costs the same as at Valvoline but they swindle you saying to come back in 3k miles for the exact same thing I get at Jiffy for 8k miles.

Went to this location after already being turned down by the South Knox location. (They don't have the equipment at that location for what I needed)I needed a tire rotation balancing and probably an alignment. And an oil change. I get to the West Hills location. I let them know what I needed and they let me know they did not have a way to balance the tires. So, me not knowing much about this, asked if I had to have them both done and they did not suggest or recommend that I do it all together. I get it can be done separately obviously, but it's clear it should be done together. On top of this they did the usual filter check but really pressured me to replace them and tried to convince me that they were super bad upon showing me. I said I was good but he still tried to explain to me why I needed them and what they were for. I didn't bother to tell them I just replaced those within the last year, and that I am also very aware as to what the filters are for.....and they absolutely were not in need of changing. When I left my pressure light came on, air was low and it was not recalibrated. Over all, I am super disappointed in myself for using this location. Had they recommended that I wait and that I get the rotation and balance at the same time I absolutely would have. There was also a bad film on my windshield where I guess they put something on it and didn't wipe it off correctly. It was horrible when I was driving home and made it hard to see. The customer service at West Hills is pitiful. I absolutely would not recommend taking your vehicle there unless you absolutely have to.I'm now driving around with a car that feels awful.I feel like I wasted my time and my money here.They should have done what South Knoxville did and recommend I go to a location that was able to do what all I needed, and not take my money and treat me like I'm stupid.Service: Tires

I have had my oil changed here twice. Let me tell you simply: They changed the oil properly. Not all people have time to schedule oil changes and bring their vehicle to the dealership; it's just not the way life goes. So, I frequent valvolines and jiffy lubes, and walmart while shopping. I won't mention the other places, but they don't always do the job correctly, if at all, even. This particular location changed my oil correctly, and that's all I wanted. It's a surprisingly hard thing to find. I had an oil leak that started out of nowhere, approximately 3 oil changes ago around my turbo. Places and people told me all these things I needed to do, etc., but I had a sneaky suspicion my oil wasn't change correctly. So, I went to a different location; this one. After they changed my oil, my oil leak stopped.Service: Oil change

I didn't want to give them one star . These guys did not put the oil filter back in my car causing it to leak oil damaging my motor. They then topped it off having to put 2.5 quarts in just one week after the change. They are NOT professional at all. David, the Vice President tried to say I had a whole in my block, that's why the oil leaked out. Don't use this jiffy lube. They are trash.Service: Oil change

The crew here is very nice! I was greeted upon arrival and they took excellent care of my car! The young man who checked me in took the time to explain everything to me and was very kind. Despite being very busy, I was not treated like a number, which was a nice change from most businesses!!Give these boys a raise!!

Always great, quick, friendly service. They never pressure me to buy any extra services. They let me know what services are due, check all fluid levels, vacuum the floors and clean the windows. The employees are the nicest of any location I've been to in Knoxville. Also the in-between oil changes top off is great!

The staff is nice, but I have been here twice and both times took over an hour for a standard oil change. Both times I was one of two people there. Both times they asked me if I wanted to replace lights or filters, but didn't tell me they would have to go down the road for parts. Had I known that, I would have declined. They seemed surprised that I was frustrated at being there for so long, but at the Farragut Jiffy Lube I never wait longer than 30 minutes.

Great service. Been going there for years. They usually have a coupon but make sure it is the Knoxville franchise and not Nashville. I never have had to wait very long here.

We used this location for service because we were not in the vicinity of our usual place for oil changes. The staff was very helpful and had our vehicle serviced and ready to go in no time. We would definitely use these guys again!

I drive from North Knoxville over to their location on Kingston Pike in West Knoxville every time my oil needs changing and I don't feel like changing it myself. I've used this same location for years. Their techs are always very friendly and informative. They give you a list of known "other" issues they see as well & will do just exactly what you ask of them with a smile and in a speedy, clean manner. Could use a little update to their "wait room" but never had an issue with them.

My vehicle was damaged by one of their technicians during an oil change and I was told that there was no way they could have damaged it, blamed it on the heat, and then said the damage was already there before I brought it in, when I know it wasn t. I asked if they could check the cameras but, conveniently, their cameras have been down since August 24th and told me there was nothing they could do. I understand accidents happen, but they took zero responsibility for their mistake and made no attempt to fix it. I will be escalating this to their corporate office. Do not bring your vehicle to this location.Service: Oil change

Staff is friendly and obviously united despite newcomers whom display doubt in some interactions. Service is ultimately great and changed the vans oil without a hitch; I'll continue to choose jiffy lube for all my basic motor needs

Casey came up to me as soon as I pulled in and was very helpful and friendly.its nice to come into a business where the employees are happy to be there and happy to help u as well great prices and great location.also if ur not an airhead like me u will drive in the enter and not at the exit only lol

Absolutely awesome experience here!! Would definitely recommend this jiffy lube to all friends and family!! The assistant manager (rich) is handsome as well, and he was so very helpful and seemed to have a vast knowledge of everything!!! Thank you for everything!!!

Absolutely horrible customer service. Literally would not help jump my girlfriends car off. They said "no sorry our mechanic is not here." It takes a mechanic to jump a car off? After being told by Sears it would be two or three days before they could fit me in for a tire rotation, I called Jiffy. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. The staff was nice and everything went as expected.
