The McCown s were awesome with my repair. I needed a door replacement and it was done like new and in less than a week. Family run business with down to earth people who truly care about serving you. Great to support a local family business. I made a point of telling them no need to rush as I have a spare vehicle. Well of course the snow apocalypse happened and my second vehicle broke. I called and told them I was stuck and they had me rushed and ready the next day. Thanks a lot!

They gave me an estimate and called when they were ready and told me exactly how long it would take. A great family business...and I was extremely comfortable with them. They did an outstanding job! Will definitely have them do work again.....Absolutely the best!!!

Needed bumper and fender. Did a great job all in less than one week! Went above and beyond with professionalism, timeliness, courtesy and an excellent repair job. I highly recommend!

So I accidentally opened my car door too much at Trader Joe s and the tree limb pulled my car door apart. I have an electric vehicle so I was concerned that it would cost me an arm and a leg to fix my door. However I stopped at this shop and these people here fix my door for me at absolutely no questions no cost at all. I highly recommend this place because it is highly clean highly professional and you can tell that these are people that are truly blessed by God. Please spend your money here. In today s world you want to deal with people who are for the people not against them and these people are truly here to bless your family. Highly recommended.

Travis told me what he would do and when it would be ready. I love these people. They are so sweet, kind & professional. They get your car in, get the work done & get it out. My car looked like brand new again when they were done with it & they didn't keep it forever. Everyone there was extremely nice each time I went in as well as being extra helpful.Thanks to the entire crew for all they did to make this a great experience for me. I would definitely recommend them for any/all paint& body work...

This place is amazing. Family owned. Superb costumer service. Best prices in town. Moved here 20 years ago. Wish I had found them sooner. WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED

Do not go here. The absolute worse experience I have ever had with a car repair shop. Was held at because I parked in his grass, when there was no other spots available. If you don't won't people to park there then put a sign up. I parked there because I didn't want to park i your personal lot. DO NOT go HERE if you would like to be treated like a human being. You just lost a customer.

Daughter needed to get her rear bumper replaced and McCown's did a great job with it. Gave a fair price to my wife, who got estimates at a few places. They ordered the bumper, painted it, then we took the car in and they installed it while we waited -- couldn't have gone any better. Fast and accurate estimate, great product, and a very fair pric -- definitely recommend!

Excellent work, Outstanding service!!!! You won't find a better body shop in Knoxville TN. The work they did on my vehicle was perfect. The work was done very promptly and the customer service was terrific! From now on if I need future body work for my vehicles, Jeff McCown's Paint & Body is where I will always go! Highly recommend!

Backed into my husband truck and messed up the back right bumper and tail light. They had a very reasonable quote. Very professional, timely and did a phenomenal job. I'm so happy about the job they did. If we ever have another incident they will be my first and only call.

Outstanding! It is difficult, to put into words the kindness and professional courtesy that Jeff (owner/operator) and his employee Chuck extended to myself for taking the time out of their busy day to assist me without hesitation. I was seeking an estimate, however their southern hospitality, not only took 30 minutes out of their day to fix the dent and charged me with have a nice rest of your afternoon, sister! In full disclosure, I am not their sister, however, lunch will be on me later in the week. Thank you so much!

State Farm contacted me after someone hit my car, and recommended that I take my vehicle over to Jeff McCown's body shop the following morning for an estimate. Upon arriving, I was greeted by a family like atmosphere that welcomed me right in. I was quickly given an estimate, and then an appointment for repair after the parts were delivered. I dropped my car off Monday, and by Friday it had already been completed, looking even better than before the accident! They were extremely efficient and friendly, making sure that I knew what the plan of action would be every step of the way. Hopefully I don't need any repairs again any time soon, but if I do I will make sure that Jeff McCown's Paint & Body Shop are the guys to handle it. They have gained a client for life with me and my family.

Excellent outfit. I have three young drivers in my household and have seen Jeff that many times for insurance claims. He also does miscellaneous body work on my truck and I have always been satisfied. Highly recommended.

Not sure who actually put my wife s car back together but they should not be allowed to touch anything or be working there.When we got our car back, it sounded and looked like the front end was about to fall off.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

First visit was to obtain an estimate for repairs to my 2006 Mercury. I liked estimate and allow Jeff McCown's repair. Today Mr. McCown delivered my vehicle completely repaired. Excellent repair and painting match original really well.I recommend highly.

We have had 2 vehicles with pretty serious damage in the past few months and bot times we have taken them here. Both times I was given a reasonable, accurate quote. As well as timely and very professional work. Very honest people, I would rate more stars if i could! Thanks guys! again!

I'm just a tow truck driver, but every time I delivery them a wreck car. They always make/welcome me like family. Super nice folks. And as far as repairs they must do good honest work cause I deliver there a lot..

There are some characters that work here I always get the work done the way I want and always get a laugh love this place. This unusual body shop sits on the owners farm so you can look at the horses and beautiful views while you wait. There pricing is also very reasonable

Outstanding personal service from a "great family" business. I love this whole family...Jeff, Joyce, and Travis. These are just "good people" and they are the pros. This is the only body shop I would EVER use!!!

Mr. McCown did an awesome job on my daughter's car's repairs. Upfront on the costs and it's obvious that he's pricing things honestly. Even when speaking to those in the industry, they speak highly of Mr. McCown.
