These guys are Fast and professional. They got my tires done in what must be recycled time and under budget. They would have gotten an alignment done but their person was out sick. They may be looking for a new alignment person if anyone is looking for work. I would recommend calling or applying I'm person. Enjoy!

My brother and I have bought 4 sets of tires from Jambo. Last set was 4 practically new tires for $390. Great prices and great service. They will find what you need. Highly recommend

Owner is incredibly nice, they got my tires mounted a balanced in under an hour, and they re low profile so very pleased. Also not so much as a mark on any wheels, I ve been to shops that scratched or scuffed wheels before. Totally will go back in the future.

Fast service, reliable, very professional, priced reasonable and customer service is definitely one of the best experiences I ve had in awhile. Ed is the guy that helped me, he was helpful and was open to answer questions I had about my tires when I wasn t sure. Honestly one of the main reasons I d give this place 5 stars is because: walking into a place like this being a woman, usually feels very awkward and uncomfortable, a lot of times you ask too many questions and guys look at you like you re stupid, this place didn t give off that vibe and I appreciate that! Looking forward to do business with again.

Came in on a whim to get new tires, they didn't have my tires at first but got me some really quickly. The owner's son put them on and was friendly and efficient. I felt the price was fair.

Jambo is a real good Christian man and he works with his son and he too is a very good guy! I have bought several tires from them and they always stand behind their work! If you need a good used tire, I highly recommend you go to Jambo Arts Tire Company on Washington Pike

Wonderful experience, desperately needed new tires and happened upon some via Facebook marketplace. When I realized it was an actual shop I came in and had all 4 tires replaced and put on at a VERY low cost and within the same day! Very very happy with the quality of work and the customer service. I ll definitely be coming back. They saved me a lot of hassle, Jeep tires are hard to come by! Thank you!

Best tire deal I've got in a long time 2 tires for less than the price of 1 a whole lot less mounted and balanced. Very friendly service. The guys treated me like family. Would recommend this place highly

I highly recommend Jambo Arts tires. Francis, the owner is a very honest, good-hearted man whom you can trust and who will make sure you get the best tires at an unbeatable price. Two years ago, while being in a difficult time, struggling to make ends meet and with a newborn, I went to Francis' shop for the first time to get 2 of my car's tires changed. He was warm and friendly and somehow knew I was in a difficult spot financially. After changing my tires he came to me and told me: "This is my gift, for baby". He charged NOTHING for them, I could not believe it. This is the type of person he is. I had that car until recently and never needed to change my tires in all that time. They just moved to a new location and business like this, local and run by honorable people need our support. Come to Jambo Arts, you won't regret it.

Almost new tires at a great price best place in town to get new or used tires. Friendly courteous staff very knowledgeable about tires. I highly recommend this place to any and everybody.

By far the best used tires I've ever bought! And their service was just as good. They checked out some other things for me and everything was at an absolute reasonable price. They really did some great work and still saved me allot of money.

Wont go anywhere else. The only shop i have been to that truly works with you. Had 2 lug studs broken on one wheel. Owner lended me tools to remove tire as i did not want them to be liable if another stud broke. Very good people. I recommend everyone come here.

We've been loyal customers for years. Jambo is such a great person and has helped us out when we were in a bind before. The location changed and we sought out his new shop even though it was further away. They really treat you like family, and it shows.

I was taken very good care of at Jambo Arts Tires. I had been running on really bald tires & my best friend told me about Jambo as they use them. I told Francis what I needed & he and his son, Edward fixed me right up. Not only did they get me back on the road with safe tires, they were fun, friendly & just really nice! I ll use them again. I ll be needing an oil change too. So, I ll see them again.

What a great place! I was headed out of Knoxville, when a pothole took out a tire on my rental car which didn't contain a spare. Jambo Arts hooked me up with a fantastic used tire and I was out of there in about 12 minutes paying a third of what I had expected. Friendly, great customer service, quick and professional. They turned a possible crisis into an adventure. Couldn't recommend enough. A+

Waste of time. They're nice guys but the owner doesn't know what he's doing. I've gotten tires, had them fix flats, and oil changes here. The last 3 times I've went to get my oil changed they've not had the oil there. My car takes synthetic so I always call a day or 2 in advance to make sure they have the oil in stock. They always confirm the time I'll be there and that they'll be ready. Three times in a row I've gotten there and the owner says he's forgotten to get the oil... I've given them 3 chances, but I don't have 2 hours to wait on an oil change because he forgot. I'm sure he did forget, but 3 times in a row? Come on. If you can't remember, write it down or tell someone else.

I have taken both my vehicles here along with my fianc� s. You really can t find a better place IMO. Friendly. Fast. Honest. They find you the best deal that gives YOU the customer the best value before they try to win you over like other places. Ask for Edward and I promise you will never go anywhere else.

Very quick, trustworthy, noble and nice people! Jambo is awesome! I am a woman who doesn't know much about car things, I got a flat tire and needed a quick fix. The tire he got me was in great condition and have been rolling on it for weeks now, no problems. He's a good person and his son who did the work was also very nice! If I was local to Knoxville I would definitely keep going to him! Thanks Jambo and son!

I have used this place in the past and was pleased with them. But today I called to get s price on 3 used tires they had and the owners son priced them to me at $47 each. When I went to pick them up the owner then said the price for these 3 used tires was $125 each, then by the end of the conversation said $400 for the 3 tires. Not another dime of my money will be spent there again! If your guys don't know the prices don't let them answer the phone simple as that!! The professional thing to do would have been to honor the price given, which would generate repeat business and a happy customer! Very poor customer service

I am heading out of town today and needed 4 tires before hitting the road, I am very thankful for the crew here and the great work! They got me in and out and i highly recommend them, great service with great people! My car is riding smooth now thank you!

They are hilarious people up there, and there in never a dull moment when they are around. The tires are of great quality, the job gets done really fast, and the overall cost is very reasonable. I know where I will be getting my tires from now on.
