Went in expecting a bunch of hoops to jump through as this was our first car from a dealership so my fiance and I were really skeptical at first. When we met Shawn he was very laid back had no issues answering any questions that we had, we sat there and actually had some amazing conversations about other topics as well. When it came down to the car he made it super easy for us to understand made sure we knew when the payments would be and everything. We had a little hiccup on the first two days with insurance being weird and Shawn worked with us so that we could get that done without fear of anything bad happening to our car. Shawn is very open and honest he did not sugar coat anything. The check engine light came on when o was getting the car he had told me it was an 02 sensor, sure enough go home and run the codes and the 02 sensor trips. He knows what he's talking about he is a very interesting, smart, honest person and it made me love the place. I'm so happy to have bought my car at instant auto. They have made our lives easier. If you're looking for a new car and you need it fast I promise you they will most likely have you in a car and gone within an hour to two hours. Great people very calm atmosphere. This is the place for you!

We had a customer talking to us for 3 days about a specific vehicle. They took our car on a test drive for 2+ hours. They were at your lot and negotiated our vehicle for a better deal through you and as a result we had to wait almost an hour after we closed for them to return our vehicle. Shady business when you see another dealerships vehicle out on a test drive and you still go through with the sale.

I purchased a 2007 Hyundai Sonata from Shawn about two weeks ago. There were a couple of minor things wrong with it that they fixed for me. I took a chance and purchased the car on a promise from the garage manager that he would fix one item if I got the part and brought it back in. They held true to their promise and I got a fantastic deal on a great car! Buy here!

Very impressed with this place! Everyone there was extremely friendly and welcoming. It didn't have that "typical dealership feel." These are good honest people and a terrific place to shop for a used vehicle!

My car broke down in front of this shop a few months ago. I barely had any cash until I got paid. One of the mechanics had me pull in, he popped my hood and started messing around. Found out it was my radiator and unfortunately because I didn t have money at the time to pay for him to work on my radiator (even though he was going to help me without any wait and even cut the price in half just to help because he knew I didn t have any money at the time), he put some stuff in it to stop the leak long enough for me to make it home so I could take it to get it fixed a day or two later when I got paid. Didn t even charge me, he was a huge help. Can t remember his name, but he was a great guy, very respectful and all around just wanted to help the best way he could and he did it.

I see from the other reviews that what I ran into is nothing new with this place. I was ignored & no one was interested in selling me a car. Not wasting time here & moving on to a dealership that really appreciates my business. Pass on this one.

Bought a 2010 dodge caravan from them and It had a problem and they fixed it promptly and they didn't charge me for it. Shawn is a great guy and would work with me when other car lots wouldn't even try.kudos to Shawn the best salesman ever

I had a couple of issues at the beginning with my car, but in working with Frank at the dealership he really helped me out and gave me a fantastic deal. I ended up with a wonderful car oh, that is very dependable and I'm very happy.

Very disappointing We got a car from Instant Auto 3/31/18 and as of today 4/17/18 the car is not drivable. My husband and I got our daughter 2007 Camry from them and she attends ETSU in Johnson city. Very unhappy about this!!! They may have some good deals,but it s a catch 22! Please beware! 1st and the last time.

Said they'd work with us on payments. Didnt even get a full month behind. Kept in contact with them. The day before they repoed it Shawn said okay, thanks because I let him know I'd be making a payment in a few days. Literally the next day he sends somebody out to get it. Said I had to pay the past due payment(which is understandable) and the repo fee( also understandable) plus the next months payment which hasn't even come due yet. What a joke. I have 3 kids 5 and under they could helped a little.

I honestly wouldn t leave any stars if it would let me. They sold my sister a car and the next day it started acting up. They will say anything just to get a sale. They rig a car up long enough for the test drive and then after that it falls to pieces. I will be making phone calls and I guarantee they will be out of business in a couple months. Do not give these people your time or money. They do not deserve any of it.

We bought a suv, shortly after changing the oil the engine sprung several leaks... put stop leak in it to get it to slow down to take it back in and the dealer said they could find no leaks... I guess the oil all over the engine compartment manifested itself. Also found out that the person they reclaimed the vehicle from hadnt changed the oil and it had seared onto the engine and the dipstick. the transmission went out shortly after finding the catalytic converters were both shot while trying to repair the sputtering that also started shortly after purchasing...

I have had running boards put on my truck a new battery barracks oil change and. Other things it's always been a great place to do businessI would highly suggest them
