Been waiting 2.5 hours for an oil change. Called to check on it and was told we'd get a call back to let us know. Another 20 minutes went by and I had someone drive me back to check on it. The 'service' representative, Luis, was leaned back in his chair playing a cell phone game. He went to check on it and said there were still two other cars in front of me because I had said I'd leave it and run some errands. He made me feel like it was my fault that my appointment for an oil change will take almost four hours. Absolutely horrible service. Just because I say I'll be back and would be running some errands doesn't mean you let every other customer get in front of me. It simply met I wouldn't be in your waiting room so call me. If that's not what happened, why on earth does it take over 2.5 hours to get oil changed? I've had issues with this type of attitude from Luis before but it's clear management doesn't care about coaching up and improving customer service.Reading other reviews, many note that it will take a while if you come here. They still rate 5 stars for some reason, though. Maybe their waits haven't been as long as mine or maybe they have nothing better to do. I literally have started blocking my calendar for four hours at a time whenever I need an oil change because of how these guys operate.

Honestly, much better service than I expected! I was told about 90 minutes to work on my car, and I wasn't even there a full hour before I was out the door and on my way!

It took a while...always does. But,I feel confident in their taking care of my wife's Civic. 11 yrs and counting.

Great place to get service for your Honda. Wendy and Steve Cox were very helpful trying to resolve my issue. Highly recommended!

I've taken my Hondas to Rusty Wallace for years. The service team has always been courteous & kind enough to answer all my questions.When I leave I'm confident my car has been well taken care of & I can drive with confidence.

Very nice associates. Everyone is very helpful. Nice area to wait while repairs are done. Snacks and drinks for all.
