I ve brought my car by Vicki and Jim countless times now and I don t plan on going to other shops!They re communicative, reliable, and reasonable.Other reviewers should understand this shop works with a small crewAnd despite that they keep me in the loop with my car work even if there is a delay.I ve never felt ripped off by this place and I greatly appreciate that with so many other auto shops charging an arm and a leg for small repairs !Can t recommend these guys enough truly

Do not use this place!!! I have given them over $9000 for new motor, new parts and labor. Was told Ford sent a faulty engine and my car was sent to dealer. They inspected and found the engine is fine and found my transmission was seized up and was more than likely caused by mechanic error. My transmission was fine from the beginning and the car only has 60,000 miles on a 2017. The man denied all accountability, gave me some story, accused me of saying things I never said, and gave me the run around.

Setup appointment the day before was told to be there at 8 am and he would do my alignment first. At 7:51 the shop called me and said don't come till 9 or 10 am .I told the lady I was 5 minutes away from the shop why didn't they call me sooner?She said come on in.So I called back and she said " honey he isn't going to work on your car"! What?After I drove and waited that long. Very poor service and I expect he talks allot more than he works. Take your car else where he isn't got it anymore. He needs too retire and let the young guys do it.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

After telling my husband to be there at 8am and it would take 30-45 mins and he was there till almost noon. Then the car on the way home was still pulling. He did tell my husband that the control arms need replaced and the motor mounts were loose. Although injust had that done not long ago. Then when my husband called back to let them knownit is still pulling. He informed him yes it will because of the control arm. Well why in the world would he do the alignment in the first place if he knows it is not going ro work. Seems to me just wants to get money because why "fix" and do work on something get money for it if it doesn't do anything or align the vehicle. This happen today 07/07/2022Service: Wheel alignment

I know there are some reviews at odds with this place, but i personally got a call from the owner/mechanic regarding a specific condition about my car that i should be aware of- above and beyond 'the call' of duty for sure. I appreciated the honest analysis and candid approach to repairs. Kept me in the loop on everything. This isn't a deal experience, its a owner-operated car repair establishment. Don't expect to get the white glove treatment and you'll be pleased. I found the prices very reasonable.

Very nice people. He work he did was great! I would recommend this place to friends and family. I, personally, will return for repairs to my car. The price was a great value.

This is the worse service i EVER had. They lied to me more than once. Got a front wheel alignment, after that my car was shaking. Promised to fix it only to get the run around.
