This is one of the best auto service centers I have been to in the U.S. I have used two other Infiniti service centers in other states that did not provide the same friendly service. All the staff here are great!! I used them five years ago the first time living in Knoxville. I moved back last year, and they have the same excellent service and friendly staff.

customer service in service department is outstanding. prices on the other hand is out the roof for what you can get at a privately owned shop.

Legitimately the best experience I ve had with any servicing on my vehicle. They treat you with the utmost respect and are truly there to help. An experience like this lets me know I made the right decision purchasing a vehicle from Harper Infiniti. This place pretty much requires an appointment for an actual problem with your Infiniti. Their pricing is significantly higher than any other mechanic. They do have a nice waiting area and are accommodating to give a loaner/courtesy ride to other local establishments.Considering all of the above factors they get 3 stars.
