She took the time to thoroughly explain every aspect of the repair process, from drop-off procedures to arranging a rental car.Throughout the repair process, the team at Harper Collision kept me informed with timely updates, ensuring I was never left in the dark about the status of my vehicle. When I finally picked up my car, they took the time to review all the work that had been done, ensuring my complete satisfaction.Overall, I couldn t be happier with the service provided by Harper Collision. If there were 10 stars, I would give it. My service from Harper was excellent from beginning to end. Even the guy who hit me referred me to them and that says something. Their service is quality. Tim, the service manager was excellent and always kept me updated on my car, and the office ladies were friendly, wonderful, and provided excellent customer service. My car looked better when I received it with everything fixed and they even cleaned the inside, than when I first bought it. Parts have increased due to government induced inflation but Harper did a great job getting the best deal without losing quality. The service was top notch. It was worth the wait and I couldn t be more happy. I highly recommend them when idiots hit you.

Harper Collision and Tim were great. They did a fantastic job on my car. It looks brand new. They also were gracious enough to work with me on pricing as much as possible. They communicated everything every step of the way. I would recommend if you're in need of a repair.

Harper Collision has far exceeded my expectation. This was an insurance covered repair. I was not at fault, so the repair was through the other guy's insurance. Harper coordinated with that insurance company on my behalf during the repair process. Everything was smooth, including adjusting the time to return the rental car to the car rental company. I was able to communicate with Harper through email the whole time. The communication was always clear and responsive. Of course, the quality of their work was also great. I'd highly recommend Harper Collision to anyone.

I couldn t have had a better experience at Harper Collision. David Bivens was extremely professional and made the entire process very easy. He communicated all the necessary details and answered all my questions within minutes via email. I recently had my car at another place for the same issue and the communication and amount of time it took to fix anything was horrible. My car was fixed well before the estimated amount of time and my wife and I are very appreciative of that. My kids had to wait with my wife and the employees stopped by to talk to them and made sure that everyone was comfortable. Harper Collision will definitely be the place I go to for any issues I have in the future!

My mdx was rear-ended- $9000 worth of damage. Once they finally got the parts (about 5 months), they had it in and done in no time. Looks and runs fabulously. They even detailed it for free. Not sure if they always do that. May have been because we had to wait so long for the parts. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. I think they even updated some safety software. Highly recommend.Services: Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim, Welding, Oil change

So I've had a lot of paint work done in my 51 years, and blending paint is a real talent!That being said I've always been able to tell when someone repaints a car.I had a vertical impact on my door right dead in the middle, that required body and paint, and I can honestly say it is undetectable! Reflection test, under the lights, shading test nothing!!I wish I knew the technician that did the work but I can honestly say these guys pulled off something amazing!!I returned with a second car with a full side impact too bad it got into the frame supports and was totaled, I would like to have see them pull that off!Highly recommend! May not be preferred by insurance companies, but there's probably a reason for that!!

Our experience was absolutely great! From the time we walked in the front door, the lady at the desk was so kind and then we had Drake who gave us our estimate and personally communicated with us to let us know how things were going on our repairs. The repairs they did on our car was great, we highly recommend them.

Harper Collision is far and away the best place to handle any kind of vehicle repairs after an accident. Graham, Tim and the staff are extremely knowledgeable and professional. They take hassles out of the repair process by working directly with insurance companies and always using OEM parts so your vehicle is as good as new. There is no other collision shop in the greater Knoxville area that matches them in quality and reliability of repairs. I've used Harper Collision several times and always been 100% satisfied!

It took over 4 weeks to fix my car. Kept getting delayed every time I would call for an update. Communication was definitely lacking. I had 30 days of coverage for my rental car through my insurance. 30 days came and went and then I and had to pay out of my own pocket after that because the collision center couldn t seem to get it ready each day they promised. I m satisfied with the work that was done but the customer service was definitely lacking, which is a shame for Audi.

After going back-and-forth with my insurance company over four months, and when everything seemed dark Harper collision center was the light I needed to have hope. That might sound corny but it s real. These guys were very communicative. Helped me out a lot , genuinely felt like they were on my side.Being from out of state and knowing how some collision centers can be Id recommend anyone to Harper Collision locally and not local.

Took my car by that I purchased at Harper to get an estimate on a panel to be fixed. They couldn't give me an estimate for a week. They asked me to make an appointment to come back.I left and ran across Mercedes Body Shop. They had me an estimate before I got home.Amazing difference in businesses.

Great customer service. Unfortunately my car was totaled but the Harper family of businesses always go the extra mile to help. From calling to facilitate getting my vehicle towed there for evaluation to taking time to fully assess the damage quickly, I m very pleased with their service! Thanks all!

The customer service and repair work at Harper Collision is superb!! The staff that greets you and gets you started are attentive and thoughtful. Doug who coordinated the replacement of the my side mirror was thorough and friendly. They accommodated a very short window of time that I had to get the repair done, with the body shop staff working into their lunch break!! I highly recommend Harper Collision!

Fixed up my 2022 4runner after I got hit during snowmageddon. I actually just had virtually the same damage in the same spot repaired by Toyota 6 months ago. I wasn t happy with Toyota for multiple reasons after the last repair (quality, duration, communication, courtesy), so I decided to go with Harper. Man night and day. The price was much more in line with expectations, they did it in 8 days while Toyota took 8 weeks. Drake was awesome and easy to work with and the quality of the repair was truly perfect.

Every staff member at Harper Collision was pleasant and cheerful and a pleasure to work with. The work on my car was done thoroughly, and delivered as promised. Harper also handled my rental car drop off and pick up, and directly communicated with my insurance company regarding the payment. It was a simple process!

Let me start by saying the customer service is really good. Khai was very sweet and was able to answer all of my questions easily, and Jason was great with relaying information to me.A caveat I would add, would be that the estimated repair times were not accurate in my case. My car was pushed out 3 times, to 3 weeks for an estimated 5 day repair.As for the work itself, it is better than average. I wasn t expecting it to be perfect, of course, but I can point out imperfections & the body lines are not completely even. The color on the car is definitely unique, and for the custom color matching, they did a great job. They also did not short the repair , as they had nearly doubled my estimated repair cost , which I was very satisfied to see their attention to detail.Overall, besides the minor mishaps i ve encountered they do good work. Certified for many ranges of vehicles, and I would say the best MOPAR shop around.Big shout out to Khai and Jason again, as they did everything in their power to get me what I needed as a customer.also tagalog friendly!! Very satisfied with the Harper Collision Center.they coordinate well with insurance companies. My estimator/coordinator Dave Bivens did a fantastic job from the estimate, to the progress updates, and final inspection and delivery. I recommend them for auto collision repair.

A visit was scheduled for the initial evaluation. The adjuster was available on time and completed the evaluation quickly. I received a written estimate very shortly after the visit was completed. The car was accepted for repairs on the date that was scheduled. Work was completed in a very short period of time. The quality of the workmanship appears to be excellent.

I brought my 2021 Infiniti q50 to Harper Collision after I had an accident. I needed an entire new front driver side suspension, bumper, fender, rim, tire and paint. From day one, everyone from the front desk to management was great to work with. They were more than helpful, and kind. I mostly dealt with Tim who I can't say enough good things about. He kept me updated and never was dismissive even though I called every other day to check on the progress! There were a few set backs in the process but I am very happy to say my car came back to me looking and driving better than the day I bought it. I highly recommend doing business with Harper.

3 months total for a tailgate, bumper and hitch receiver. I can't rate 1 star as they did complete the job. After totally missing an appointment booked over the phone with email receipts should have been the first sign to run. Between miscommunications with the front desk & estimator my 1-2 week lead time was quickly thrown out the window (granted the holiday season). I was not contacted, without reaching out first to check in, until a month after the truck sitting on their lot. After multiple delays that were blamed on any other circumstances aside from their own mistakes they realized the hitch bolts were rusty and needed to be replaced before completing the repair (6 weeks in). This was then passed on to be my responsibility to pay for out of pocket. This is unless I wanted them to hold the truck while the supplement was confirmed by insurance. Overall the quality of the job was decent but the customer service I would almost describe to be a nightmare. Hopefully this was a one off occurrence and other people have better experiences as I hate leaving these types of reviews.

My grandson works here. These guys are the best if you need auto body work or paint. They go over cars with a fine tooth comb to make sure you're happy. If you aren't, they make it right until you are. I highly recommend this place!

When tragedy struck my new Miata less than a year after I bought it, I faced the uphill battle of getting OEM parts, ensuring they were installed correctly, and finding a perfect match for tri-stage paint. Drake worked magic with the insurance adjuster, Denise kept me apprised at every stage and Khay made sure my rental car was returned right at Harper Collision. Russell delivered my car, and I marveled at the perfect panel gaps and meticulous attention to detail. When my car was hit, I knew I had to go to Harper. Excellent experience. The staff was very professional and kept me frequently informed on the progress of the repair job. My car was repaired very well and within expected timeframe.
