Road hazard damage ruined my car's front bumper, Hardin Valley made it like new again. It took a long time looking for me to find my low mileage, cream-puff of a car and I was thrilled with the repair work. It would be better called a restoration than a repair. I can't say enough about how everthing was handled by them. While we were waiting for the repair, I had been hit again. Even with the additional work that needed to be done, they still kept original appointment. They only use OEM parts and that's something many places do. The staff and owner are great people. I would recommend them to everyone. Car was repaired perfectly. Looks like it just came off the assembly line.

Brought my 2010 Honda Insight in to repair my front bumper that had fallen off due to my stupid parking ways and time. I went to THREE places who gave me estimates THREE times more than what HVBS gave. When I talked to them during my estimate they understood I wanted to salvage the bumper if possible so it wouldn't look dumb like a new bumper would on an ancient car. They acutally listened and were very easy to deal with. Please consider them when looking for body repair. Again...They listen. It's so nice.

I was in an accident at the end of September and the folks at Hardin Valley Body Shop took care of everything. From setting up my appointment to setting up a rental car, they put my mind at ease every step of the way. Was treated with friendly customer service and top-notch quality work! My vehicle came back looking better than new. If I ever need any work in the future, I will for sure come back!

Sonja provided outstanding customer service, helping me reschedule my service due to a business conflict (I drive a fleet vehicle) and then ensured the work was completed prior to a long road trip the following day. The quality of the work? Flawless. I highly recommend Harden Valley Body Shop; they will be my go-to shop for future service.

I had a very difficult body repair for an older car that I needed complete. Hardin Valley Body Shop was recommended to me and I gave them a try. They did an absolute fantastic job with my car - giving it back to me in "like new" condition. I truly appreciated their work, follow-up, and service. If you need body work, I'd totally recommend them.Services: Body & Trim, Welding

They are not good at communicating with their customers. I delivered my vehicle on October 30th, 2022 and didn't get it back until December 9th, 2022. Even after having it that lengthy period of time, they didn't bother to check to see if my BSM and RCTM monitors were working. I called them to tell them that they weren't working, and they told me I would have to bring it in again. I took it back to them in January and they had their guy look at it and he couldn't repair it. They then took it do a local Toyota dealership to have them fix it. I had to wait for over a week to get it back. I never received a phone call from them to tell me what was going on. I had to reach out to them to find out what was going on with my vehicle. I went to them because they were a local company, but I will not be returning or recommending them to others.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I am very frustrated. I went to 3 body shops and got estimates. I had 2 areas on my car I wanted to get fixed, back bumper and quarter panel. I decided to go here because it was family owned and a friend said they were great. Price wise it was in the middle.When I scheduled my appointment I stated that I only wanted the back bumper fixed and that the quarter panel was not in my budget at the time.When I dropped off I dealt with Sonya. She was very short with me and rude. I almost cancelled and left but I figured she was having a bad day and decided to not let it bother me.I asked her if when they were painting the bumper if they could put a little paint on the quarter panel to prevent rusting. I said I would come back at a later date to have the panel fixed but that I couldn t afford it right now. She said she would see what they could do .When I picked up, again she seemed like I was a waste of her time and annoyed. The bill was significantly more than I was originally quoted, I was upset but paid because I hate confrontation and felt so uncomfortable. I was a self pay because the person who rear ended me was reimbursing me for the fix.When I got home and looked at the bill I saw that they had charged me for fixing the quarter panel. I went and checked my car and sure enough they fixed it.I could not rightfully ask the person reimbursing me to pay the whole bill so I was reimbursed for the back bumper.So now I'm out this money that I did not budget for AFTER I SPECIFICALLY STATED I DID NOT WANT THE WORK DONE.I know what s done is done and I wasn t trying to get anything for free. However I felt I had every right to let Sonya know how upset I was and that her attitude was unacceptable and if she took 5 minutes to listen to her customer and care about what I was hiring them to do she would have not made this mistake.I sent an email to Sonya stating everything I wrote here. Her response was aggravating. She said she was sorry but she was having a bad day the first time and the second time she was sooo busy. She also said we didn t charge you for the quarter panel, we did it for free . What??? I have the bill and I know what I paid. Nothing was done for free. I wrote that back to her.A gentleman called me to see what was going on. I explained to him and he said he was sorry and what s done is done.Ok fine. I guess I just wanted a genuine apology or explanation. Maybe a $20 gift card to Chick-fil-A or Starbucks as an apology gift. Im in management and I m in sales. We all make mistakes, you just need to show the customer that you care. I would have been satisfied with that. They had no problem taking my $2500.Sonya shouldn t be dealing with customers or I should have asked a man to do this transaction for me. I feel completely taken advantage of.I m just so tired of seeing that customer service is dead. Nobody takes responsibility for a job well done any more. Have a little pride in your business and care about PEOPLE. Even though the work looks good, I would never refer this place to anyone. So much for supporting the family business .I should have went to one of the other corporate places. They are the ones who suggested putting a little paint on the side panel to prevent rusting since I only wanted the back bumper done would have saved a ton of money.

My 2011 Chevy Tahoe got hit at a boat ramp in SC. I try to take great care of my truck and though it was old it looked virtually brand new. The guys and gals at Hardin Valley Body shop brought my truck back to that newness. They were informative throughout with calls and e-mails regarding the insurance and a start time. Once they got my truck this information continued along with a courteous staff that I haven t seen in a while. My old Tahoe looks like she might run another 10 years but this time win a beauty pageant!! Ha!Service: Painting

I had a door ding in my newer car that was driving me insane. Dropped my baby off and picked her up like new again. They also did a good once over detail job that was appreciated. I would recommend them if you want the job done right. Probably not the cheapest in town, but you get what you pay for when it comes to body work.

Have used H.V. Body Shop a few times since they were first recommended to me about 20 years ago, and have always been happy with the work. After my wife tangled with a brick wall, they just replaced and paint-matched the front bumper cover on my 2015 Acura and as always did a great job.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

They quoted me $999 and ended up charging me >$2,200 once they figured my insurance company would pay. I was told the job would take 4 days and they ended up taking > 15 days (mainly because they were doing extra work).They even charged me for a fender shroud, even though I told t hem not to because I had the old shroud.The workmanship was fine, but im not happy.Oh, they won't let u in the office and require u to call from the parking lot... covid19, i guess?

Fantastic service, was treated like family from the day I arrived... Would never use another body shop again! Very upfront hassle free process had my rental ready to go....Best part the repairs were fast and they even detailed my car... went the extra mile to fix my door handle as well as the handle to my trunk and it was not part of the repairs being sent in. Fantastic people! Would trust them with any job and I will definitely be back in the future. Don"t waste your time with anyone else!

My husband and I will forever do business with Hardin valley body shop for the rest of our lives. They re honest, professional, and will go to bat for you!! We took our 2019 Toyota Camry to Hardin valley body shop to have the bumper replaced. When my insurance company tried to cheap out Mark fought for us and insisted he use the original factory bumper. It was nice finding a body shop we knew we could trust.

We slid into a curb with our RAV4 and broke the rim and damaged the front driver's side suspension. The tire rammed the fender and bent it and pushed it into the door and bent it. Uggh... I found Hardin Valley Body Shop through online searches and the reviews were very good so I had the car towed there and left it with them. They did an awesome job on this car. You cannot tell anything ever happened and it drives just as well and possibly better than before. I think Mark tried hard to keep our costs down but the car is a 2008 and it was just hard to find some of the parts as used and/or refurbished. It seemed to take longer than I had expected but truthfully I did not get a time estimate from them so who can complain? And the quality is so good! Plus, they called frequently to give me an update or if I called they knew exactly what was going on. As I told them, I don't want to sound mean but I hope I never see them again. But if I do need bodywork on a car, I know where I will be taking it from now on.

I had a great experience using Hardin Valley Body Shop. After backing into a pole, I brought my car in for an estimate on Monday morning at 8:00 a.m., and I picked up my finished car that Friday just before 5:00 p.m. Their work is beautiful--you can't tell anything happened. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them without any reservations.

These folks care about the cars and their customers and take pride in their work! They make sure that every last detail of the damage is addressed and fixed. Then they go above and beyond by making the car looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor. I was amazed at how good my car looked when they were done. You can sure tell when a group of people enjoy what they do!

They don't return phone calls or emails. They've had my car for well over a year and will not give me information on when I can get it. Do not recommend them at all

These guys are great. They get the job done quickly and are honest with you. Travis told me he could make a dent on an angled portion of my truck "look better but he couldn't take it completely out." After he finished, the only way you could tell there was a dent was if you knew where it was. I could go on and on, but my family always takes our vehicles to Hardin Valley for any body work and will continue to do so.

I would "HIGHLY RECOMMEND" Hardin Valley Body Shop for any body work or service you need on your vehicle. I had to have a bumper on my Toyota 4 RUNNER replaced and painted ( which matches perfectly) and it looks FANTASTIC !!!! Mark, Sonja and the rest of the staff are very professional and are great to work with! Thank you for making my visit so pleasant!

They didn't complete the work on my car. They left off my air reflector under the bumper and they order the wrong fog lights and refuse to do the leg work to make it right. They want it me to pay out of pocket and order the lights myself. I feel that they talk a good game to get your business. I personally wouldn't recommend them to anyone

We've used Hardin Valley Body Shop for 25 years through many visits during the teenage years. Mark Ogle and his crew has always done impeccable work no matter how 'nice'the car was. They are pleasant and provide good customer service.

They do great work and really care about the people who entrust them with their vehicles. They've done far too much work for us. I think we've qualified for a volume discount. We wouldn't keep going back if they didn't treat us right and do great work.

The Hardin Valley Body Shop has been taking care of my family for decades, before I was even born. They have always done superior quality work and more than that they have always treated us like family. I couldn't possibly recommend anything more highly than the Hardin Valley Body Shop
