I was there on February for service and a nice young gentleman named Fidel took care of me. My vehicle had multiple recalls and Fidel kept me updated throughout the entire process. I am satisfied with his service and communication skills. Every time I go back I will ask for him, best service advisor I have had so far! Fidel you are great!

This was the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had. They were not pushy. My salesman JR let me take my time to test drive alone to truly feel not pressed to buy. JR worked with me on settling on an agreed price. The buying process was smooth and efficient. After finalizing with the purchase with the finance department I discovered JR himself doing some extra detailing on my car so that it was to his satisfaction. I would definitely buy from here again. JR was great.

I had an amazing car buying experience with Grayson Hyundai. Robert Blevins took great care of me throughout my experience, he is very knowledgeable and willing to work with ANY budget. I inquired about a car on their website, Robert called to notify me that it had sold but he still wanted to get me in to help find me the perfect car. I was deciding between two cars we test drove; he answered every question/concern I had and then some. He was very patient with my decision and never once did he make me feel rushed or pressured. He even went the extra mile and helped me fix the few tiny paint chips on the vehicle he sold me! Robert deserves 10 stars! Same to the wonderful gentleman in the finance department, Dave! Truly OVER THE TOP service and good people at Grayson. Keep up the great work!

Don t go to their service department if you value your time, because it will be wasted!Zero Stars: Three trips to the dealership for one service bulletin over the span of one month. The third and final trip was a 1pm appointment for a two hour job that had been on the books for two weeks.I arrived and was told to return in two hours. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, the service tech says I ve got three in the lobby ahead of you. It ll be ready at 0830 tomorrow (Saturday).The request was made for it to be repaired today, so I wouldn t have to come back tomorrow (Saturday). So, they said come back in one hour and it will be done.So my phone rings 30 minutes later, Mr Neal we don t have all of the parts we need to do the repair. How convenient, you schedule me two weeks in advance, jerk me around for three hours and then a parts shortage shuts the job down.Too convenient, I ll never be back!

Terrible experience with Grayson. Was working with their dealership on a first car (used) for my daughter. At first, they sent me cars that did not match what I was looking for. Finally, after getting a few options, we were told they had a fantastic Ford Escape on lot (local trade). Looked at the car, test drove it, was told it was inspected and everything was good working order. Was told no codes, no known issues, car was in great shape, etc. It was the "perfect first car" according to our sales rep. Bought the car and within the 3 days the check engine light came on and found out it has a bad turbo and now have to pay $2,000 to get it fixed. Terrible experience and will never use or recommend Grayson again.

We had an awesome buying experience at Grayson Hyundai. Crystal Curran, our sales person did a great job helping us decide what we wanted. We purchased a Palisade. She was very knowledgeable about every vehicle we drove. I highly recommend her. The rest of the team were awesome too.

I had a great experience with Jimbo and Grayson Hyundai. I both traded a car in and bought a used car from them, and I got a great deal on both. I didn't plan to buy my car that day (but LOVED the car on the test drive) and was in a hurry because of this. Jimbo was great at working with me on my timeline but also not making me feel rushed or pressured in any way. We will definitely be back when we're looking for our next car!

I had an amazing car buying experience with Grayson Hyundai. Mr. Terran Stuart took great care of my daughter and I throughout our experience, he truly knows how to work with a family and even helped to keep my 8 year old entertained during the boring paperwork part of the process. He was very patient with my indecision and never once did he make me feel rushed or pressured into a choice, nor did he push me toward things I couldn t afford even if I did look at them longingly . Terran deserves 10 stars! Same to the wonderful gentleman in the finance department, I think his name was Dave? Overall, good people over at Grayson. Keep up the good work!

He was a great communicator, kept his word, and made sure everything was done right the first time. I ll buy from Grayson again because of my great experience with Jesse!

The sales department was great and it was a seamless buying experience. The service department is absolutely horrible. I took my car in for a glitch in ac. They filled it up with freon which it didn t need and then charged me over $400. Then 2 days later the air was out again and it was what we told them in the first place. They quoted me $1800 to fix one piece of the compressor. Didn t offer to refund the $400. Then they ignored our calls asking about a timeline for quote. They finally called us 5 days later with the outrageous quote. Scam artist alert!

**Response to Grayson's reply - I was *not* offered a loaner. I asked for one but was told one was not available until May. The service manager has not called me yet to let me know when I can bring my car back in, that is when I was told I *may be able to get a car*. Responding to the review before resolving the issue is a bad look.**Called to get two recalls done on my 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe SEL, had been through the rigamarole with this car when we lived in Raleigh, with the shop rescheduling the windshield recall three times on us based on Safelite not being able to come to their appointment. That was fine, not the dealerships fault down there, but in this case, was reassured that they "handled glass in shop" and that "they would be able to do the recall same day.". So I drove 1.5hrs to this dealership.Upon arrival, staff was friendly enough, my service advisor was cool and on top of everything - and then after 45 minutes of waiting I get called back to the desk and lo and behold, it's to reschedule my windshield recall because "they don't have the part in place."I reiterated that I had driven an hour and a half to have this done, and in return he tried to up sell me on my "recommended 30k/3yr maintenance of the fuel system". $209. And a new coolant cap, $6, cool.Service manager's solution - he's going to do his darndest to work with the glass shop and the rest of the service department, and try to "work with me" on the cost of the fuel system maintenance, and will call me when they're ready so I can come back down, supposedly I'm getting a car to drive around Knoxville, too, but that part seems.. unlikely. This review will stand until he makes good on those promises, I'll re-evaluate from there.

Absolutely the most please car buying experience I have ever had. I have owned BMW, Lexus, Ford and Dodge vehicle. The Manager Rick and his staff were amazing, the price was fair and the delivery of the vehicle was quick and thorough.

I'm not sure there is a worse place to buy a vehicle in all of Knoxville. Their customer service after purchase is, I'd like to say abysmal, but non-existent would be more accurate. Do not count on them to honor anything they tell you when you purchase a vehicle there. They'll leave you hanging.Update: it took them less than 10 minutes to respond to a negative review, yet I've been waiting on a return call from the service department for a month.Second update: I've received more information through this review thread then on my dozen or so past attempts to get any information from the service department. Still no phone call or direct contact though. Even though you have all my contact info.Third update: finally received a call from a manager out there. He proceeded to gaslight me until I became mad, and then informed me that they refused to work with me because I was upset and had left bad reviews. This is an outfit of professional liars. Do business with them at your own risk.

This was my second time coming to Grayson Hyundai. Robert Blevins and his amazing team provided excellent and insightful service that made trading my car in simple and quick! Hyundai has amazing extended warranty options and they even help you set up and learn about all the nifty features on your car before you drive it off of the lot! Amazing experience! I will never go to another dealership.

I recently stopped into Grayson Hyundai to have my little Kona serviced, while waiting I decided to walk the lot to see what was new, as I had been contemplating purchasing a hybrid over the recent 6 months or so. I was greeted By Rick, the sales manager, as he was passing through the lot, and he had asked Bobby Webb to help me with some questions I had about a vehicle. Bobby was very considerate, honest, and helpful. He was able to answer my questions honestly, and it resulted in me trading in my cute little blue Kona for a spanking new 2024 Tucson NLine Hybrid. I am in love with my new car! Thank you, Rick and Bobby, for your patience with me, it was a big decision to go from no car payment to taking on another bill!!

Salesman intentionally lied about preexisting condition of the vehicle. Cost us $10,000 to repair. Sold it two weeks later. Waited for three months to get refund for the useless car warranty. You know it s bad when your mechanic says abandon ship . We spoke with the Mr. Grayson AND Financing managers looking for updates on our refund. Only after 3 voicemails and talking with 2 other people to only to find out that they didn t take action. Mr. Grayson simply does not care. He couldn t have been more uninterested in resolving this problem. SHAME ON YOU ALL! As a neighborhood resident, we have shared our story with many. THIS is why car dealers are untrustworthy while continuing to grow richer.

I had been to five car lots in the same day, all with no luck, astonishingly overpriced cars and rude salesmen who looked at me as if I couldn t afford the cars I asked about before even finding out how I was paying. I was referred to Grayson by a family member and whenever I arrived to look for a car I already had this Hyundai on my mind from seeing it on their website. Keith, my salesman, was absolutely amazing. Incredibly nice guy and not even once did I feel pressured or persuaded to make a choice I wasn t comfortable with. He answered all my questions and before I was even asked how I would be paying, they treated me with respect as if I could take home any car on the lot. I paid cash for this car, no financing, and they worked with me on the price to my satisfaction. There was a small hole in the carpet foam in the driver side floor, and they even gave me two brand new weather tek floor inserts for both the passenger and driver side floorboard. I always hated going to car lots because of how salesmen and dealers sometimes treat you as if you re lower than them, but these guys treated me right and I respect that. I would come back to this place in the future, definitely. Thanks guys!

I had to have my engine replaced in my tuscon, my car sat at the dealership for five months almost. When Fidel found out, he pulled it immediately and got to work, and kept in great communication with me through the entire process. After i picked my car up, we had a strong gas smell from the engine, it was a bad o ring, Fidel got my car in quickly and took care of the problem and another issue within a few hours. He was extremely polite and personable. I will definitely be going to him for future issues, im glad he s here!

The service department can't be trusted. Marc told me that my spark plugs were the issue but they weren't. When I picked up my car and paid my $500 or so the problem started up again, not even a block from the dealership. Took it right back. Still told me spark plugs, tech didn't do something right. Drove it off, problem started again right after I left the dealership. I drove it right back this time they realize it's something else. Ignition coil is bad. Now I have to pay for that. I have no issue paying for the coil that was the original problem. But I could not get a refund on the spark plugs that I didn't need.

Roger is and was a knowledgeable well experienced sales person offering no high-pressure sales on my car purchase. Very personable. He bent over backward with the car purchase process, and with customer service offering to help get my car home since I was the only one driver at the time.

First time visiting Grayson to do a recall on my 2022 Ioniq 5. The service area is a busy place! Fidel took care of me and got my car in and out in a timely manner. I had time to walk over to a restaurant on Peter s Rd for a sandwich and back (no sidewalk on Kingston Pike but plenty of room for a pedestrian) and the car was ready soon after I got back. Thank y all.
