We wanted to say thank you to Greyson Auto Group. Specifically, Jesse, Zeke, and Jason. You were all professional, kind and courteous. We will be recommending your dealership to anyone who asks us for a recommendation for purchasing a new/or used vehicle.Car buying can be stressful especially with money being a bit tight for most consumers these days. Your team never pushed, they answered our questions, and listened to our concerns. It s clear Greyson has spent thoughtful time investing in those that will represent them on the floor and in the lot. Please, keep it going.Respectfully,Jeffrey & Mary

Last month, Robert Blevins at Grayson Hyundai Subaru helped my business partner and I get a new work truck. Our old truck was totaled out in an accident because of the unprecedented snow storm that hit Knoxville in January, and we really needed a new (used) reliable vehicle, and fast. Robert and Grayson really went above and beyond to help us get the right truck and financing for us. I can t recommend them enough, and we will be getting all future vehicles there, both for our company, and for our personal use. 10/10 would recommend.

Photos of them returning my car trashed with scratches from auto body. They damaged my 2021 car's interior extensively with what looked like white paint & even left food trash. Never did anything to make it right. Had to leave in it dirty without it being ready for pickup after they claimed it was. Coming back for a simple detail costed me 1/2 tank of gas & 5-6 hours of my time that I would've otherwise been at work making $. Offered me nothing extra except the cleaning & acted unkind about it. You'd think they'd have gas cards or prepaid gift cards laying around to give to people with free oil change service coupons or things of that nature to make up for it when service does things like trash people's brand new car interiors.

If you are looking for a car and are planning on coming here ask for Mike Anderson! He has amazing people skills and is good at what he does, he also will not bs you around like you think of when you hear car salesmen! Great customer service and genuinely wants to get you in the type of car you are looking for!! The only car salesman I would ever recommend!

I had made an appointment for service on my vehicle. The service manager informed me of a recall in addition to the items that I brought my vehicle in for. He said it would take about 2 to 3 hours. I was pleasantly surprised when he came to the lounge after 45 minutes and said my vehicle was finished. Since I was waiting, he had given my vehicle extra attention to complete the required service as quickly as possible. I was very grateful. All of the staff were friendly and efficient. Thank you!

I recently bought a 2011 chevy equinox, and I went to get a oil change to keep up maintenance on it I found out that the underneath my car had so much rust and corrosion on it the fuel line is really bad and now I'm afraid to drive it. I thought if I got a car from a reputable dealership I would b ok. Guess not. I know it's a used vehicle and I got it as is but this is un exceptable. Not only am I paying double the worth of the car but I'm afraid to drive it because of the fuel line. I feel like cars this bad does not need to b sold period. It's not safe. I'm hoping they will do me right but I'm doubting it. I didn't even get any copys of the paperwork I signed.

Do not trust these dealers. I came in and they worked a whole deal out with me for a vehicle. When I came in to complete my deal, the car we had discussed was sold.Poor business practices. Dishonest employees. Do better.

Little one year update here. They only do financing through in house partners . Quite shiesty. Already have financing through your own bank? They won t sell you the vehicle until you are strong armed into financing a vehicle through one of their lenders. Just do yourself a favor and keep driving.

Went in this weekend for the sole purpose of finding a car that would fit my needs and get me out of a super high car payment, and Tyler Clark was absolutely the guy to find the car for me! Out of a ridiculously huge selection of cars, he found the perfect car for me and made some magic happen! I am a firm believer in the power of manifestation, but there is a lot to say about a good salesman who knows his inventory! Thank you so much, Tyler!

Usually have good service but yesterday I had new tires installed and they left off the valve stem caps and the inside door handle had a worker's dirty hand print all over it

Never buy from this place! Last Saturday, me and my mother went to test drive a Ford Flex at Hyundai Dealership in Kingston Pike, Knoxville Tennessee and decided that the car was very nice and spacious. My mother decided to do the paperwork for Robert and Jeff and made a decision to go pick it up Friday March 3rd. We live in Virginia, so it takes about 3 hours to get to the dealership, On our way up there, we were about 45 minutes away, my mom got a call from the dealership saying that they had sold the car. So basically, my mom bought the check for the vehicle that we were excited to get drove all the way up there, just to find out that they sold the car out from under us. NEVER GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO BUY A VEHICLE. Don t even bother sending me a reply because i don t care and will make sure everyone knows about this. Get better

They were wonderful. Very patiently explaining all the new safety features on the Genesis SUV. They are too numerous to name. The heads up display is a must for me these days. You don't have to take your eyes off the road to check the speed. The side cameras come on each time the turn signal is on to give a surprising view of traffic where you want to turn. Love Grayson and love Genesis. Also, they have bi-lingual sales people.

First I would like to know that Adam Martinez took care of me and he was an awesome sweet man. My Subaru needed to be serviced. He explained everything to me although there's nothing we can do about the expensive cost however at least speaking to someone that lets you know exactly what is wrong makes paying for it a little easier

I came to their collision dept. Fresh from driving into a steel post security fence about knee high and causing a deep cut into my passenger door, of course I didn't know the fence was there. Tom Oliver came out and just had a cool calming voice that calmed me down. I was able to get what I needed and an estimate emailed to me which made everything fall into place. Thank you Tom, for a great job!!!!

Purchased a 2013 Chevy Malibu this past Thursday. First thing that I didn't like was that our sales person Robert Blevins made several calls to his daughter complaining about how long itas taking to get things wrapped up as he was suppose to meet her for dinner. 2nd was that he repeated more than once that they would not fix anything regarding the car we purchased. I have yet got to drive the car. We brought it home Thursday. Friday the car alarm kept going off. Went out to go to pharmacy. The fob doesn't work. So we thought the battery died in the fob. Replaced it still didn't work. Found out the car battery is dead after key refuses to come out of ignition .when we looked at the car we noticed moisture in the tail lights and water in the trunk. Robert tells us it was because the floor mats were put in the trunk wet !! What a crock. We had some serious raining and guess what? More water in the tail lights and trunk. This is Sunday and we are still trying to figure out what is draining the battery and I as of yet been able to drive this car. This was the 2nd car purchase from Graysonand will be the last

Was looking for a lower end daily driver. Test drove a car that was NOT street safe. They weren't able to tell me why the check engine light was on. The car had a death rattle and wouldn't go above 20mph; they wanted almost 6k for it.When asked if they inspect their used cars for issues, they said they "don't put any money into them"; that's not the question I asked. They don't really care what they're selling. The salesmen were polite but Christ they're gonna kill someone.

Waited since August 2021 for a new windshield after a rock severely cracked it. After several calls to the parts department, our always helpful sales representative Izabela advised us to contact Subaru Consumer Affairs. They were very responsive but failed to tell us that installation would take all day on January 11, 2022. Brandon in service was a joy to work with and quickly supplied us with a loaner for the day. He truly was the light at the end of our tunnel!

I had a warranty engine replacement that took months to even get approved. Second there was NO COOLANT OR GAS IN IT. So I go to fill it up and I start it after fueling and it doesn t start. I have to floor it while starting to get it to move. Yet they said they test drove it ?? Not only did this so called dealership lie to me but also are making me pay for it to get towed to their lot for repairs. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever delt with. Even the service manager quit July 14th. That outta tell you how terrible my experience has been.

I want to give it two stars but gave three stars because the service department is always super friendly. I only go in if I need a specific issue looked at. Prices are way high for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Earl Duff is worth the drive if you are actually car shopping.

Very disappointed in the service I received. I brought my car which I purchased here in 2005 to have them do a full check on what needed to be fixed. Got a written estimate and told them to fix it. Got my car back and with in a couple of weeks my car broke down. I have my car towed back to them. I then get a list of things that need to be fixed that wasn't on the original estimate. On top of that they had no loaner cars so I had to pay and extra $300 while playing phone tag with them. All of this and I got no apologies from the manager just told me I had a leak where I didn't have one. Very frustrated with them and feel they didn't do their job appropriately. Letting me drive off with what at first was told to me a leak in the break line to then find out no a leak in my steering. Neither one is good to let someone leave and not acknowledge. I had my car towed to another shop who did an excellent job.

Not very good about calling you back.I live over 100 miles away.AC went out on my 2019 Subaru, they diagnosed it Saturday morning and said they did not have the part. They said the part would be in on Monday. No one called me Monday or ever. I called Monday afternoon and left 2 messages with the service advisor and an email. Still no reply. I called again Tuesday and was told that he was not there. I asked if my part had come in and they said it would be in probably Thursday or Friday. No call back Thursday, Friday, Saturday. I called Saturday and the parts department said the part came in Thursday and someone should have called me.Made an appointment and got the car in and repaired. 2 weeks, no AC, Not under warranty and over $800. Not Loving My Subaru at this time. I will find a local mechanic next time, or trade in for a Chevy, Ford, or Dodge which has dealers nearby.

It's a car dealership, they maximize their profit in true capitalist fashion as expected.Cash has no value anymore since banks don't need savings to lend, and the thing you trade your life for is devalued before you get home with it. Debt is money, in end stage capitalism. We need a new mythos.

I only rate this a 3 because I usually have bad experiences when I come to get my subaru serviced but this time I had a different person, Brandon I think, that helped me. He was super easy to vent to and he took care of everything without doubting my claims. If I rated my experience with him I'd give it a 5 but my rating is an average of all experiences with their service department. Brandon made me leave happy even though I dumped $800+ into one service and still have to go back to get more. Grayson, if you want people to spend money learn from this guy! He made me excited to dump money into your buisness.

I used to be afraid of car dealers but Grayson changed my mind by treating me right, giving me a fair price and great customer service. We interacted with 3 sales people and all were pleasant. Business manager was a great guy too. Service department has been great to schedule with and really know how to move things along.
