I thought that I had an issue with my ceramic coating on a small part of my car. I called and got in the next day and they did a ceramic recoat after a great wash. There is one thing to call this and it's great customer service!!I would recommend GNJ to help protect your investment and make it look cool at the same time!

Called GNJ and Jackie got me in that afternoon. Very professional and convenient.Easy to find off Parkside Dr. Just turn in between Rural Metro fire department and Harper Porsche.I had driver and passenger windows and windshield tinted same day.Services: Sun control window tinting, Window tinting

Jim & Jackie were courteous and professional. Kyle and the rest of the staff do impeccable work. The initial price is an ESTIMATE, not necessarily a quote. In addition to the gold package ceramic wrap, IR window tint, and perfectly mounted decals, they covered some chips and dings on my truck for a small amount more. TOTALLY worth it. Don't forget to tip, if you can!

On july 1st i came in to drop my brand new 2024 bmw m4 off for them to ceramic coat and PPF my car. they did a horrible job on my coating and didn t do the whole car. the ppf wasnt on the car correctly and they scratched the whole car up while doing it. only half my hood was coated also. i had to get it professionally fixed and repaint my front bumper it costed 2k. never go to gnj auto this is a NIGHTMARE. also when i went in to ask them to fix it or give me a refund they didn t want to.

Went to have a windshield tinted, upon install they cracked the windshield causing me to replace it. East told and emailed that they would glady reimburse me for the windshield cost. Well now they are ghosting me about payment for what they costed me for their damage.Guess we will be going to court and the cost of just the windshield will be muxh more now for my time off work to take them to court and more. Be careful with this group everyone

I am just trying to figure out what I personally did to this place to receive such bad customer service. In 2021 I wanted chrome delete done on my vehicle. I inquired about a quote for everything that I wanted deleted. The guy quotes me, I bring the car to the shop in the am. 10 or so hours go by and I hear from no one about when my car is going to be finished. I come to the shop and it looks like they just started dang near. so I wait around in the shop for it to get finished. I actually leave with 2 things that were not done that I wanted done. When it was time to pay, I get told a different price. I told the owner that I was told a certain price and that's why I came to them. luckily he honored it but some of the work still doesn't done that I wanted. Fast forward to 2023, the vinyl is peeling on the front end of the car. I send a nice email just asking if someone could take a look at it because I was told wrap should last 3+ years. They tell me to come by so they can look at it. I bring the car by, someone comes out and takes pics. says he's going to talk to whoever about it and get back to me. I heard nothing for a week. I send another email. still nothing and it's been 3+ weeks now. I didn't ask for anything free as far as fixing the work that is now peeling so I am not sure why I was ghosted... it makes no sense.

OMG these folks are the best. They did tint on 2 vehicles in a matter of a few days. They communicated everything and let us know exactly what to expect. They are now working on some vinyl stuff for my Jeep Wrangler. If you can dream it up, they can help your vision become reality. Pricing is affordable and you will know up front exactly what you will be charged. I will never even look for another business to help me and my family. They offer quality products and services and their customer service is OUTSTANDING!!!!

Great communication and great work! So many of these types of shops never even answer the phone or call you back. These guys were on the ball all the way through. Jim and his staff were very easy to schedule with and communicate with.

GNJ Auto Graphics did a Phenomenal job on my window tinting...They are very Trustworthy and i recommend them for any window tinting, ceramic jobs, any body wraps including business logos too..... They are Knowledgeable and very Professional...So ask for Jackie and tell her Georgia sent you...

Requested a quote for a job. Called them twice in a week. Never got any sort of response.(Edit)Reply to Owner: Why would I remove this review? It demonstrates to potential customers that your company doesn't appreciate their business, unless it's something you can use as either promotional material or is a high value project. How you treat and interact with potential customers is still a part of customer service.

I checked on Chapman highway at 4:41 and I got a price from them and I called g&j and theirs was considerably less so I went and drove to Parkside drive from South Knoxville and I was in and out within an hour very satisfied thank you guys I appreciate you great job!

I had a chrome delete done on my 2017 outback and couldn't be happier. the cost was reasonable and the process was completed on time. the guys in the shop were very courteous and professional. would recommend this shop if anyone is thinking about this service

I want to go out on a limb and say I ve had over 6 cars in my life time I ve brought all of them to different people til now after I found out about GNJ they took their time with my window tint front two windows and my headlights fog lights and taillights I have NEVER had windows tinted and them not have bubbles and everything else they took every ounce of time and perfected the tint on my windows and my lights it turned out absolutely perfect I looked up and down last night trying to find places with bubbles or scratches in film and there was zero I m astonished the quality and work at this place is out of this world and I will never take a vehicle anywhere else for anything what so ever when it comes to tinting work or detailingServices: Sun control window tinting, Decorative window tinting

I ve called twice on a quote for Chrome delete and also sent a text with pictures per the rep of my car to get a quote. I was told I d get a call back same day no later than next day. It s been a couple weeks and no response.

The request was to:- ceramic coat exterior including wheels-remove vinyl hood graphics and replace with custom design- apply matte black vinyl to b pillarsPros:- working with owner was a good experience-window tint job was goodCons:- cashier began requesting a tip for herself and workers almost as soon as I arrived to pick up my vehicle- - she mentioned it three times before I had an opportunity to see the work- the entire front of my truck had been overlooked after having it for a week- - this means the cost that was immediately applied was only the fast-drying top coat and did not include the under coats- there are two 1-2 long cuts in the paint of my hood apparently made when removing the original decal- the windows were covered in a film as though something was applied but never bugged out- they took it upon themselves to apply a sticker to my tailgate- - after removing the sticker, I m left with a very conspicuous 6 spot missing ceramic- notified the owner, no response- the matte vinyl was not applied to the b pillars

The high prices wouldn't be a problem if their work wasn't subpar. Terrible customer service and very rude management. Took my sons vehicle to them to have his wheels painted only to have them remount the wheels after repainting and neglect to tighten the lug nuts on ALL FOUR WHEELS. By the time he realized it the front wheel on the drivers side had almost completely come off of the vehicle. If I could leave a zero star rating I would. If you want actual QUALITY work and expect a modicum of professionalism where you spend your hard earned money take your vehicle to Knox Auto Detail. They are walking distance from GNJ.

They do such quality work! I took my car in for a chrome delete, window tint, black rims and ceramic interior. Jackie was amazing and got me in quickly! The guys who worked on my car were great!
