Highly recommend using Glass Doctor for any of your glass needs. They worked with us on a bathroom project recently. Very quick turnaround time for ordering, delivery & install. We received 2 quotes for our project. Glass Doctor was 7-10 business days for install, the other company was 6+ weeks. Dwight and his team were very professional & communicative. Next time we are in need for glass, we will be reaching out to Glass Doctor.

Alex and Mo arrived and got to work. I have double-pane windows, which were custom ordered. They protected the area below where they worked. They replaced 2 windows, then had to go back to the shop for the third window. They returned promptly and replaced the 3rd window. All done efficiently with good teamwork. Very satisfied with the results. They were personable and respectful.

Definitely appreciated being able to drop my car off at 2 to get the windshield replaced but wasn t super happy with the state of my car when I got it home. Glass and dirt were all over the inside unfortunately.

My experience using Glass Doctor to replace a large window over my front door was very positive! Each employee that I spoke with was very nice, and I am very pleased with the final product! I will definitely use them again and highly recommend!

We needed a mirror put on the back of a fancy bar, and had a big mirror we wanted cut- down to fit. We called a couple places and they said they could not help. Called Glass Doctor who said they could certainly do that at our convenience. They were friendly, professional, and excellent at their job. Did the job in 4 hours and the charge was very reasonable. We highly recommend them, and will use them again in the future!

Called for replacement sliding glass door window. Got estimate. Called to schedule & someone answered phone to tell me someone would call Saturday to give me a time to expect them Monday. No one has bothered to call. Its Monday evening. It's not that I gave a wrong # either, because I had her read the number before I hung up. Going to find a company that WANTS my business.

Great service and reasonable prices. I had both Jackson and Alex by to replace a busted window. There was initially a flaw in one of the windows and Jackson had the office put me back on the schedule. Alex came by a couple days later and was on time, polite, and worked quickly.

wonderful job! the cabinet looks great with the glass and I was amazed at how much brighter the kitchen and dining room looks with the glass on the tables. Employees were quick, professional and very conscientious about the jobs they did.

Dwight , runs a very professional business. He is honest and helpful to all his customers. Replaced our windshield in my Toyota Highlander and calibrated . All works perfect . Would recommend the Glass Doctor.

I made an appointment on Monday afternoon dropped it off at 8 AM Tuesday morning car was fixed and ready to go by 10 AM Would Highly recommend. Price was on point 50 to 60 dollars cheaper than other glass replacement shops. will definitely use them again.

Fast. Efficient. Clean. Great waiting room. Have used them several times before. Called one day, appointment the next and I had to take it in person, so cameras could be recalibrated. They could even file the claim for my comprehensive coverage. And I hear they're expanding in the area, so look for them in your neighborhood soon!

Just want to say that the folks at Glass Doctor are wonderful! I had a mid-century hutch that needed the sliding glass doors replaced. I was very concerned about keeping with the authentic look of the original glass. I had been checking with different glass companies for at least a year and no one would even return my call. Luckily I called Glass Doctor. They folks did a fabulous job (at a great price) making my vintage piece new again. 10 stars!

Amazing job!!! While mowing the grass a few weeks ago, a hidden stone within the grass flew out at the speed of light, and hit my girlfriend's passenger side window on her Acura TL. Lucky the tent held in the spiderweb of broken glass. This was the day after her B-day and I got scared. I immediately started calling around looking for a quick fix :) The first place had no openings for 2 weeks. I called the Acura dealership and they wanted 600 for the glass and 300 for labor. I contacted the Glass Doctor, and they had an opening the next day, and was only $280 to replace the glass, and they came out to my house and replaced it!!! Amazing!!! All done without my girlfriend finding out, lol, what a Life saver!!! Thank you Glass Doctor for saving my relationship and my life!!!! :) You are the BEST!!! Your tech guy was super professional and had this completed in under an hour. I gave him a $30 tip and he said he would take his wife out for dinner and a movie :) Also your receptionist was very nice and helpful :) Thank you so much and I will use your services for all my Future Accidental Glass Challenges !!!

They replaced the glass piece on my coffee table and it looks awesome! Quick and easy and very friendly with great customer service. Will definitely be using them more with some of our glass pieces very soon.

We were looking to do a shower update, with all the shower companies around wanting 12-18000 for just a shower update we decided to go with just a new shower door instead. Glass DR helped with this matter for around 1100 was a lot cheaper and looks great.

I was traveling across country and my windshield broke. I called ahead to find a glass repair shop and contacted Glass Doctor, the owner of the shop made arrangements to replace my windshield the next morning so I could continue my journey. The staff at glass doctor in Knoxville was very professional and efficient. The windshield was replaced in 45 minutes and the technicians for very accommodating I highly recommend this glass doctor location.

Friendly and prompt service. I needed a same day appointment because I was only passing through on a long distance move and the front desk ladies graciously obliged.The mobile mechanic came earlier than expected, so that was good. He was finished within 45 minutes and we had a pleasant interactionPrices were ridiculously high, though. $506.66 with their "discount" for a rear window on a Honda Fit. Maybe because they knew I was in a pinch? Thankfully, my insurance took care of the entire bill.

We had a cracked oval window and a shattered casement window, Pella brand, and Pella's price to repair was very expensive. The Glass Doctors came out, quoted a price perhaps 25% of Pella's, and got the repairs done as soon as the glass arrived to install. Tidy, fast service, nice folks.

Called this morning and glass replaced on my car by noon. Highly recommended by me. Tech was professional and courteous. No proof he was ever here. Completely cleaned up all the shards and took the cracked glass away

Glass Doctor provided fast, professional windshield replacement for my vehicle. They contacted me within 30 min after I contacted my insurance company and came to my location to replace the windshield in about an hour after contacting me. The installer was excellent and the windhield is of good quality.

Quick service. Needed a window that is no longer available for a 1994 truck. They suggested a substitute, ordered overnight, put it in the next day, and off we went. Outstanding service and such pleasant people to deal with.

Josh came out and measured our window pane that needed to be replaced. He explained everything to us. The window came in quicker than we expected and Josh installed the window cleaning up as he did it. He even took the broken window off to be discarded. He was very professional, friendly & thoughtful. I will keep their number and use again. He also explained that they had many services & can do the shower doors, mirrors, etc.

Consumer Beware if you are ordering a sliding glass door with built in doggie door. The avg cost of the door from the company (Utah Pet Access) Glass Doctor uses is 1500 - 1700 but Glass Doctors will add an additional 800 -1000 for profit to that cost. I do expect an additional charge for profit but this is a little much in my opinion. I tried to discuss this with the owner Dwight Jones my intent to cancel the order and he became very agitated, raising his voice, etc. He offered a discount of $250 and said he would not cancel the order, he would not refund the 1/2 payment I had been asked to pay. Then he said he could cancel my order but he would keep my pmt and the door and resale the door so he would be making 2x profit on one door. Very argumentative and an additional phone call the next day to try and work out a resolution, as soon as I started speaking he interrupted me yelling, talking over me, I asked to speak but ge went on and on and finally do what you have to and hung up on me. Wow! great customer service!not sure if it was because i am a female and know how businesses operate or what but wow just wow!

I requested an estimate the night before, and I received a call with a fair price. They were able to work me in the very next day. Glass Doctor was definitely professional and efficient with their work on my vehicle. I would gladly recommend anyone to Glass Doctor.

Been twice to fix two (2) rock chips in my front windshield. Super fast service at a great price and awesome and friendly staff. Hopefully I won t have anymore window damage but if I do I ll be back to Glass Doctor.
