Great service! My technician Brett was very kind and patient as I work late hours and he had to wait for me to wake up to meet him. Did not take very long and windshield looks great now!

Had a busted windshield called got a quote scheduled a time to get it replaced.Drop the car off was done in 3 or 4 hours and the price was the actual price.That quoted me if I made another window replaced.This is where I will go

I definitely would recommend using this company if you have a broken window. Recommended by my insurance. Stopped by to see if my windshield was repairable, damage was too bad. Schedule a replacement for the next day. The next day Christopher H called at time they said he would and soon after was at my house installing the replacement. Did a great job, can't tell any difference than the original. Extremely rude, not very helpful. I wouldn't use this place for anything was in tan 4 a funeral.. The person that answered the phone was extremely rude.Hung the phone up on me.I would need this place that was the last place in town....

Very pleased with our experience. The technician was quick to order windshield and set appointment up for the day that we contacted them. Came to my place of work and installed windshield in less than 30 minutes. Very happy. Highly recommend!

Windshield on our SUV cracked from 1 side to the other during a wicked weather snowstorm we had. I called our insurance agent to see if they would cover the replacement; said he would take care of it & not to worry. The glass company called me within minutes to get my information and schedule time to come TO us to replace it. He said his technician would call me within a couple of hours to discuss the appointment. He gave me a 2 hour window of time to expect him. He called the morning of the appointment and said he was on his way & would be here between 9 & 10. He pulled in my driveway at 10 minutes to 9, replaced windshield and was on his way again in less than an hour. ABSOLUTELY SUPER service from everybody in this company that we dealt with. If we ever need auto glass repairs or replacements again, we will not hesitate to call them.

Great company. I needed the rear hatch glass and rear passenger glass replaced. From scheduling to them coming out everything was great. The first day they came out they brought the wrong glass for the rear passenger but they came back the very next day to take care of it for me. A lot cheaper than the other companies. Will definitely be using them in the future if I ever need glass repair. Thank you.

My daughters suv developed a crack across the windshield while driving my wife to work. I was using her car that morning because of the frigid temps and possibly ice. From the moment I spoke with the friendly customer service to a really affordable quote and quick next day service. I was amazed that the technician was friendly, informative and professional. Top notch service and will use them moving forward with my other cars! Highly recommend this service! Thanks

DO NOT USE! I paid $400 to have them install a windshield I PROVIDED THEM, and it leaked the very next day. Called and scheduled 4 different times to have them come back out to fix their mistake and the office personal was very rude. Not to mention they never showed up. I had to call another PROFESSIONAL company come out and fix my windshield. Very disgusted!!!!

My daughter's windshield needed to be replaced and they worked us in the very next day! They made the whole process easy. The technician that came to my office to replace the windshield was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend them !

I recently had my windshield replaced and things didn't go smoothly...the gasket that arrived was the wrong color so it had to be sent back. When the correct gasket arrived Auto Glass Service replaced my windshield and and everything looked great but it wasn't... while driving down the interstate a piece of body trim around my windshield flew off. Apparently the clips that hold the trim in place had weakened when the windshield was replaced and just gave away at interstate speed. So why do these guys get five stars? Because they stood behind their work at every step of the way. They were eager to replace the part and they didn't put in the slightly wrong colored gasket because it didn't look exactly right. If you want to use a company that is there for you when things don't go smoothly Troy and the team at Auto Glass Service are right for you

I Love Auto Glass Service for all my repairs. The office staff and repair staff have ALWAYS given me the BEST friendly, courteous and timely service. They come to my work location and fix my windshield issues. I love it that I do not have to take time off work and drive somewhere to have my windshield repaired. Great Experience with replacement of my windshield, everyone was super friendly and informative. Replacement was done quickly and so far seems perfect, the job was finished exactly when they told me it would be. I would definitely recommend them!

Great job with appointment and scheduling and excellent work by there tech will definitely recommend these folks to other people. On a plus note it was supposed to rain and the window tech was more than willing to relocate from one area to the other so he could replace my windshield without getting soaked or having to cancel kudos to him for this

I called Sat, set an appt for Mon, but it rained, so we rescheduled for Tues. Tech contacted about 30 mins beforehand, showed up on-time, and had the windshield done in less than an hour. Couldn't be easier and it was $100+ less than Safelite.

Had my windshield replaced by them through my insurance. It's been distorted ever since Had one of their guys come out to check it. He told me it was just the reflection off the dashboard ??!! Can't stand to drive my car. Called safelite to come redo it . Their coming next week hopefully this will take care of it.

They came out on Monday morning and replaced front windshield. After they left my rearview mirror fell off hanging by wires. I call the same day. They promised someone would be out to fix problem, no one came. Called the next day ( Tuesday), talked to Brandon who told me I could bring it in. He told me they only cover my area on Mon, Wed and Fri. He told me I had to wait til Fri even tho I called on Mon trying to get someone to fix it. Called back on Wed spoke with Melissa in customer service, who spoke with her supervisor. Still no help. Everyone I spoke with told me they would get it resolved and told me they would call me back. None of which returned the calls or fixed the issue until Fri. Guaranteed right the first time, I think NOT. Service in 24 hrs, NOPE didn't happen. Would NOT recommend this company unless you want run around and void help.Pat S.Loudon Tn

I've know the owner, John, for many years. He is honest, trustworthy and knows this business very well. He does everything promised and does it on time for a very fair price. I highly recommend doing business with Aardvark Auto Glass.

I called and spoke to Ray about getting my windshield replaced. There were leaks coming into the truck, and I assumed it was the windshield. Instead of just grabbing a sale, they explained to me that the leak may not be from the windshield at all. It's very rare to get an honest reply like that. I do have another vehicle that is needed windshield, and I will definitely be using Auto Glass Service.
