Stay away!!! Several times while talking to him about getting a x5 for my lady I had to ask how long have you been in business because how unprofessional and unsure he was. Ended up buying the car with a duebill to replace front tires and he agreed. So a few days went by and we called to see when we could expect the tires to be installed due to the quality of them being unsafe. He stated he will not order or replace the tires before he gets the title back to the other vehicle and was upset we asked and demanded we return the car. He has the money for the vehicle and the payoff on the other car from TVA yet will not replace the tires until he gets the title.

I bought this car from German automotive dealership for a good price , i thought its a very great deal , the dealership gave me 3 days warranty to drive the car and test it, if anything wrong with it he will fix it for free.the car was fine for 5 days, Then , the problems started to show up, the engine start to overheating , so I changed the thermostat and the dealership was nice and paid for the fix, after a week the check engine light came on, there is air leak somewhere in the engine, I take it to 3 different garages with no fix , i wish if I didn t get the car, it s just problems, maybe it s not the dealership fault, he was nice to me , but this is what happened

Absolutely Great Service!He came and opened the dealership just for me on a Sunday to test drive a beautiful bmw on his lot.He helped so much and we bought the car same day.Thank you againBest customer service

Though they usually only have European cars, I found a Hyundai Elantra GT that they had acquired in trade. I messaged on a Sunday and he responded immediately and sent me a carfax . We saw the car the next day& test drove it. The price was excellent and there was no pressure at all to buy. We went to our bank, lined up financing and took the car home the same day. The process was quick easy and no pressure or haggling. Definitely would purchase here again.

!!!! READ THIS !!!!If you're looking for a car dealership that's not just trying to steal your money and make a sale, then look no further. German Auto Sales is owned by the most honest, hard working, and truly caring individual. He not only has worked on our vehicle that we purchased and done excellent work at an honest price, but he also has helped us in buying another vehicle and doing a great trade in. I trust entirely that whatever vehicle We purchase from his lot he is going to help take care of and do great maintenance on it. He also has helped us out numerous of times with other vehicles we didn't purchase from the lot. This is a family owned company that is personable and reliable. They are very particular with what cars they purchase for the lot and always have clean Carfax and is priced at a Carfax great value. We will continue to purchase and support this great dealership!

Outstanding Knoxville, TN used car dealer! Friendly, easy to deal with and no sales pressure. The dealership is in a great location, clean and well kept. I drove 7 hrs to buy 2017 BMW and car was as described and in perfect condition. It was worth the drive!!!

Beware buying a vehicle from this lot! I bought an Audi for my teenage daughter and asked the owner if the vehicle had common problems and he told me he was a master technician and could fix anything that could go wrong. Also said he would replace the sunroof screen that was missing. Which he still hasn t replaced 3 months later. Well the low oil pressure light came on and I took it back to him. He told me he didn t know what was wrong with it but he would google common problems. Days later he sends my wife a nasty text saying he didn t have time to waste on our vehicle. We had to have it towed to the AUDI dealership. Within an hour they told us it was the oil pump. Easy thing to figure out if you re a MASTER TECHNICIAN. L His vehicles are junk, and he will tell you he can fix any problems, but when it comes down to it, we were told it s not his problem. Not only did he not know how to even diagnose the problem, he flat out refused to work on it. Buy at your own risk. But don t let him convince you he is a master technician. This is the second vehicle we took to him which he had for days before calling and saying he doesn t have time to mess with it. Good luck. Big thumbs down on German auto sales and service. He talks a good talk, which made us take a chance, only to be let down twice. He is a liar when he says I wanted it fixed for free. The fact is he had no clue on how to even diagnose it! No one asked for anything for free. His excuse was that someone messed it up when they last changed the oil the wrong way. Well when I bought it he said HE had just changed the oil HIMSELF. When I complained, he said I talked him down on the price so he doesn t feel the need to work on the vehicle. Nothing but lies. Beware of this guy.
